    @virginmedia I have tried phoning and am being passed from pillar to post on chat. I have no services. I’m housebound and cannot do anything. I’ve asked for help as suggested and am receiving none. Very unhappy

    Our phone lines and internet are down at our Wakefield office at the moment due to a national Virgin media issue. We have been advised that this is trying to be rectified as soon as possible and when we have an update from them we will update our social media platforms.

    @virginmedia I’m using a lot of data trying to sort this out as no internet. I feel like I’m going mad. Your company says ask us for help during these difficult times yet I have and have been treat really shabbily. I’m so frustrated and angry please help me

    @virginmedia Yes. I’ve been quite I’ll for some time and my finances are a bit of a mess after an account hack that is still being sorted out. I don’t know how much more I can take,stuck in house with nothing and been on chat for over an hour with little reply from anyone human please help

    @virginmedia Trying to get in touch with the uk Virgin service that I still want to report a server fault because I getting no new message despite I ran 5 test e-mail that it’s did send successfully & I getting nothing no downloaded new message as it’s had not been undelivered at all. Fault?

    2 calls on landline from Asia, using dummy UK phone numbers, pretending to be from Virgin Media, telling me of a problem with the security of my router. Neither liked it when I told them their mother and father would be deeply ashamed if they knew what their son was doing.

    @virginmedia My services are suspended. I am housebound,no tv no internet. I only ask for an extension to further my services for one week but company rules and non-existent customer service is really upsetting me. I’ve been a loyal customer and feel betrayed

    @virginmedia It's the continued problems that annoy me. Down again now, third time this Easter Weekend. Yes it's showing as down on your dashboard. I always check & flag it when I (also) have a problem. Getting worse all the time. Beyond a joke.

    @virginmedia Well. An engineer arrived Friday. Lovely lady too. She found our actual cable ( other guy was trying to use an old neighbours one that was dead) she booked in someone on 24 hour total loss to get it rectified today but no one showed?! Great service. Again. NOT.

    @virginmedia COMPLAINT finally received replacement TiVo box I had to battle for to find it’s faulty. I’m told a replacement can’t be sent out and I have to go through the painful charade of an engineer visit. The engineer ‘may’ have a fit for purpose box with them. Just rubbish.

    @virginmedia Thank you for your help. Mum has received her first phone call in several days - firstly from yourselves to resolve the issue, then from a family friend to check the line and it all seems to be working again now. She is assured that it will not be disconnected until the 24th.
