@virginmedia I have been a customer for 20yrs, have a minimal service broadband, tv and phone and pay £60/m. There's no match in current bundles. The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!

@bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

@virginmedia They said all their promotions include £35 set up fee, but clearly they're unaware of this promotion which was on for a few days on the VM website. I had to take this issue to here because they don't let me send the screenshot of the website as a proof.

@virginmedia My service should have ended in May as per contract. Gave 30 days notice on WhatsApp then you took money anyway. Called again was told contract is still running ! Spoke to 5 people on that call nobody was able to help

@virginmedia I now have to waste more of my time to log a complaint with CISAS as i have done and won my case previously. You have the worst customer service in the country. Own that and do better. Your oversees service centres are run by dishonests people and we've had enough.

@virginmedia Fine. Sort your oversees customer service centres out. They're giving Virgin a really bad name. This is based on experience over the past 7 years with three moves. Say one thing do another. As soon as i speak to someone in the UK things get resolved but wasting all of our time.

@virginmedia Both and I’ve phoned your “customer service “ people dozens of times and they usually manage to magically make it ok for a few days at most then back to the usual buffering,lagging,very poor range (can’t watch anything streaming upstairs as it continues to buffer)

@virginmedia Dealing with your oversees customer service reps is literally like dealing with criminals. There isn't one bit of honesty in how they run your customer service. They say one thing and consistently do another. I took pics of my chat with your rep and now i go to CISAS

@virginmedia Before it stopped working the tv was fine but Netflix wasn’t working so I restarted the TiVo using settings 3 thumbs down and last channel and since then it’s stuck in the reboot loop
