@virginmedia The only call i have had was 2 calls from the sales to team to offer me a black friday deal, when i asked were they calling in response to my compliant they said they were unable to help with that as it was not their deptartment

@virginmedia My broadband has gone into a weird stopped working properly and I'm at my dad's house 12 Wardenlaw NE10 8NE it keeps going on and off and is so slow and it is barely usable! Is anyone else having the same problem with Virgin?

@virginmedia New one is I was hoping to sign up to some sort of TV package, but when logged into my online account it gives me a "oops" with no option, so I need to talk to someone. Experience with the number you have given me has been poor, I want to avoid it!

@virginmedia I do, about an ongoing complaint and a new query too, as well as this unresolved mobile query. Am supposed to have someone talking to me via text right now but they are very slow to respond! 2 meaningless texts in 13 minutes. Could someone please ring me?

@virginmedia Outrageous customer service after 20 years of custom. Simple name change took 3 years of trying and then 5 hours on complaints line to implement. Got upgrade of broadband as a sweetener. Told it was cheaper. First bill £118! Wtf

@virginmedia I have contacted via WhatsApp they say 24 hrs. In tha last week alone we have had 3 lengthy outages. It doesn’t advise anything online. It really isn’t acceptable. Our complaint was closed by email too without resolution.

@virginmedia They’re a representation of what speeds the hub is outputting though, and that’s the issue - the hub is massively underperforming on wifi. That written statement from virgin guarantees 100mbps on my package, doesn’t specify being on Ethernet connection. I’m getting 20. 1/2
