Our phone lines and internet are down at our Wakefield office at the moment due to a national Virgin media issue. We have been advised that this is trying to be rectified as soon as possible and when we have an update from them we will update our social media platforms.

3 weeks and 2 engineers later and the broadband outage between the hours of 6 and 9 continues, absolute useless from @virginmedia next steps unless engineer 3 can fix this tomorrow is #ofcom and seeing if we can switch providers 👋

@virginmedia Checked l the internal cabling and all right etc so hopefully just a lose wire somewhere at the cabinet or something the engineer can easily fix. Is there any refund due to lack of service? I pay £67 a month. Can offset that against my mobile phone data

@virginmedia Yes. I wrote to you & received confirmation of receipt. I didn’t call the telno on the letter as it’s the general “helpline” (ha) as I spent most of Nov on hold. There is no clear option for “I want to talk to someone about my complaint”, just endless series of unhelpful options.

@virginmedia Will I have to wait up to an hour if I dial this number before anyone answers? Also last time I spoke to someone they said they couldn’t do anything as I had raised a complaint. I just seem to go round in circles instead of getting it sorted!
