This happens all to often. 5 plus hours of no service. Special after speaking with the customer service team about the so called service improvements. Tonight it ceased to function, so I phoned for a fix. I didn’t get a fix. Instead the operator tried to sell me a new one at extra cost. Not a happy bunny!
