@virginmedia So why do you not have a chat system? I work in a similar industry and we are able to help our customer through chat, phone, online, social media it’s crazy a company of the size of virgin media can’t accommodate us. Not having a go at you I’m just disappointed in the system

@virginmedia I wouldn't recommend your media connect app its awful, the booster you sent out does exactly zero, as for blackspots around the house that would be anywhere in the house more than 1.5m from the hub, all the software in the world won't polish the turn you call a superhub

@virginmedia Ffs YOU try calling that number and tell me if you get through to somebody. I’ve tried god knows how many times and I just get a machine telling me you’re busy and that I “might like to call again later” every, single time. Your level of service is a joke.

@virginmedia It's a waste of time tbh, all they do is insist I take the hub out of modem mode and when they do eventually agree you are rubbish and put me through to line faults they either just hang up or the battery on my phone dies

@jemmajobennett @OpenreachHelp Our basic copper broadband package is terrible, but it’s the only offering you have. We are a mile away from the exchange. Only virgin media as an alternative, which we don’t really want to switch to. We just would like a better service from BT.
