    @zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

    @virginmedia This isn't an issue where someone from the community can help. So I'm not wasting my time and doing that. As I've mentioned, it's been over a month and I've had 2 engineer visits. No disrespect, but if 2 engineers have come and gone then doubt someone from the community can help

    @virginmedia I have tried calling but have been told that the line has already been deactivated, and so I cannot get my PAC code, meaning I have lost the phone number I've been using for more than half my life. Absolutely appalling customer service from you. Really not happy.
