    @zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

    @virginmedia We tried to call on 150, it gives you the option to say if we are calling from the same property they then say there is a complex problem with the broadband and engineers are trying to sort it , I can't understand why it takes all week will we be refunded for the time wasted?

    Well that's put me in a bad mood why can't @virginmedia and mobile just stop? I already have to bank with them without being told in advance now i get a new phone contract and they're joining forces with the provider I moved to. I left them for a reason 😤

    @virginmedia But was obviously not an issue if booking taken and made & then rescheduled. The only reason it’s not going ahead is because of the above mentioned errors & nothing to do with non essential job or backlog. If correct date given this job would be going ahead.

    @virginmedia Surprise, surprise. I just called them. They couldn't help. I now have no services at all in one room and no upgrade option in another. I'm still paying for the service I don't have. At all. I just keep getting told to call back like I did again tonight. NOBODY WILL HELP
