    . @virginmedia rang virgin last week to move house. You've done the external install yesterday but haven't turned up for internal install today. Tried to log into my account and it says my package is cancelled no options for support at all. Called and hung up on before answer.

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. Problem was that no agent ever responded to move requests via the bot. I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

    What an absolute farce @virginmedia are. Pay a ridiculous amount each month for slow broadband that regularly doesn’t work. Now on to a second day with no service and TiVo is also down. Pathetic.

    Very excellent service from Linzi in the Longbenton call centre today, got my upgrade sorted and we had a good little chat as well whilst she was sorting things. Made me feel a lot better for spending the time I did on hold. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Then when transferred to ‘customer care’ so that I could complain and seek compensation, I waited another 20mins and was eventually cut off without speaking to anyone.

    @virginmedia I am totally appalled at the way you look after loyal customers! I have been with virgin for almost 10 years and when I moved home and I tried to down grade my package to broadband only! I was unable to get the Black Friday deal! I felt totally let down by virgin!

    @virginmedia had intermittent internet connection for the past week, restarting hub and running online test several times (waiting 24hours in between) eventually it’ll start working again. Rang up today for some help to be told i have to wait 24hrs before i can go any further?

    @virginmedia Thanks but presumably the info is shared by Virgin to O2? This would indicate either a mistake in info provided, or its processing, which, under GDPR, makes it either an O2 or Virgin problem depending on who has mishandled. Not sure passing the onus onto me is the way forward.

    @virginmedia As i stated earlier the internet connection over wifi is very intermittent, how you can advertise super fast broadband il never know especially the price you charge every month

    @virginmedia The service comes and goes. It is happening more frequently. It can be ok for a day or 2. Then, just drops. The virgin media box then displays some red icons on the front of the box. As the Internet is off its difficult to check online for faults.Comes back on, it says it's fine
