    @virginmedia So why do you not have a chat system? I work in a similar industry and we are able to help our customer through chat, phone, online, social media it’s crazy a company of the size of virgin media can’t accommodate us. Not having a go at you I’m just disappointed in the system

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to contact your call centre for 15 minutes and I’ve tried all the options and I can’t get through to ANYONE!! I want to cancel my contract and it doesn’t give you the option online to do so!! Can someone cancel it from your social media team?

    @virginmedia I rang after the email and they assured me they have applied a discount and would stay the same price for my contract. I agreed a fix price and if that's not what I got then I have been lied too, which is a miss sale and the ombudsman will be contacted, again.

    No Internet or broadband since yesterday lunchtime. Updates from @virginmedia not really acknowledging how long this is and just pushing resolution time forward. Now predicted to be resolved 10am tomorrow. Fun times with someone wfh, a newborn and a bored 5 year old.
