    @bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.

Have you logged onto your account using either the virgin media app or website 🤔. You can test your equipment on there and arrange an engineer if required.

    @virginmedia I contacted your retentions dept hoping to reduce my bill now my contract is ending. The initial offer was an increase in cost 😕 Seems I'll need to look at other options despite being long term customer. Bill has risen by £14.50 since May20 but no product change 😕

    @virginmedia Not tv sets... Its only on the bt ultimate channel. Its only in the living room. I changed boxes yesterday to see if it was a box issue, but it was the same problem regardless of what v6 I was using... So perhaps signal problems at your end?
