    @virginmedia Many a time! There is a problem with the lines in the road, which I understand takes time, but it’s been months and months. I have asked for compensation which I wil not get until the problem is fixed, which is ironic.

    @virginmedia Yes I am, connected to the internet but it barely works and when it does is slow, download speed is 3mbps when it’s normally like 60

    @virginmedia why is it so hard to make a complaint and get compensation from your company!! No phone line for years, poor tv service for months, and terrible customer service...I’m still waiting for my call back!! I refuse to ring and be on hold for hours AGAIN!!

    @virginmedia No problem! Hub 3. Speed just not as hoped. It's some sort of street-to-house issue, acknowledged by a technician on a previous visit. Separate (Google) WiFi is rock solid.

    @virginmedia Oh and as I'm renting I don't have a Virgin Home phone or account number. So that was a couple of minutes wasted to be told that there are no problems.

    So, today @virginmedia have sent me an email containing a code to free Amazon Prime for 12 months (after 3 months of mithering them for it). Only trouble is the email says I have to use the code by 31st March...2020 🤔 Unless I'm Doctor Who, this is impossible! #Incompetence

    @virginmedia abysmal service from start. I’ve moved house and now only have internet in one room and have now been charged extra for a booster I was told would be free. Can’t seem to resolve this with any advisers who all tell me different things, 3hr wait on the phone
