Mick Brown (@Lord_Drainlid) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

-
Si (@Si_67) reported@virginmedia Our broadband has recently started to fail on a daily basis. It has been fairly reliable until a couple of weeks ago. Yes, it comes back after a while, but this really isn't good enough in 2026, especially bearing in mind how much it costs. What's happening?
-
Paul Aubrey (@ThePaulAubrey) reported@phil66uk @virginmedia You aren’t alone internet has been spotty today and now completely down @virginmedia
-
Jason Burns (@JasonBurns_CM) reported@LK_Yanited @Simon_Whale @virginmedia I've taught their customer service about how to fix their own issues it's so bad.
-
Robin (@Blinkfan180) reported@Simon_Whale @virginmedia Terrible service. Internet would regularly drop at least once a day. Been on gigaclear and Internet has gone down twice in 10 months. Speeds comparable too. Also use sky stream. All good too.
-
the view of stu (@stuarttownsend8) reported@Simon_Whale @virginmedia Even when you send it back in the packaging they provide, they don’t acknowledge receipt of it and just charge you anyway, takes a month to get your money back after they finally admit they had it for weeks, just like you said. Terrible company
-
Yvonne Ward (@YvonneWard0) reported@virginmedia I would like a telephone number in the uk that I can ring please we have an ongoing complaint that is not being addressed. We have been on the phone many times and always told they can help they never do and fobbed off that tech will ring us. Emails not replied to.

-
Bill Kilvington 💙 FCODP, FRCA (@BillKilvington) reported@virginmedia This isn't working is it. Asking if I'm available 'now' to answer security questions, when I respond yes you didn't get back to me for 3 hours. When, oddly I was no longer available. Very poor.
-
Justin Barker (@JustinBarker77) reported@virginmedia fibre issue in OL15. Speeds have dropped to at least half what’s expected. Are you aware? How do I actually get it logged without your automated system bouncing between issue and no issue without the 24 hour clock restarting
-
@Oveja77777 (@oveja77777) reported@Simon_Whale @virginmedia Would it be worth trying to ring them? I find their customer service people are usually helpful. Use the 0335 454 1111 number, as I used another one in the past and it had really high charges. I ring them every year to stop them putting my direct debit up.
