Sent the faulty router back but they argued I never sent it back… continued to charge me for over 6 months. After complaining they opened an investigation, admitted they lost it and they did eventually send me a cheque for £400 😎

Constantly lying about their speeds, work always seemed to be happening affecting the network and the yearly price rises were eye watering. Their customer service is also laughable to top it off

I managed to speak to a human being at Virginmedia and the issue with my broadband and TV services finally got resolved. Your poor service has put me through hell, not being able to deal with my finances with my bank accounts etc. I cannot wait to move elsewhere once I get to the end of my current contract with you. 😡
