  @virginmedia why is your self service so poor please. Unable to resolve the fault that I have on my service for 2 days now. No one to speak to and the website is abhorrent in terms of customer experience and engagement. Endless loop of bad requests within the servers you use too

  @virginmedia Continual issues with the credit agreement email not arriving (and yes I checked junk!) It took a webchat and 3 calls to get anywhere near resolving this. Had my dad in his 70s in tears at the stress. I do have to say after almost 2hrs on the phone today we finally 1/

  @virginmedia Nothing reported when I checked before tweeting. Seems to have stabilised for now but must've dropped 15-20 times in the last 48h. No faults were reported on the site when my father-in-law had a complete loss of service a couple of months ago, but it was reported on the helpline.

  Ye gods, @virginmedia customer service is beyond terrible. An hour trying to resolve a "phantom calls" issue last night which now needs an engineer visit, and spotted that a direct debit is in an incorrect name but this can't be changed via WhatsApp chat and needs *another* call.

  @virginmedia You don't need a contact number you can clearly see my name my postcode is Nosey number 4koff and yes I WAS the account holder 9:23 AM 9:23 AM What I posted on x was A LEGAL NOTICE because you constantly marked my credit file after 30+ years as a customer, I gave you 30 days notice and you billed me for 2 months, also you conned me into believing I got a cheaper tariff if I took out an o2 simcard, then you told me o2 was nothing to do with you and I would have to contact o2, since the day the contract was taken out I HAVE NEVER used the simcard an I'm in the process of issuing a claim against virgin media to recover all the money taken from my account from o2 I have emailed the ombudsman over this. 9:31 AM 9:31 AM Oh how nice as I'm talking to you I get a threatening text you will apply charges if I don't return your crap as per terms and conditions, how about I charge you £7.50 per week for the space you rented from me ?, this conversation will be posted in its entirety

  The European Commission has fined AliExpress €550 million for failing to adequately crack down on the sale of unsafe and counterfeit products on its site. The Chinese online marketplace had reported that almost 15 million illegal products were recommended to EU users last year, including counterfeit cosmetics, toys, clothes and gadgets.   @virginmedia can’t log into my account.Rang customer service and their script doesn’t cover my problem. gets usual change password advise yet I can log on with my phone so nt a password issue. They have to escalate which takes 5-10 working days. No wonder Ofcom fine you millions

  @TheMandyGall @ElectricIreland virgin media has threatened me with collecting heavies if I don't pay for service I never got I tried and tried to tell them I was moving but couldn't get to talk to anyone eventually in March I did but they didn't want to know my bill then was 37 e,now it's 157 e on and on on on
