    @virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

    @virginmedia Fix time was by 15:00. Yea and now it’s 15:00 I have service. Convenient. This happens all to often. 5 plus hours of no service. Special after speaking with the customer service team about the so called service improvements. Where are these so called service improvements???

    @virginmedia The water board cut through the line, we had a card from virgin through the door and every time we called there was no record of it although they could see we have no service! This has been escalated and we should be back on now but aren’t….😞

    @virginmedia Wired devices are fine and anything close to the hub. To begin with every room was “Great” now those same rooms require boosters according to the Virgin Connect App. Pods or Boosters are not available apparently ??? Not great for a new customer

    @virginmedia On activating mobile I sometimes get *Emergency Calls Only* and eventually it connects. Also get * refreshing sim* messages & sometimes have to register manually on the network.
