This happens all to often. 5 plus hours of no service. Special after speaking with the customer service team about the so called service improvements. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

One test is will they charge to plug a home phone into a router and allow a landline no to be transferred? Virgin Media charges, putting the monthly rate up to about £55
