    @virginmedia why is it impossible for you to provide customer support? Every other major company has managed to set up employees to work from home and continue customer support, but your great media company cannot! 20+ mins waiting for an answer, is very poor.

    @virginmedia It’s now past 6pm and still no internet. Website now says no problem in our area, but phone (150) says there is a problem but no fix time. Can we have an update?

    After all these years, @virginmedia still manage to provide the single worst support or customer service system I've ever experienced. They continue to find more and more innovative ways of preventing you talking to anyone, either by phone or chat. How *do* people get through?

    @virginmedia I have tried every method to get a response and a solution from customer support and it's now another week gone by that we can't use the V6 box because you haven't sent me a small cable adapter. @Ofcom you could be more firm with companies that let customers down!

    @zimmro @virginmedia If it’s any comfort I have had major issues in the last six weeks with my broadband. I think it is sheer overload with so many people working from home on domestic broadband they just can’t cope.

    @virginmedia They keep telling me there’s a fault in my area and that an engineers on it as well as extending the time it’ll take to fix the problem. Hard to believe since it’s been a month to rectify the issue and I’ve not seen a single engineer in the area.

    Terrible customer service from @virginmedia - waited 30mins for somebody to answer the call and when I did the operative didn’t know what they were doing and cut me off! No wonder I’m cancelling my account if that’s the level of customer service.
