@virginmedia Nothing! I just wish you'd get rid of these magic support passwords nobody has. We just have to go through the charade on the phone of typing in random wrong codes until the system gives up. That's all. Thank you.

@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

@virginmedia Router keeps disconnecting. Then it connects and says there's no Internet. Been doing it on and off all evening. Yes, tried pin hole reset, yes, no issues in my area. Engineer came last week when everything was working fine but now it's rubbish again!

@virginmedia Yes an d it says no network issues. I have downloaded the virgin connect app and this says I do not have the hub 3 but when I try to order hub 3 I am being told I already have it!
