    @virginmedia Ok. I clicked on a link which advises that the problem will hopefully by fixed by 8.40 tonight. Hardly satisfactory but at least itโ€™s better than knowing nothing. Thanks for your help.

    @virginmedia I honestly can't deal with being passed around departments again. The problem is the WiFi is weak upstairs and I'm paying for a product thats not fit for service. You advertise intelligent pods to boost connections, all I want is to order one to resolve the issue.

    @virginmedia @justwearmasks Instead of employing robots in your impossible to contact call centres and ripping of the public for your shareholders, set up a proper system of customer care which is accessible, helpful, considerate and capable of fixing customer problems quickly and competently.

    @virginmedia I've done this many times previously and does nothing, the most recent request to switch it from modem mode is so you would process my complaint with ofcom which in turn means I'm without WiFi for 30 days unless standing on the "superhub"

    @virginmedia An area outage with something your end caused my issue (no bband) to flag as being resolved at your end. That was not the case in slightest (still without bband) and the tech appt this morning being cancelled but no notification

    @virginmedia It's working now. Just would have been good to have been informed and kept in the loop that there was an issue being worked on, the status page was useless, stating no issues!

    @virginmedia the new router is a terrible design. Why are the airholes at the top, so now all the dust is going to easily get into the box and damage it quicker. There's no pull out tab to easily see WiFi password and the router is wider ๐Ÿซ

    @virginmedia Spent an hour and half on the phone with your customer care team. They couldnโ€™t tell me why they hadnโ€™t turned up, no way of contacting them. Have booked another slot for tomorrow, the team wouldnโ€™t even read the number I had just given them 2/3
