@virginmedia I know my line is spoofed, when an incoming call from a foreign country is giving out I’m not wrong number as I’m being spoofed I am technically aware of this I used to provide support for a very large telecommunications company

@virginmedia In October agreed new contract, came to install last week got new router and have since cancelled the packages that was agreed. I am now been charged more and getting less services. Tried to resolve last week over the phone & not no further forward so just want to cancel now.

@virginmedia I accessed that using paid for @giffgaff data when your broadband was off in our area for 4th time in 6wks (or less). @Ofcom - is there any scope for auto refunds when a service is not reliable? The 24hr loss of use thing is pointless for us as its off for less - but often!

@virginmedia Our home set up was 4 days late arriving and we can't even use it as the engineer date was moved to a week later. I do hope our bills won't start until the service is up and running or I will be cancelling. Oh and the chat service is terrible. No one replies.

@virginmedia Is this for real??! I paid to watch the event live!! If you paid £25 to see a show in the West End and the performance was ruined by technical issues - would they tell you, it was ok for the last song and it’s being performed again tomorrow if you want to watch it again? #refund
