Today's @virginmedia phone queue times, and still not sorted my broadband issue: - 1hr 30m - 2hrs 7m (cut off) - 1hr 33m (cut off) - currently, 17m Inept, profit grabbing company. Some more customer service staff would be great!

.@virginmedia are amazing me at the levels of incompetence that they're able to reach. Been on hold today now for 1h 33m, 2hrs 7m (then they cut me off!) and currently 33mins! If you need any customer service from them then avoid them!!!

@virginmedia i was asked to upgrade as a valued customer, since upgrading my broadband is terrible we are all using 4g at home as connection is so poor. i have done all testing as directed from comp voice on phone and link sent to mobile. i pay for 3 virgin mobiles one now has no data

@virginmedia Well clearly not. The customer service agent I'm speaking to has managed to move it 4th August. This guy has been the most helpful, kind and actually done what he said he would. Setting up Internet in a new home should not be as challenging, frustrating or upsetting as this.

@virginmedia Just had the most rudest customer service agents on the phone . We are still without the internet connection after 10 days , tired of waiting now and looking for a different provider . We don’t need to be spoken to like that by someone who is in the wrong job
