    @virginmedia Thanks for your response, still the same issues I’ve ran the test and it says good response but connection very intermittent on TV and almost non existent on all family devices. Very frustrating

    Can anyone at @virginmedia virgin media tell me why the internet drops out every time it rains? The technicians only want to diagnose a fault on the line to the house and they never seem to be out when it's also raining. It's very frustrating.

    Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

    @virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

    @virginmedia Plus they said the online deals are not open to us as existing customers. Pretty poor experience compared to Sky who we previously used. Currently wish we had just cancelled our contract at the end rather than transferring to a new property.

    @virginmedia You are an absolute joke to deal with. Finally got through to an actual person, booked an engineer for Saturday, YOU then offered to bring it forward, I said yes, changed all my plans, then at 8pm the night before you change it back to the original slot. This how you treat ppl?😡
