@virginmedia I wouldn't recommend your media connect app its awful, the booster you sent out does exactly zero, as for blackspots around the house that would be anywhere in the house more than 1.5m from the hub, all the software in the world won't polish the turn you call a superhub

@virginmedia Ffs YOU try calling that number and tell me if you get through to somebody. I’ve tried god knows how many times and I just get a machine telling me you’re busy and that I “might like to call again later” every, single time. Your level of service is a joke.

@virginmedia So why do you not have a chat system? I work in a similar industry and we are able to help our customer through chat, phone, online, social media it’s crazy a company of the size of virgin media can’t accommodate us. Not having a go at you I’m just disappointed in the system

- @Ofcom - @virginmedia were 58 days late installing services and we had 4 missed installations.We are entitled to statutory compensation of £5.25 per day from missed start date and £26.24 per missed appointment. VM is saying “customer is not liable for compensation”. Plz help!

Absolute no point in loyalty to @virginmedia I can cancel my package and my husband could take out a new subscription for the same package for £20 less than what I pay now. That's even with the call handlers discretion discount, being with a company for 6 years isn't good enough.
