    @virginmedia Hi, I have submitted a complaint and notice to cancel broadband and mobile accounts. Moving BB to TalkTalk at £14pcm (6mth) then £28pcm for 150mbs, instead of your £39.50 for 50mbs. Mobile moving to Three with 30gb data for £14pcm. 50% more than with @virginmedia

    Nice to be kept on hold for more than an hour, pushed between three teams and then hung up on, with no resolution and no idea when my internet will be connected because of @virginmedia’s scheduling issues.
