@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

@virginmedia Earlier my WiFi box was orange and said it was an intermittent signal problem so I had to restart my hub which I did now it is flashing green and the service checker says there are no issues on the area

@virginmedia Yes, the “fix time” came and went, I got a text that it was fixed, and it was until that same evening, then it went tits up again. It seems to be disconnecting, getting very slow download and upload speeds, and the main problem is extreme fluctuations of DL and UL latency…

@virginmedia I’m sick and tired of my router rebooting, and straight up factory resetting itself. I’ve been plagued with slow speeds and disconnections for weeks now, but no auto-comp because my area never showed up as having a fault, even though live chat said there was. WTF????

@virginmedia So when I wake up my wireless networks can not be seen, when I login into my router it says wireless turned off. Luckily I got a usb network adapter to check why I can’t see the wireless networks.
