    @virginmedia several recent calls to my landline informing me that my broadband would be disconnected within 24 hours, press 1 etc.. I put the phone down as this is surely a scam?

    @virginmedia No errors, never is, yet everyday at least once my net goes off, normally for 10 minutes sometimes for up to 4 or 5 hours, cant remember last time I made it 24 hours with no down time

    @virginmedia I have spent 25 mins on the phone trying to change my package, I was being transferred to an account specialist and you have hung up on me, I suggest you now contact me before I cancel my entire package. Customer service is shocking.

    @virginmedia I cannot get help cancelling a package I did not want. I tried online & phone. 3 hrs to speak to someone. Transferred once. Second transfer cut off. Nobody phoned me back.

    @virginmedia absolute pathetic excuse of a mobile phone network, constantly missing important phone calls and being disconnected. Nowhere near as reliable as primary network EE. Not even worth the free unlimited sim card you’ve given me.

    @virginmedia Yes, I did. Was one suggestion that it may be an issue with a blocked IP address but other email addresses using that are fine. I was also asked by a forum team member if I can use the web to email (which I can) but there has been no follow up to that.

    @virginmedia Don't think it's a @virginmedia problem. Its the @skytv app thats the problem. But yeah I've tried that. Will try again. A quick Google show its a common problem.

    @virginmedia Sounds exactly like you after reading all the tweets. It was over the phone and it was originally last year but had 5 or so advisors either lie or hang up the phone in the last month and half. Called today and put in a complaint about the advisors spoke to.

    @virginmedia I rang to check when I noticed the phone service was not on my account anymore as it wasn't clear the other services would be removed. They told me they would be but I had no formal notification of removal of ALL services. Now been done and email with returns info today.

    @virginmedia Even this service is a joke I’ve been in a queue for an hour and a still no response. Honestly like I said it’s just disappointment after disappointment. If I don’t receive a notification tomorrow to confirm delivery I will be calling back to complain again.
