    .@virginmedia are amazing me at the levels of incompetence that they're able to reach. Been on hold today now for 1h 33m, 2hrs 7m (then they cut me off!) and currently 33mins! If you need any customer service from them then avoid them!!!

    @virginmedia I rang after the email and they assured me they have applied a discount and would stay the same price for my contract. I agreed a fix price and if that's not what I got then I have been lied too, which is a miss sale and the ombudsman will be contacted, again.

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to contact your call centre for 15 minutes and I’ve tried all the options and I can’t get through to ANYONE!! I want to cancel my contract and it doesn’t give you the option online to do so!! Can someone cancel it from your social media team?

    @NathHawkeswood @virginmedia Twitter cant help, phoning cant speak to anyone, text service in an endless loop, chat service online is also an endless loop I need to speak with line faults and they aren't even an option on the automated phone service so I'm really screwed

    Not a lover of call centres and thought that they didn't really offer any customer service of any real value, then you have the likes of @virginmedia and @Hermesparcels that seem to want to upset customers. That said, credit to @NespressoUK, was blown away with your service

    Today's @virginmedia phone queue times, and still not sorted my broadband issue: - 1hr 30m - 2hrs 7m (cut off) - 1hr 33m (cut off) - currently, 17m Inept, profit grabbing company. Some more customer service staff would be great!

    @virginmedia i was asked to upgrade as a valued customer, since upgrading my broadband is terrible we are all using 4g at home as connection is so poor. i have done all testing as directed from comp voice on phone and link sent to mobile. i pay for 3 virgin mobiles one now has no data

    @virginmedia Still don’t have internet. Still can’t get through to anyone over the phone. No live chat function. And you won’t let a customer that pays his bills on time out of his contract without paying fees. What a joke. Absolute nightmare!

    @virginmedia It is clear that you can do my property but that it needs 20cm extra of cable. At no stage did anyone ask me to pay for the extra 20cm - it is simply a bureaucratic internal rule at Virgin. Extremely poor customer service and I only got a response after making a formal complaint.

    @virginmedia All good, just venting, it’s not you guys’ fault. I assume updates when the hub randomly reboots mid-afternoon and services resumes normally after the white light stops flashing. Unless it’s something else? There’s never errors, it’s just a sudden reboot once every few weeks.

    @virginmedia I have a pod and the issue perists. The problem is not in the house with the router. This is the second router and like the first, is operating fine: througout the outages, the lights are steady. It's a problem with the Virgin network.

    @virginmedia Engineer hasn't appeared to install. No way of asking about it online, calling help results in "password incorrect" yet log in on app and online ok. What's going on? Terrible service from day 1!
