@virginmedia Cancelled the account on 28th or 29th March. Was told by one of your staff members that the service would be cancelled immediately and that #virginmedia owed us just over £70. She also cancelled the direct debit, agreed to send a cheque for the balance to an alternative address

@virginmedia We asked at the time of there was any money outstanding and we were told no. We were never told it takes 30 days to cancel. Again poor service from yourselves. I don't have the complaint number no as your staff keep hanging up

@damieng5 @garethmck1987 @virginmedia @NETGEAR I agree. I have the same set up . With Virgin SH3 no wifi signal to conservatory. With Orbi mesh network wifi everywhere in house & in the garden too. Costs a bit more but woryh it IMO.

@virginmedia please stop reporting that there are no major issues in the GL52 area. Broadband has been mostly out for over 24 hours and TV is intermittent. Your phone help line says there is a problem but your website reports no problem - consistency would be great!

@virginmedia This link has nothing to show. As i said my complaint was closed by the agent promising me a settlement check. Which has not yet come. I had a total of 10 days service and 50 days of total loss of service. initially the customer reps said all will be auto compensate then backed
