@PJandh @VirginRed It’s a valid point. We see plenty of offers to encourage new customers but we never seem to get ‘best value’ from @virginmedia unless we ring up and threaten to leave for a competitor.

@virginmedia Every few months, I'm called by someone from Virgin "just calling to inform me of some new offers available to me as a special customer" etc. I've tried being polite I've tried being stern Now I just have to hang up on them Just stop already. If I want something, I'll call you.
