@virginmedia Thanks for your response, still the same issues I’ve ran the test and it says good response but connection very intermittent on TV and almost non existent on all family devices. Very frustrating

@virginmedia hi how do i book an engineer via the app? Service status on broadband and equipment all check out. No connection to devices. Impossible to speak to someone on phone with almost an hour on hold. Can't see how to book appt online yet apparently it's possible? Thanks.

@virginmedia I have been o with them twice over last two days, first they blamed a national outage, but then changed when I said 2nd box was fine, so now it's the box, internet is no better, lost all 2g so still can't connect again blaming all other platforms which I doubt it very much

@virginmedia Its now a daily thing through, morning, afternoon and night, though no problems in my area, but very few if any Virgin users on the WiFi scanner. Great upgrade and your system is not fit for purpose at the moment and we'll be moving on. All you get is sorry and try rebooting

@virginmedia I didn't need to run a service test. Again if you follow the conversation I stated 5 comments ago that there was an issue in my area and I wanted to know what was going on why I was being told different times of a fix.
