After all these years, @virginmedia still manage to provide the single worst support or customer service system I've ever experienced. They continue to find more and more innovative ways of preventing you talking to anyone, either by phone or chat. How *do* people get through?

@virginmedia why is it impossible for you to provide customer support? Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.

@zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

@virginmedia switched to you yesterday specifically because I needed faster speeds and better infrastructure for homeworking and video calls. Day 1 and every time I connect to video software (Zoom, Skype etc) my laptop is disconnected from the network.

@virginmedia Hi. Spoke to customer services 3rd Jan who were very helpful and said account would be credited £25.95. Received letter ref C-030121690 confirming this (although letter is confusing) as did web contact before speaking to someone. Credit still not showing. Pls sort this. Thanks
