    @virginmedia At the moment I’m going to hold tight and take the advise of my text message rather than chase around for internet provision all day. I’m just hopeful there’ll be some sort of compensation for the service that’s not being provided.

    @virginmedia No I had to hang up whilst on hold for another dept, we have part service back in that we now have our channels that we subscribe to, however we still don’t have our on demand or catch up services..

    @virginmedia I know how to reboot a router! Connect and disconnect cables. I have spoken to your company on several occasions. Issue has not been resolved yet. Can I ask why? I've made several complaints, I was told someone would call me back within 48 hours. I've not no response so far.
