    Well since complaining on here about @virginmedia and their terrible phone calls last week I’ve had 5 calls in the last three days all trying to sell me the same upgrade. Absolutely this close (fingers mms apart) from cancelling with them completely. FFS sort it out!

    @jackjddaniels @virginmedia I've been having broadband problems, paying for 500, getting less than 100. Now with them not fixing PPV until after the PPV ends! I'm ditching Virgin at the first opportunity. I'd say they are useless but that an offence to useless people.
