    @virginmedia No I had to hang up whilst on hold for another dept, we have part service back in that we now have our channels that we subscribe to, however we still don’t have our on demand or catch up services..

    @virginmedia I am trying to cancel my broadband and phone. My contract ends on the 12/7/22. Letter giving only 19 days notice arrived this morning. All attempts at logging on fails and I have called 3 times now. Waited for around 50 minutes each time only to be unceremoniously dumped.

    @virginmedia I am stuck at home with Covid and your Internet has cut out on me twice in the past two days. I pay a lot of money for this service which isn't fit for purpose at the minute. I expect a better service.
