    @virginmedia It’s been going off intermittently for weeks. I’ve been blaming the devices in the house and changing every cable. You even sent me a new router. Every drop in service resets adapters and loses video calls.

    @virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

    @virginmedia I appreciate how stretched you must be but I am a key worker and for over a week jow I an unable to contact you to sort out my tv problem. Hours on phone,via app and web still not solved. Can’t watch tv properly need it sorting pronto please.

    @virginmedia Tried this, 3 days to reply per message. Pathetic really, good customer service could compensate for poor phone service but I don’t get either. I get the VM sim for free with my package, I’d rather pay an extra £20 a month elsewhere to make sure I don’t miss important calls

    @virginmedia I have been trying to get problem with my box sorted for 3 weeks now. Cuts out sound only. Still not sorted and all info followed. Gone beyond frustrated now simply unacceptable customer service I want to know where else I can complain to or where can get sorted

    Had visit No 2 from Virgin, a couple of nice chaps,chased cables and removed cable still connected to the network that's not been used for years,new modem,new leads,new remote and the supervisor's number with a call back in a week, all good so far well done @virginmedia

    Love when you try to call @virginmedia 2 cancel and they cut you off before even speaking to you twice! i’ll just cancel the direct debit and you can call me back rather than me wasting time and money trying 2 speak to 1 of your incompetent, barely able to to speak English staff

    @virginmedia I was told that you couldn’t install broadband at my property less than 24 hours before the appt. Promised a dongle instead until it can be done but you have done nothing about it?I even spent an hour last night trying to sort it. I need it. Service not good enough

    @virginmedia To add to this, I worked in your faults team for nearly 5 years, why don't the current staff understand what Timing Sync issues are! I'm not normally one to complain but this has been dreadful.
