    . @virginmedia rang virgin last week to move house. You've done the external install yesterday but haven't turned up for internal install today. Tried to log into my account and it says my package is cancelled no options for support at all. Called and hung up on before answer.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia service from you has been poor for months - missing the footie is just the last straw. Kindly send an engineer to fix our broadband - the wires at the wall outside are exposed and when we test each day our speeds are below 20MB/s when we are paying for 100+ Thank you

    @lxwissssss @MartinEdition @virginmedia Mine is excellent once they replaced the wiring because it was old and now mine never goes off and it’s super fast! The English call centres are great but the Indian and Philippines ones are really bad I avoid them because they just read off scripts!

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. Problem was that no agent ever responded to move requests via the bot. I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

    @virginmedia is broadband services down. My internet has been intermittent for the last week. Reset router 3 times today and still not working properly. Download speed is 1mb. Usually 380 mb

    @virginmedia Quick update - I sent a complaint asking for info to raise a complaint with @ofcom but info was not provided; I was told I won't receive compensation until at least 33 days of no service; I got charged for a full month even though I only received service for 7 days that month.

    @virginmedia @Ofcom if virgin media have sold me a contract on 01/08 and are charging me nearly triple the stated contract price, provided 0 help even though I have all contract sheets etc and emails. Are they doing me wrong? Surely this isn’t right, why as a customer can’t I resolve this?

    @virginmedia I’m so done with virgin media services. Called your customer care, talked for over an hour but your employees ended up hanging up my call! So frustrating! Virgin media gave me an appointment and your engineer didn’t even come! Just want my internet fixed!

    After being with @virginmedia for OVER 20 years (longer if you include ntl etc) after the utter terrible service of the superhub5, unwatchable channels (due to static) and the fact you "don't do offers for old customers"( as I was told today) time for us to leave
