    If there’s a company whose ‘welcome to…’ message when you call them is more hollow and meaningless than @virginmedia I’d be surprised. The depth of their customer ‘service’ crapness must be witnessed to be believed. Expect that to witness it is to lose years off your life.

    @virginmedia Think the menu options are slightly different on the 360 software but I found network diagnostics and signal quality is “Good” and connection speed is “high”. Does that help?

    @virginmedia I’ve spoken to someone who had previously chased this for me and he is still waiting on confirmation of change to residential property. He did say that once confirmed there could be another two weeks before installation. Will I be compensated for lack of service?

    @virginmedia internet down in cb22 . system checker says nothing is wrong and fiancé is fast asleep (and knows all the passwords) so can’t get through to report the issue- usual 12.30 drop (5mins ish) happened and then it cut off completely at 4.20am

    @virginmedia My virgin broadband is cutting out and resetting itself over 50times a day now!!! Im paying 50plus quid a month and they are upping my bill an extra 3.50 and month and for what!? This is no exception for this...if this problem isn't solved soon...im canceling my virgin full stop!
