    @virginmedia Hi, the router is in the only place possible (next to the outlet in the wall) + there are hardly any obstructions to the rooms that have very slow connection. Is there nothing else that can be done? I thought paying for 200mbs, I would be able to have a full speed throughout. Thx

    @virginmedia Last Sunday with a promise that day of a callback from management. Emailed me that day to say they did which was untrue. Complained again Monday with promise of a callback, and still waiting. Totally unacceptable poor service. Tired of spending my spare time with incompetence

    @virginmedia We’re getting slow speeds and at times the WiFi just cuts out completely and can’t be found for a couple of minutes until it appears again. Obviously because of COVID everyone in the household is working from home and I am at uni and it’s extremely difficult to get anything done.
