    @tumness93 @virginmedia Same - every year I get a fix date since 2013 - over ultisation and old equipment ... but I get discount ... so tell them and log it all.

    @virginmedia Oh and as I'm renting I don't have a Virgin Home phone or account number. So that was a couple of minutes wasted to be told that there are no problems.

    @VoteBrexmas @Beckski93 @virginmedia To be honest, I tried speed running uncharted at the beginning of the year, still not completed it. Being a parent sucks at times.

    @virginmedia Yes I am, connected to the internet but it barely works and when it does is slow, download speed is 3mbps when it’s normally like 60

    @virginmedia No problem! Hub 3. Speed just not as hoped. It's some sort of street-to-house issue, acknowledged by a technician on a previous visit. Separate (Google) WiFi is rock solid.

    @virginmedia They said all their promotions include £35 set up fee, but clearly they're unaware of this promotion which was on for a few days on the VM website. I had to take this issue to here because they don't let me send the screenshot of the website as a proof.

    @virginmedia Thanks rung them got no answers but mostly that it sounds like no one is coming and then got hung up on. This sounds like the beginning of us not having the greatest service afterall

    @BBCWatchdog can't believe you placed @virginmedia 4th in your comparison. Their customer service is the WORST! Non-UK based poor phone support, prices forever going up, and rubbish hardware.

    @weemazsmith @virginmedia Oh god Maz, I left them 4 yrs ago, nothing but trouble & customer service were always rude & dismissive, I also found they were still taking direct debits for a mobile phone contract 2 months after it was terminated! Bin them!! Xx

    @virginmedia got problem with less than 1mb download speeds at the moment and service status test of equipment says that there is an issue that’ll be fixed in 30 mins. That was 2 hours ago and no improvement. Area 31

    @weemazsmith @virginmedia Yes had that & it wasn't until I cancelled everything that I got the DD issue. If you don't want to leave them, ask for disconnection, they have a different attitude, but the issues re connection continued for me xx

    @virginmedia I was meant to have my virgin media installed back on the 23rd and it didn't happen due to a wayleave. Was told to leave it with you guys and you'd let me know. Its now the 4th October and still no communication from you at all. Very poor service.

    @virginmedia I have been a customer for 20yrs, have a minimal service broadband, tv and phone and pay £60/m. There's no match in current bundles. The nearest offer to new customers has more tv, less broadband but costs only £38/m for 12 months then £69 This is just wrong!

    @virginmedia oh look. More issues. Now my V6 box takes an age when playing TV shows I have recorded. Gives a blank screen then loading symbol.

    @virginmedia you lot take the motherfxxking piss, you guys are the only broadband provider I know that does maintenance every 5minutes. We have the highest broadband speed and yet no internet connection or limited connection. Y'all are expensive for ****, #fuckingscammers fix up!

    @virginmedia Of course. Your customer service is useless & u can’t resolve a thing. Last phone call I repeated the issue 3 times, slowly & clearly, & the staff couldn’t understand. I gave up & hung up. My contract should be null & void cos u can’t provide even the most basic customer service

    @virginmedia They have been saying that since 25th march, yet here we are on 2nd april and I'm having to deal with this on behalf of my dad because he is frustrated at the appalling customer service and loss of income due to constant lies and mistakes from your employees.

    @virginmedia It’s the router that needs replacing. It no longer powers up. Apparently there is no way to ship a replacement until an engineer brings it to me in May. Please help - surely a new router can be dispatched before then? This seems ludicrous.

    @virginmedia The outcome is that no one can do anything until May. We’ve established the box needs replacing but apparently you can’t send me a replacement until an engineer comes with it. I’m a home worker and this is a major problem 🤯 I’m left to try and buy a second hand one on eBay!
