@virginmedia At the moment I’m going to hold tight and take the advise of my text message rather than chase around for internet provision all day. I’m just hopeful there’ll be some sort of compensation for the service that’s not being provided.

@virginmedia internet down in cb22 . system checker says nothing is wrong and fiancé is fast asleep (and knows all the passwords) so can’t get through to report the issue- usual 12.30 drop (5mins ish) happened and then it cut off completely at 4.20am

Fun and games with @virginmedia who just offered a great deal which increased my bill from £56 a month to £66 for the same services...not including the £12 April price increase. So that would £22 a month more for the same services. 15 years of custom, washed down the drain!

@Lord_Arse @virginmedia Chin up. A couple of years ago I spent 31st Jan on hold to HMRC for 3 hours because they were threatening court. If you think Virgin Media are bad, try HMRC on Self Assessment Day! (Also, the disparity was someone else's fault.)
