My contract finished on 30/3 but you've still taken a full month's payment (1/2)

Ethernet connection is better. Wi-Fi is a luxury. People are paying over odds for service but you want them to pay more? Get a grip!!

Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @itswesty Is this WiFi or ethernet if WiFi will be a device issue. Turn all devices off, restart the hub then bring one device up at a time until the internet drops then will know which device has the issue.

I get "buffering" and channel failed messages constantly. This happens and a low bandwidth message appears with tbe graphic even when the channel is still working.
