    So @virginmedia offer 3x the broadband speed for new customers for the same price I've paid for a year, but offer me the same bundle I've had for a year for £5 more, or an extra £23 for the new customer one. Next company to put fibre in my area has a new customer waiting.

    @virginmedia It is a constant problem, mobile telephones say they are connected but arent, firesticks dip in and out, Alexa loses connection, ring door bell only 10ft away has very poor connection, it's been poor for a while each time I ring. I am told it will be fixed and it never is

    @virginmedia Just seen this ..not really useful I and I suspect thousands of others just want to be able to downgrade or cancel online either by firm filling or live chat (or even quick response emails) .

    @bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

    @virginmedia None of them are. I make the complaint, someone at Virgin Media will look at it, then a day or two later I get an email saying the complaint has been resolved. 4 months on this rollercoaster while we had 4 months of constant outages. Your company likes to add insult to injury

    @virginmedia He has been waiting on info. He wanted answers to questions prior to a new contract. That time has passed. Pls provide an email address to assist. At 83 life is too short to be chasing Virgin Media and the easiest solution would be a direct phone number or a direct email address

    @virginmedia Your systems and departments don't talk to each other & when I complain I receive a text from a #ChatBot to call you. No one takes ownership. If I don't get a call grom a human to sort the issues you've caused in 24 hrs, I'm off to a provider that cares 4 customers.
