@virginmedia I am not in receipt of universal credit and back in nov i thought we could save some money by downgrading now I would like everything out, and will go with another provider. After the service i have received from yourselves nobody else can do as bad a job

@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

Very excellent service from Linzi in the Longbenton call centre today, got my upgrade sorted and we had a good little chat as well whilst she was sorting things. Made me feel a lot better for spending the time I did on hold. @virginmedia

@virginmedia My initial call was about the price increase and to see if we could downgrade as my partner is on furlough my business is closed that was 25th nov so have since paid another 2 months bill £168 I could not be more disappointed in the service i have received

@virginmedia It has been over a week trying to contact you and it’s impossible. The contract needs to end on 04/03/21. Your service makes things 10x harder than any other provider.

@virginmedia Your team still do not answer the phone. Constantly on hold and then they hung up on my partner yesterday when she got through. The box will be left outside the address for you to collect because we have been trying to cancel for a week now and it is a joke. #poorcustomerservice

@Mike__Polak @BBCOne Virgin Media also has to migrate its customers from PSTN to digital voice (ie VoIP); in the event of a power cut the Virgin customer’s router would lose power, so yes, in same boat. Virgin does also have provision for battery backed-up emergency calls via cellular network.

@virginmedia I have no faith you will - 12 months been paying premium for poor internet - now 3rd day in attempting to cancel my contract via whatsapp but your staff offer me a new package and then disconnect even tho i explicitly ask for the ending of my contract. Not even half of the story.
