@SimonMarksFSN Ironically it's the only streaming service of the latest to launch I considered subscribing to here in the UK because CNN removed itself from Sky and Virgin Media when Warner announced its own streaming platform. I hope it now comes back, although it never left LG's WebOS IPTV.

@virginmedia They advised, reset, changing from 2.4 to 5. Then back again. Changing the settings on the account. Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

@virginmedia No, tried 3 times on hold for 20 minutes then cut off by agents without saying a word. After checking other responses I can see this has been the issue either other customers.

@virginmedia I’m not out of contract till aug I think, I watched Martin Lewis Money Show last wk . His was saying even in contract these price hikes are wrong & the customer can leave early without paying off contract. Or use it has a bargaining tool to reduce the price.

@virginmedia They have removed the installation from our house (without permission to enter our property) and installed it to the correct house. BUT the damage ie drill holes from the illegal installation remain. This is not complex but it seems u deciding how u will resolve this is.

Thanks, once again, to @virginmedia for cutting our broadband off somehow and being unable to send an engineer to fix it tomorrow. Estimated completion time is 2.37pm tomorrow. Excellent service...
