@virginmedia fully and reasonably, the agent response was "oh okay" and put the phone down. How do I make a formal complaint about the atrocious service you guys offer? (2/2)

@virginmedia hey virgin media - when I'm told a final figure on my account and find out the agent lied and gave me a higher figure and then your complaint team tell me not to worry it'll be sorted. My contract finished on 30/3 but you've still taken a full month's payment (1/2)

@beardedian @VirginMediaCorp Then again I wouldn't expect anything less from Virgin Media. The only thing that is stopping me leaving them is losing my emails. Going to look into an alternative solution to that problem tomorrow

@VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia paperwork completed by my other half for court. Not a single follow up from Virgin. Please RT what a shambles this company and their contractors are. Accepted fault for damage at the time but won't pay up for repairs. Spread the word. Retweet this!

@virginmedia My issue is bband been down since Thursday night and Friday a tech visit for this morning between 8 and 12. Due to an outage at your end, the visit was incorrectly cancelled as your records showed as "now fixed". We didn't find this until contacting yourselves after 12 today

@virginmedia JS, have you taken the time to read the thread through? It would appear not as your previous colleague intimated that you would be looking at auto-comp issue when I notified you that the issue had been resolved though you mentioned nothing about that.

@virginmedia how can you justify levying £25.00 charges if fail to cancel a "now resolved" tech visit but you fail to reciprocate the gesture when YOU cancel a visit and fail to notify the customer with the cancellation being due to an "outage" at your end? Shambolic&insulting

@virginmedia An area outage with something your end caused my issue (no bband) to flag as being resolved at your end. That was not the case in slightest (still without bband) and the tech appt this morning being cancelled but no notification

@virginmedia Frustrating it had to come to this when an internal investigation would easily reveal that your contractors removed struts designed to secure the fence. Now having to pay court fees to remedy an issue created by you. It's a sham. I guess you hope most people back down.

@virginmedia The link asks me to log in which I do, then it shows me my contract etc, I can either fill a form in for someone to contact me but I’ve did it before or it shows the complaint as been closed

@virginmedia great service NOT! Called yesterday to disconnect and was blatantly given incorrect information by the chat agent. Had a call today from another retention agent asking how he could resolve the issues so I explained what happened. (1/2)

@virginmedia Thanks for your reset help earlier it worked, unlike waiting 10 hrs for someone to finally respond to me again via WhatsApp. I was told that there were no offers for current customers yet your website states otherwise!

@virginmedia how do you have the front to increase my bills by nearly 20 percent and yet your service has been awful lately. In the morning my tv broadband and landline is going. And my mobile will not be renewed.
