Can anyone at @virginmedia virgin media tell me why the internet drops out every time it rains? The technicians only want to diagnose a fault on the line to the house and they never seem to be out when it's also raining. It's very frustrating.

@virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

@virginmedia I have spent 25 mins on the phone trying to change my package, I was being transferred to an account specialist and you have hung up on me, I suggest you now contact me before I cancel my entire package. Customer service is shocking.

@virginmedia My new sim that uv sent won't work 'network locked' can't log in account online as it's sending me a verification code to the number which now won't work. And ur shops are still shut. Please advise. As currently I have no phone access.

Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

@virginmedia I cancelled my service on 22.2.22 was told our final bill would be 24ish quid and ending on 24.3.22. But today I have recieved a bill of 76 for another full month. Even tho a normal month is only 56 anyways.

@leondas @virginmedia Tried to speak to them today to log a complaint they ended up not logging a complaint and fobbed me off to someone else I was promised someone would get back to me however I have now been waiting 6 hours on WhatsApp and still no contact.
