    @virginmedia So @virginmedia what do I do when your phone team tells me they can’t do anything and it’s down to the WhatsApp team who don’t do anything ? What is the next turn? I have a contract offer I want to accept but can’t ?

    @StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.

    @virginmedia And to re-emphasise what I’ve said countless times before; you’re wasting peoples time, because you don’t tell them that it is your router that causes most of the problems. Can’t believe @Ofcom allow this.

    @virginmedia Hi yes I’ve check all cables are in correct and I’ve turn off from socket and removed plug then put back the plug after 30 seconds but it didn’t help it still turn itself off twice after doing it.

    @virginmedia Sorry but the old ‘we don’t have email addresses’ doesn’t work. Everyone does. It’s just company policy not to hand them out. The key issue is that with this level of service, someone should say ‘leave it with us, we’ll look into it and someone will get back to you’ 1/2

    @virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

    @virginmedia Hi virgin just rang the phone number you have gave us to call but we went through using the key pad and then all you said was we will send a text message with way to fix which don’t work.

    @virginmedia So @virginmedia my contract has finally been resolved. 3 hours of phone calls in 24-hrs (including phone being cut off 3 times) 6 hours of WhatsApp Failure to honour contract offers. Shambles of a company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. #virginmedia #fail

    @virginmedia Hi I’ve tried using the link you sent to fix our problem but it keeps just turn off and restarting itself. It happens whether we watch live tv or recorded programmes.

    @virginmedia It's saying every time I login my saved (Chrome, Bitwarden, last pass) password is not recognised and despite doing it each month this still happens. I've now reset it again it's spat me out for daring to to attempt a pdf download of my bill. But my 3 payments in 2022 don't show

    seeing as how you state on your website (when it's actually live and working) that if I receive less than 300mbps download speeds for three days in a row, I can cancel the contract, I'll be posting these regularly from now until you @virginmedia, sort it out.

    @virginmedia I tried via the app. It launches a mini browser which gets the same issue. It's been a couple of weeks since the last time I tried. Pretty surprised an issue like this is live for so long.

    @virginmedia I've moved the box from where it was installed to a higher shelf but this is all i can do...very disappointed to be told i have to pay £5pcm to get signal upstairs. I signed up to get signal in my "house" not some areas/ some rooms, poor response and customer service rep
