@virginmedia Fix time was by 15:00. Yea and now it’s 15:00 I have service. Convenient. This happens all to often. 5 plus hours of no service. Special after speaking with the customer service team about the so called service improvements. Where are these so called service improvements???

@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

@virginmedia claim on my ever-increasing monthly bill: “Looks like you’ve made some changes”. All I did was complain that their TV box wasn’t working. Still haven’t received the new one either. Customer service? Forget it.

@virginmedia Yes and it is honestly extremely basic and not helpful in the slightest. We have got speeds of 0.00mb/s now for the umpteenth night in a row. How do I go about making a formal complaint? It's atrocious, especially as I'm working US hours and need a decent connection for my job!!!

@virginmedia experience being billed for everything they can possibly make up when they are not even delivering a broadband service to your address. If I hadn’t experienced it I wouldn’t believe it was possible for a company to be this appallingly awful.
