    A week of no issues after a month of next to no tv and now it starts all over again. I have sound and the guide but just a black screen on every channel. So glad my contract is up, deffo going to be leaving this time. Waste of time and money!!!!! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia 2 technicians over a week period, 4 visits. TV back on but Internet on and off now. Will be ringing Sky tomorrow and also your cancellation team. Clearly this is my service from now on.

    @virginmedia why am I having daily and sometimes multiple outages with your broadband service? Checked service status which always says everything is fine. It's so fine I need to switch off WiFi on my devices and use 4G. Thoughts welcome.

    @virginmedia That was the original issue, the main thing outside was flooded and corroded (affecting 6 customers in street), so the network team I think came and fixed that, we've had 1 week of working service until today.

    @virginmedia They advised, reset, changing from 2.4 to 5. Then back again. Changing the settings on the account. Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

    @virginmedia The issue is I’m trying to cancel my services but I see how you keep customers as nobody will answer the phone to do this hence the reason nobody can leave I’ve now been on hold 1hr 14mins which is totally unacceptable

    @virginmedia everything else is working except kids channels 712 to 717, W02 error. No other channel issues or broadband, done all the standard resets, unplugged at mains etc. Do I need to call to have this resolved? TV guide just says 'to be announced' Everything else is fine.

    1 whole week without any @virginmedia, months of signal issues. Engineer has gone out of his way but having to continually wait. Hopefully the engineer booked for tomorrow turns up and replaces my now faulty equipment.

    @virginmedia whats going on with your Live TV. Can't login with any browser except Firefox, including mobile. Then Sky Sports is telling me the device isn't registered. (It is). Then when I click device management from your app the website times out. This is ridiculous.

    @virginmedia Thank you,will try tomorrow morning as we cant try today. Was told on website that the whattsapp service is the quickest service for a response, which clearly is not. The service vm are providing isn’t great. Maybe having a callback service would be better. Are you open Sundays?

    @virginmedia been online hold with your WhatsApp chat for 3 days. Can’t get through to you via phone. You either need more staff to answer the enquiries or better service to prevent them. Sort it out.

    @virginmedia That is what you promoted yesterday. Verbatim my computer is frozen I am calling IT to fix it. I am on until 8pm(call about 1pm). 8.01pm no call back, waited in for 7 hours. Made 13 previous calls still issues. I think I am owed a call back do you?

    @virginmedia It's was about how the last complaint I made wasn't answered in any meaningful way. Now the next complaint will be about how this complaint wasn't answered at all. After that I dunno ofcom I guess.

    @virginmedia Yes. The phone is stand alone. No filter. Nothings changed. Tried another phone, still no tone. If the issue was my phone people calling in would not get “you have dialled an incorrect number”!?!? That’s an issue your side surely
