    Oh joy. Christmas Eve and @virginmedia has a fault that apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January. No TV or internet then this Christmas whilst stuck at home on my own 😢 ...although the service status page says ‘good service’ 🤔

    @IFALeicester @virginmedia @Ofcom Terrible company to deal with Scott, took me 8+ months to set up an installation as they had to come out to do road works. Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.

    @virginmedia Usually, we have very good internet running at 350Mbps~, but lately we are getting 85Mbps~. Is there a problem? Because i dont want to pay full price if Im getting half the service. Especially when i got a letter saying i have to pay more next year for the same deal.

    @virginmedia Internet has been out since Xmas eve —- and your update now says it won’t be fixed until tomorrow 27th @4 pm . This is central London ( EC1R) — and totally unacceptable that you are taking so long to fix. I do not want to pay for days you can’t provide service

    One month of constant disconnections, poor upload / download speeds from Virgin Media. Not that it’s particularly important to have working broadband when you’re all working from home and can’t physically spend Christmas with your family. What an absolute joke.

    @virginmedia No frustration here just disappointment. This is what happens when you put profit before customer satisfaction: when you oversell a product without the correct infrastructure required to deliver it. Safe to say we won’t be using virgin media anytime soon
