@zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

@virginmedia why is it impossible for you to provide customer support? Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.

@virginmedia You owe them £1500 for not providing then with the service they paid for and suddenly claim your hands are tied as they have cancelled. The simple question is, why would someone cancel after 25 years? Atrocious service is the answer. You are frauds.

Terrible interface and the box is constantly disconnecting from the WiFi and it’s not the WIFI as no other device in the house does it. It’s the crappy Sky Q box. The old HD box was a million times better. More cheap crap labelled as “new”

@virginmedia I have, it was on the forum that I heard about the Hub 5. My issue is I’m going to buy my own router, and set up a mesh system. This is to fix the poor coverage I’m getting from your hub. It would be good if I could get the Hub5, as I know other customers have got them now…

@virginmedia 3 times now I’ve attempted to cancel my package and your call centre staff on all 3 times after not convincing me to stay just hang up and refuse to put me through to the cancellations team
