@IFALeicester @virginmedia @Ofcom Terrible company to deal with Scott, took me 8+ months to set up an installation as they had to come out to do road works. Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.

Oh joy. Christmas Eve and @virginmedia has a fault that apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January. No TV or internet then this Christmas whilst stuck at home on my own 😢 ...although the service status page says ‘good service’ 🤔

@virginmedia Yes I can use it and non were identified. If I take my phone off wifi calling I have 1 bar of signal and then says very regular emergency calls only. Galaxy S9+ and the same with a S7 and iPhone 7 and 12

Been a customer since @virginmedia took over NTL, so around 25 years, pay over £100 a month not even including movies or sports, and they wont even give loyal customers the decent equipment. What does that say about @virginmedia and their customer service..... its non existent!
