@zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

@virginmedia I’ve been trying to contact your call centre for 15 minutes and I’ve tried all the options and I can’t get through to ANYONE!! I want to cancel my contract and it doesn’t give you the option online to do so!! Can someone cancel it from your social media team?

@virginmedia lol, dont worry, it only causes an issue when companies (like twitter, facebook etc) make it the only way to correct an error. (which is obviously more to do with getting extra data to sell than just criminal discrimination)
