  @virginmedia Hi there, I have a V6 box. There’s no pattern as to when it crashes - it has happened at various times throughout the past week. The picture freezes, then ‘no signal’ appears and when it finally comes back, we have to wait a good 10 minutes for it to restart 😕

  @virginmedia are not a serious company. It’s been almost a week now in which my internet has been messing about and they still haven’t rectified the issue. My router has rebooted over 400 times since last Thursday now and they’re telling me service is down in my area.
