    @virginmedia Media. I ditched the TV part of the bundle years ago, but am still currently paying £50.99 p/m for 150mb broadband and a phone we never use. Come September, when you increase it by another £3.50 it’ll have gone from £37 in Dec 16 to £54.49 - A ridiculous 47% INCREASE......

    @virginmedia This has never been suggested before; you’ve been quite happy just to take the money and then hit me with an annual increase way above inflation. I’ve spoken to customer services on a couple of times in the last couple of months, and the offers have been quite frankly insulting.

    @virginmedia Media service. I waited 30 mins to speak to someone, after selecting an electronic option to cancel. "I'm not authorised to cancel". Now back on hold. Virgin has the worst customer service of any company I've interacted with. It's insane.

    @virginmedia I’ve already spoken to someone on the phone who reset the network, but that didn’t work. I also tried re-starting everything and that also didn’t work, the box itself is very slow now also.

    Virgin Media customer service atrocious - my husband has spent the best part of the last two days on the phone trying to resolve an issue that we’d already discussed with them months ago when we cancelled our contract - they’ve disconnected him four times!!! @virginmedia
