    @BBCRedButton I don't think your red button service is working on @virginmedia. It's brings up the iPlayer but no live stuff like the springwatch webcams

    @virginmedia @virginmedia service from you has been poor for months - missing the footie is just the last straw. Kindly send an engineer to fix our broadband - the wires at the wall outside are exposed and when we test each day our speeds are below 20MB/s when we are paying for 100+ Thank you

    @virginmedia I was told that I would be called back by a manager #lies Now due to further incompetence you have cut off my Internet & phone service. Claiming that I haven't paid a bill when there's a direct debit set up! #diabolical service. I've never been treated so poorly.

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. Problem was that no agent ever responded to move requests via the bot. I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

    @virginmedia Finally got off call after 70mins. @virginmedia unable to confirm that they wouldn’t be charging to cancel a contract and service that was never provided. Was told that someone would email re promised compensation.

    I’m facing no issues with @virginmedia with my phone right now but with my Xbox it’s not letting me load in to online. But the big problem I have…you pay for 5G and you get 4G like wtf….we pay we should get. Why don’t they put 5G boxes where I live 😡
