I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

For your info with regard to your issue - virgin media have just been fined £28m for preventing people ending their contracts. Perhaps talks to the culture internally that you are describing
