@virginmedia Yes but the number on the letter to text to just comes back fail to send. Then I rang 789 for my mam and this person had her in tears also, so we have give up.

@virginmedia stop constantly calling with silent calls and then cutting off, I've spoken to two people in customer service who advised no one has called. when I call the number back it says its virgin media. Terrible service

@virginmedia My contract has expired and I’m wondering what options are available if I decide to sign a new one. Feels like it’d be easier to leave, tbh. I’m also moving house so wanted to discuss moving service to new address. I appreciate you’re busy, but it’s an absolute nightmare.

@virginmedia Hi...obv you have taken notice of my post re cancelling contract of one of your ex subs.Its Law!! Re my service..i'm wired from reuter to pc & tv then wifi to mobile & tablet obv...im happy with virgin tv but bband signal pc & wifi altho "50mbs" is slow ...NOT good enough!

@virginmedia New one is I was hoping to sign up to some sort of TV package, but when logged into my online account it gives me a "oops" with no option, so I need to talk to someone. Experience with the number you have given me has been poor, I want to avoid it!

@virginmedia So we are not just going to write it off as a bad job. Plus my mam finds it hard to understand the persons at the other end of the phone and why they ask for her bank details all we asked was to post out her password for her mobile account.

@virginmedia I do, about an ongoing complaint and a new query too, as well as this unresolved mobile query. Am supposed to have someone talking to me via text right now but they are very slow to respond! 2 meaningless texts in 13 minutes. Could someone please ring me?

@virginmedia The cable network needs to be either opened up to all access or nationalised , surely @Ofcom one company cannot have such monopoly and shouldn't have been allowed to swallow up the other cable companies when virgin media was formed

@virginmedia Tried every route - 150 service - obfuscated for 45 mins and then service center manager in India just hung up as they have no way of knowing what is going on in UK and there job is not to solve problems!
