    @louisewil86 @yanic1965 @virginmedia I'm supposed to be on 50mbs...nowhere near! What they dont tell you (any bband supplier) but my engineer does....is that the fibre cable only goes to your local substation box...then thru copper cable to your house ...so slowed down automatically!

    @virginmedia Hi...obv you have taken notice of my post re cancelling contract of one of your ex subs.Its Law!! Re my service..i'm wired from reuter to pc & tv then wifi to mobile & tablet obv...im happy with virgin tv but bband signal pc & wifi altho "50mbs" is slow ...NOT good enough!

    @virginmedia are you going to respond or do you just pick and chose? This is disgusting service. Over 70 quid a month for half a service!!!!!! Cancellation in Feb when my contract Is due at this rate.

    @virginmedia See my complaint ref C-1506221734. Despite giving details of both issues all I get are standard letters saying there is no issue in my area. Last Thursday the router dropped my medical video appointment I had waited 3 months for. This rebooting goes on for hours at a time (1)

    @virginmedia I explain situation to debt collectors. They agree I can’t possibly owe anything for a service that was never installed. I emailed Rachel Barrass your Customer Services Dir but to no avail. This is affecting my credit score. I really need an urgent resolution

    @virginmedia cont: virgin sales team need to be more honest about what they are selling at no point was O2 mentioned in our special new product. So angry feel like an idiot taken 3 days to cancel and met many hurdles trying to cancel 360 and contract with 02 for the SIM card.
