-
Chris Rand (@ChrisRandWrites) reported from Cambridgeshire, EnglandWould love to watch the new Spitting Image getting so much hype, but paying £6 a month for yet another streaming service, with the added privilege of having to bodge a cable from my iPad to watch it on TV because it's not on Virgin Media or PS4? No thanks. #SpittingImage

Porlus (@Porluss) reported from Hemingford Grey, England@virginmedia My phone is down, my internet is down yet your app on my phone says all is ok. You have no way to contact you direct to report this. Only endless recycling of same fault finding screens on the app. Useless and casing problems with no phone or net connectivity.

Elizabeth Speller (@lizziespeller) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@Football101blog @virginmedia And it’s not just one customer. Is there some magic number of customers that make a complaint valid? When you have a business to run, a job to do- and are in lockdown already- days without internet are a major problem.
-
Lizzie Sagoo (@LizzieSagoo) reported from Swavesey, England@virginmedia It does now (6pm). Do you know why we don’t have service when others in area do? We have tried rebooting

-

-
Irksome (@Irksome73) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia They have always been the worst. I had a fault when I was with them in London - due to someone cutting their fibre backbone - 16 weeks by which time I’d reversed engineers their own network and had a solution that worked for weeks.
-
Manoj Parmar (@MannyParmar) reported@virginmedia The lightning strike fried the virgin media router AND the life line system too. One of your engineers came out yesterday evening and provided a replacement router which fixed the problem. All the residents there will need replacements pls help them asap.
-
♛ 𝔹𝕒𝕒𝕝𝕥 (@DrBaalt) reported@footballontnt What’s the deal with TNT Sports and Virgin media and the HBO app. Signed up. But the app doesn’t allow access. And for that reason I’ll be gone in 30 days. This time forever. Such a ridiculous solution. Doesn’t work. So it’s gone and so is my business. Forever.
-
Green Cat Books ~ publisher | bookshop | mentor (@greencatbooks) reported@melon_h @virginmedia I switched to Sky last month. I was out of contract with VM and they were charging me £90 a month. They now reckon that I owe over £200 and have unleashed debt collectors, although I did try and cancel them (no contract). I have a referral link for Sky if you like? Gives us both some money off I think
-
john campbell (@John_M_Campbell) reported@virginmedia any idea why you cancelled my subscription last night at midnight when I renewed my contract a fortnight ago? Terrible service here, get it sorted!
-
Bilgin Art (@art_bilgin) reported@ virgin #virginbroadband @VirginAtlantic Virgin media broadband 4 days without broadband from crappy Virgin. Mast down, so it takes 4 flipping days to fix it yet everything internet, business, security and entertainment is down
-
Alfie Pupper Esq 2 (@AlfiePupper) reportedHey @virginmedia how come the only part of your service that works consistently is billing? Posting on here because I have more chance of handcuffing a ghost than speaking to a human employee for help. Funny, cos when you wanted to sell your service we couldn’t get rid of you!
-
Adam Weston (@textmaniac78) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia I got told once and I don't know if it works but if you ring up and upgrade to another package it's classed as a new contract so you can cancel within 14 days maybe worth looking into doing that
-
Mark Sutherland * (@markenello) reported@BrianNicholso16 @virginmedia Their customer service is appalling, I've told them i am leaving and the date, which is my contract end date so they have sent me a bill for beyond that on out of contract fees
