Scott Westron (@ScottWestron) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
@virginmedia I’d love to meet you head of customer care. I have nearly ten years’ experience of being your customer - purely - because you are the only people I can get cable with. You have been consistently *awful* every single time that I have had the misfortune to need your help.
-
Scott Westron (@ScottWestron) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
@virginmedia After three attempts they’ve phoned back to say they’re the faults departments and can’t help. 😂
-
Alan (@TheAlanSmith) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
@virginmedia Employ @AppcheckNG to security scan your shit and carry out an audit. You’re obviously not doing it. And you should be.
-
Byron Hinson (@byron_hinson) reported from Saint Ives, England
@virginmedia Yes says 30 mins again. But the main status site says no issues.
-
Byron Hinson (@byron_hinson) reported from Saint Ives, England
@virginmedia got problem with less than 1mb download speeds at the moment and service status test of equipment says that there is an issue that’ll be fixed in 30 mins. That was 2 hours ago and no improvement. Area 31

Kimberley Barnard (@Kimberley88) reported from Papworth Everard, England
@virginmedia Thanks rung them got no answers but mostly that it sounds like no one is coming and then got hung up on. This sounds like the beginning of us not having the greatest service afterall
-
Samuel Coverdale (@SamuelCoverdale) reported from Great Shelford, England
@virginmedia can you have someone look at CNBC 613, seems to have a problem with the ticker. (Also, when can we get cnbc and cnn in HD).
-
#DocMartin (@GoMcMahon) reported from Saint Ives, England
@virginmedia I've read all the useless help countless times (in the hope that one day you actually include something useful). Yes, I've tried everything, and no it never resolves the issue.
-
Mick Brown (@Lord_Drainlid) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
@bibbleco @BriefcaseMike I get 100Mbps from Virgin Media via fibre to my home. BT and others who use their lines can only offer much less. I complained to the Advertising Authority that BT were lying about offering 'full fibre' and high speed broadband to my address. My complaint was rejected.
-
Alan (@TheAlanSmith) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
@KnownAsStiles @virginmedia I’m quite confident you could fix their problems.
-
Kimberley Barnard (@Kimberley88) reported from Papworth Everard, England
@virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.
-
#LITFL (@GoMcMahon) reported from Saint Ives, England
@virginmedia I have been a customer for 20yrs, have a minimal service broadband, tv and phone and pay £60/m. There's no match in current bundles. The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!
-
Stephen Edwards (@SJE1981) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
@virginmedia oh look. More issues. Now my V6 box takes an age when playing TV shows I have recorded. Gives a blank screen then loading symbol.
-
#LITFL (@GoMcMahon) reported from Saint Ives, England
@BBCWatchdog can't believe you placed @virginmedia 4th in your comparison. Their customer service is the WORST! Non-UK based poor phone support, prices forever going up, and rubbish hardware.
-
Pete Sibthorpe (@Sibby_Sibthorpe) reported from Over, England
@virginmedia why can I never get through to your support team.
-
perscableu (@perscableu) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
@virginmedia They said all their promotions include £35 set up fee, but clearly they're unaware of this promotion which was on for a few days on the VM website. I had to take this issue to here because they don't let me send the screenshot of the website as a proof.
-
Pete Sibthorpe (@Sibby_Sibthorpe) reported from Over, England
@virginmedia I have been yes. WiFi service from router. I’ve rebooted several times.
-
Stephen Edwards (@SJE1981) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
@VoteBrexmas @Beckski93 @virginmedia To be honest, I tried speed running uncharted at the beginning of the year, still not completed it. Being a parent sucks at times.
-
Stephen Edwards (@SJE1981) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
@virginmedia It's back on now. But had a loss of service for a whole day pretty much.
-
Alan (@TheAlanSmith) reported from Cambridgeshire, England
I can cancel my credit card. I’d much rather you’d spunked that everywhere. I can’t however *CANCEL WHO I AM*. ******* morons. @virginmedia

Dan (@Dan5421) reported
@virginmedia 150 says number not recognised as I am calling from an 02 sim and when I call the 0345 number I get "we are sorry for the issue in your area we are trying to fix it as soon as possible but the issue is complex and will take longer to fix" and there is no option to talk to anyone.
-
claire (@clairem1502) reported
@virginmedia As stated we have done this numerous times! This is what we’re always told to do after the soft reboot. It works for a few hours then fails again. We did this on the phone with your advisor yesterday before he gave up and put the phone down!
-
PRIMALSABRE (@primalsabre) reported
@virginmedia really down again 🤡💀
-
Clare White (@X5452MAX) reported
@virginmedia Slow speeds. Constant disconnects. WiFi dropping out. It's unusable. Paying for the best speed and getting less than I do with my mobile data. A house full of gamers who can't stay connected when using a wired connection. Shocking.
-
Chin Patel ♋ (@Funk_e_Brown) reported
@virginmedia Hi Team. Where can I report a technical issue easily for my Virgin Mobile network please?
-
X0R3ed @ym0n 😷 (@azelhajjar) reported

-
Clare White (@X5452MAX) reported
@virginmedia So you're telling me that this intermittent fault has been going on for the last 2 weeks! I'm paying £60 a month for Internet that doesn't work. How can I get in touch with a human on the phone that lives in the UK and not the Indian outsourced work force please. They can't help!
-
Stuart (@Stuart_198) reported
@virginmedia So what’s the point in the wats app service then and why do you tell people to use if you don’t reply on it ? Crap customer service, always issues with the Wi-Fi and you put the price up ? Time for a new provider
-
nifty1a (Paul B) (@nifty1a) reported
