@virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

@virginmedia I have stand alone broadband (no TV & phone) which cuts out every 10-15 minutes do you think I should have to pay £30 a month for this service? I have never missed a payment! You won't send an engineer out either and pretty much told me TOUGH!
