@virginmedia Fix time was by 15:00. Yea and now it’s 15:00 I have service. Convenient. This happens all to often. 5 plus hours of no service. Special after speaking with the customer service team about the so called service improvements. Where are these so called service improvements???

@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

Anyone else sees the pattern when your BroadBand service degrades and you spend days rebooting everything for weeks, you always know they will be calling to sell an upgrade before service resumes properly. A sham of a company and I for one will be ending my contract @virginmedia
