    @virginmedia stop constantly calling with silent calls and then cutting off, I've spoken to two people in customer service who advised no one has called. when I call the number back it says its virgin media. Terrible service

    @virginmedia New one is I was hoping to sign up to some sort of TV package, but when logged into my online account it gives me a "oops" with no option, so I need to talk to someone. Experience with the number you have given me has been poor, I want to avoid it!

    @virginmedia i was asked to upgrade as a valued customer, since upgrading my broadband is terrible we are all using 4g at home as connection is so poor. i have done all testing as directed from comp voice on phone and link sent to mobile. i pay for 3 virgin mobiles one now has no data

    @virginmedia change 2 fiber,its the next best thing.Well unfortunately since we have changed Internet 2 urself its been absolutely the worst decision made.Previous Internet with Vodafone no problem with kids playing their computer upstairs now im lucky is i get WiFi at all

    @virginmedia I do, about an ongoing complaint and a new query too, as well as this unresolved mobile query. Am supposed to have someone talking to me via text right now but they are very slow to respond! 2 meaningless texts in 13 minutes. Could someone please ring me?

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to contact your call centre for 15 minutes and I’ve tried all the options and I can’t get through to ANYONE!! I want to cancel my contract and it doesn’t give you the option online to do so!! Can someone cancel it from your social media team?

    @virginmedia WiFi signal from hub3 is unreliable and I am by only in a1 bedroom bungalow, I never use the tvbox as all channels are rubbish and my mobile signal is disgraceful-virgin is worse decision i have ever made

    @virginmedia Virgin cut off my landline without given me any explanation. Now I am calling them every 48 hours ( as they are saying they would be putting back in 48 hours)Since beginning of April I have no landline and no one seems to be fixing the problem.

    We have had to have @virginmedia since we moved here in 2010 for the TV as we have no TV aerial... But I did threaten to cancel the whole bundle, now we can have internet TV

    @PSBal7 @virginmedia Had exactly the same experience, except we were not told our order had been cancelled. Time had been taken off work to wait in for engineer and 2 hrs on chat before being informed. Appalling customer service.
