    Very excellent service from Linzi in the Longbenton call centre today, got my upgrade sorted and we had a good little chat as well whilst she was sorting things. Made me feel a lot better for spending the time I did on hold. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Your team still do not answer the phone. Constantly on hold and then they hung up on my partner yesterday when she got through. The box will be left outside the address for you to collect because we have been trying to cancel for a week now and it is a joke. #poorcustomerservice

    Also, I spoke with @virginmedia today, & was promised twice on the call, & I confirmed it twice with them too, that I would get an engineers visit today, & then immediately I put the phone down, got a text saying it was tomorrow between 4pm & 7pm.

    @georgewhyler @virginmedia Constant loss of WiFi over past 2 weeks! Nothing again today! Virgin keep saying it’s ok their end! One engineer failed to turn up another booked for this Friday. This is their last chance or we are off elsewhere. £102 pm for nothing absolutely disgusting service

    Very poor @virginmedia best part of a week to wait for engineer to replace the router. Not ideal when starting a new job WFH, kids homework etc. never mind service like Netflix, Sky etc now redundant and apparently no compensation. I suppose I’ll start looking for a new provider
