@zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

@virginmedia broadband was supposed to be installed on 05/09 but was delayed due to external work not being completed. Everytime I ring they say external work will be completed the next day but it it never is! This is beyond ridiculous! When will I get my broadband installed???
