16 mins on hold to @virginmedia before I got through to someone who said she needed to transfer me to another department, the recorded message of that department said the number no longer exists and gave me the original phone number to ring! Some customer service that!!!

Nice one @virginmedia I've missed all the 2nd half of the match now. No BB, no Tivo. And your still billing me a higher rate than was agreed when I did the tests which say no issues in my area. Tried resets.

Anyone else on @virginmedia getting “To Be Announced” on virtually every channel. Tried rebooting, switching on and off. Strikes me that VM has gone to shit recently. Loads of channels have gone, close to sacking it off.

@virginmedia over the last few years virgin media internet has got worse the people that work in the call centres are so abrupt and rude I’ve called approximately 10 in the last 5 months and still have a intermittent fault on my internet service !!!!

@virginmedia My 5ghz wifi signal just stopped working. When I went into the router I found my SSID had been changed to "1" and the password had changed back to the default. Is this a result of Virgin media performing maintenance or have I been hacked?
