    Well since complaining on here about @virginmedia and their terrible phone calls last week I’ve had 5 calls in the last three days all trying to sell me the same upgrade. Absolutely this close (fingers mms apart) from cancelling with them completely. FFS sort it out!

    @virginmedia Still down now, can work from Catch Up or my recordings, but nothing live as there are no channels. Drop outs in WiFi too. Not great.

    @virginmedia According to your Customer Service I was informed I was to get a phone call by 5pm on Wednesday. When I rang back on Thursday to complete my order for a replacement box (after being offered a V6 but would have to pay installation) I was told no later than 5pm Friday.

    @virginmedia why am I having daily and sometimes multiple outages with your broadband service? Checked service status which always says everything is fine. It's so fine I need to switch off WiFi on my devices and use 4G. Thoughts welcome.

    Why is @virginmedia customer service so unrelentingly bloody awful?? Still no call from an engineer, told replacement TiVo box would come by post for it to come out by courier and get notified of this 20 minutes after the delivery window has started and I was at work 😡

    @virginmedia I suggest you feed this back to Customer Service as I very much doubt I'm the first customer who's been misinformed on this. The engineer was supposed to be calling about my ongoing intermittent service issues, with both TV and internet.

    @redfragglepigs @virginmedia I have to admit it's getting to the point where there can just come and take it all away. I can't believe they treat customers like this and we have been with them over 30 years. My wife is at her whits end with them and waiting for call backs, as I said one days was 6 hours 📞🤔

I have phone contracts with them for all my family, broadband, massive tv package and house line with them including all insurances.... they still haven’t sorted a complaint from early this year! #getrid

    @virginmedia broadband has been terrible for days now, forcing me to use my phone's 4G for everything. Already had to pay for extra data TWICE! Please, can you fix my broadband problems? Plus it would be nice for you to refund me the extra data I bought. Your service is not cheap

    @MumOnAMission3 @colinrimmer7 @virginmedia Broadband really should be at the same level as Gas, Electricity and Water as an essential service. Companies that delivery broadband get away with far too much interruption to services..

    @virginmedia I've tried that but the helpline says they are extremely busy and you just hang on without getting through. What's more worrying is the lack of landline available for my vulnerable parents and the nurses can't contact them. Is there a way for you to arrange an appointment?

    @virginmedia A further two weeks have passed and I'm no closer to getting my Internet restored. You have cancelled for 6th time with zero notice. I've received nothing in the way of compensation and am still being charged over £55 a month for no service.
