    @virginmedia 4 hours on a text support case for my broadband. Told I'd reached the max devices for WiFi on my superhub 3 at 10 (supports 20+), and told to request a booster using the Connect app at £3/month (which MAY resolve nothing) before the case abruptly ended. I'm FUMING!

    @TheOnlyElChazmo @maureenbo @virginmedia I got £50 for 8 weeks of crap internet at the start if the lockdown but I had to fight for it Best thing all Virgin customers can do is replace the Superhub 3.0, its even a crap doorstop, solved so many if my issues and now I actually have range on my WiFi

    @virginmedia She is unable to recieve incoming and outgoing phonecalls. She has 2 sockets - 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs and neither are working. It seems to be an intermittent problem as it wasn't working last night, it was working this morning but is now not working again

    @virginmedia This isn’t about compensation as such, I expected better service than what I’m getting. What I would like is for you to actually fix the issue but it appears your guys don’t work weekends? Not high enough priority are we. Installing new customers on weekends though🤔
