    ironic that the hold music on @virginmedia ‘s “help line” contains the lyrics “please don’t let me down”. The very reason i’m calling for the upteenth time. 100 hours since i was promised a manager calling back in 48hrs, and 48hrs since they said it would only be another 24 hours

    @virginmedia internet down in cb22 . system checker says nothing is wrong and fiancé is fast asleep (and knows all the passwords) so can’t get through to report the issue- usual 12.30 drop (5mins ish) happened and then it cut off completely at 4.20am

    @virginmedia it’s apparent you have a problem but you are not being honest about it. Can someone please advise when your email system will be fixed. No service for 24 hours now, made a requested password change, an adviser also changed my password. Even been given a fault number.

    @virginmedia Yes. Service is restored at the moment but understand it’s an ongoing issue. Usually a short outage (9 minutes) but this was 25mins this time.

    @virginmedia @JohnJef51763960 I’ve added log files to the Virgin community and have been assured that someone will be looking at the issue. From the logging feedback received suggest this is not a customer premises issue.

    @virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

    @virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

    @virginmedia Hiya, I have just tried to log AGAIN that my broadband isn't working. Why is it you are more than happy to take my money but cant resolve the issue. That's 3 days now. All I am told is to run a diagnostic check. ITS NOT MY HUB

    @virginmedia I spent all afternoon and evening yesterday exchanging texts with Virgin Media and got nowhere. This morning they messaged me and asked if I still had a problem. I answered Yes and then received a reply telling me they were too busy to deal with my case. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE VIRGIN

    @virginmedia After over 30 minutes of waiting to speak to someone I explained my situation of not getting a call back last Saturday where it was promised to me the issue would be sorted. The person told me to hold while they looked into it and after about 3 minutes the call was ended

    @virginmedia No, but I got an email confirming my TV upgrade from V6 to the 360 service. There's still the Hub upgrade issue that wasn't solved. My Hub 3 is performing badly and I asked for an upgrade to Hub 4 or 5 but as my call was cut off I didn't get that. Can you solve this for me?

    @virginmedia This has been going on since yesterday! Customers can't make any adjustments, have to wait over an hour to get through. Yet you still take monthly payment and we haven't received the service!
