Very excellent service from Linzi in the Longbenton call centre today, got my upgrade sorted and we had a good little chat as well whilst she was sorting things. Made me feel a lot better for spending the time I did on hold. @virginmedia

@virginmedia Ok fair enough. My internet in SE15 is still down, and the estimated time for it being fixed is not 22:15. A further 8 extra hours on top of the 17!!! I use Virgin for my mobile phone, can you contact them to AT LEAST arrange unlimited mobile data during this outage??
