@virginmedia They said all their promotions include £35 set up fee, but clearly they're unaware of this promotion which was on for a few days on the VM website. I had to take this issue to here because they don't let me send the screenshot of the website as a proof.

@bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

@virginmedia I have tried for the last 4 days to re connect our virgin TIVo following a house move, I’ve made a number of calls and been on hold for 40 minutes + each time only to be cut off constantly! We have wifi but NO TiVo at the new house! HELP!!!

@virginmedia The virgin website test network link doesn't actually work in Ireland. The speedtest do you really want to know the results of that today? Because I'm not sure 198mbs lives up to the gigabit speeds. Getting the equipment replaced requires an engineer's visit which is chargeable
