@zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

@virginmedia unless you can organise for someone to call me, I'm contacting @plusnet to see how long it will take them to re-connect their service, which while not as fast on paper, was at least a service.
