    @virginmedia twice in 2 months that my hub 5 has completely gone down with a flashing red light and won’t work, I’ve had to book a technician for it both times. Costs too much for this to keep happening!

    @virginmedia The link asks me to log in which I do, then it shows me my contract etc, I can either fill a form in for someone to contact me but I’ve did it before or it shows the complaint as been closed

    @virginmedia Unfortunately not. The issue is she doesn’t receive any communication from Virgin apart from a monthly text with the link to her account. As she has no password etc she can’t access it

    @virginmedia In October agreed new contract, came to install last week got new router and have since cancelled the packages that was agreed. I am now been charged more and getting less services. Tried to resolve last week over the phone & not no further forward so just want to cancel now.

    was in my old home for 2 year with @virginmedia never had any problems now moved into my new home TV gone off gotta wait 5 days for it foxed broadband keeps dropping NOT GOOD I know we all have teething problems bit this is complete joke

    @virginmedia Hi spoke to Customer services was told IT would get email sent out to me. 3 days later still no email to verify my email address so I can log into my online account.

    @virginmedia Your ‘terms & conditions’ were not explained to me and then sent in an unsuspecting email afterwards. Your customer services team were rude and abrupt. Just another capitalist racket to scam the little man out of cash for your hedge fund owners. Absolute Daylight Robbery!! 🤬

    @virginmedia I didn't even check, it's from some place in India by the sound of the accents, seem to get a lot of them, always the same script, unusual activity regs your Internet, challenge them that it's a scam and they just hang up.

    @virginmedia Utterly pathetic response… you’re thieving money from my pocket for a service you cannot provide. I’ll seek advice from Citizen’s Advice and take to Ombudsman then. I will *never* use a Virgin-branded service again. Hope you’re happy with the way you make your customers feel?
