    @virginmedia about 4 weeks ago, but after getting same ‘trouble shooting’ information yet again & not being able to actually speak to someone or get anyone to come out, I’ve given up. Unless I can get updated equipment & problem resolved I’m off at contract end . Just go round in circles

    The state of @virginmedia customer service. Call up to cancel, go through 19 options, get told they'll send me a text. Go through the same set of options in the text, get told they'll send me a whatsapp. Same options again and it now tells me to hold on for an indefinite time!
