Recorded levels as requested, phoned back tonight, put on hold for 1hr then cut off. However fully expect to get the 26th sales call of the month tomorrow - funny that.

I’ve done the usual reboot etc. Last time I rang up because I’ve had enough of it, especially with my package going form £28 to £43. When I rang the technician done some kind of reboot to help stop this problem.

Bec (@LeB00) reported@virginmedia An engineer was booked to attend today and yet again they have not turned up. This is the 6th appointment where no engineer has turned up. A complaint was raised on the 7th Jun and still hasn’t beeen acknowledged within the 48hrs inline with your own policy.
