-
Mick Brown (@Lord_Drainlid) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@steveeejg It looks like to get a basic fibre service it might be around £25 and for higher speed from about £40 monthly. One test is will they charge to plug a home phone into a router and allow a landline no to be transferred? Virgin Media charges, putting the monthly rate up to about £55

Porlus (@Porluss) reported from Hemingford Grey, England@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.
-

-
Chris Rand (@ChrisRandWrites) reported from Cambridgeshire, EnglandAfter all these years, @virginmedia still manage to provide the single worst support or customer service system I've ever experienced. They continue to find more and more innovative ways of preventing you talking to anyone, either by phone or chat. How *do* people get through?
-

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Horatio Bullwinkle (@harryvek) reported@virginmedia Why do your customer services call me every day when I've told them I'm not interested in taking any more services than I already have. Just today I took a call and told them to stop calling me, no one answered on the other side and then just hung up, how rude !!!.
-
DippyP1 #CV1 (@DippyMMA12) reported@DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt Oh, it took you 18 years to realise they couldn't give a **** about you as a customer?

-
Michael (@whatmichaelsays) reported@virginmedia Into my third hour on chat and my fourth agent - and still no closer to a solution!
-
Doire Sheridan (@DoireSheridan) reported@Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia Ireland Derangement Syndrome on full display. Pointing out that a shoulder to the head, where the arm was pre-tucked, should have been a red card, and that slapping the ball down when there was a 2 vs 1 on the outside, should not send a grown-*** man into a fit of hysterics.
-
Shahar Mor (@ShhrMor) reported@Rugby_Scoop @virginmedia TBH, I'm not sure what POM wants. Would he rather the ref penalized the Irish for these "minor" breakdown infringements? His "coaching" actually helped Ireland slow the ball down without being penalized. Not to mention at least 3 yellows that were not given to them...
-
Berk (@trapdoor456) reported@BigBadWolf137 @virginmedia Yeah, 14 day cooling down period 👍
-
MrProcter (@MrProcter) reported@virginmedia Thank you. And maybe consider disabling it for World Cups, Christmas Day etc? No-one wants their telly to shut down because they've been watching it. I know you understand this. Thanks.
