    @virginmedia @Steven_Smith89 I’ve tried reaching out via the telephone number provided on your website, however despite numerous attempts I have failed to speak to anyone & a fault at your end meant that the line went dead yesterday as I got through... why do you make this so difficult?     @virginmedia It has been over a week trying to contact you and it’s impossible. The contract needs to end on 04/03/21. Your service makes things 10x harder than any other provider.

    @virginmedia My initial call was about the price increase and to see if we could downgrade as my partner is on furlough my business is closed that was 25th nov so have since paid another 2 months bill £168 I could not be more disappointed in the service i have received

    @virginmedia Your team still do not answer the phone. Constantly on hold and then they hung up on my partner yesterday when she got through. The box will be left outside the address for you to collect because we have been trying to cancel for a week now and it is a joke. #poorcustomerservice

    Very excellent service from Linzi in the Longbenton call centre today, got my upgrade sorted and we had a good little chat as well whilst she was sorting things. Made me feel a lot better for spending the time I did on hold. @virginmedia

    @katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

    @virginmedia Dear Bot, I have done all of that. I understand mobile networks. I used to be a Communications and Information Systems Engineer. Hence my original,question relating to data capacity and contention rates. Even with a 4G signal often can’t use data services.

    I swear trying to report an issue about Virgin media cabinets to them is so infuriating. Imagine I didn't have an account and I was just a random member of the public reporting it. I wouldn't be able to get through without an account. Just want to talk to a real person!!

    @Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow
