    @virginmedia The only call i have had was 2 calls from the sales to team to offer me a black friday deal, when i asked were they calling in response to my compliant they said they were unable to help with that as it was not their deptartment

    @virginmedia My initial call was about the price increase and to see if we could downgrade as my partner is on furlough my business is closed that was 25th nov so have since paid another 2 months bill £168 I could not be more disappointed in the service i have received

    @katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

    @virginmedia I am not in receipt of universal credit and back in nov i thought we could save some money by downgrading now I would like everything out, and will go with another provider. After the service i have received from yourselves nobody else can do as bad a job

    @virginmedia Don't go there.they have messed up again and still expect to be paid or else. Customer service is a joke. But not funny. Netflix are saying virgin said we not paid our bill I have bank proof. This is 2nd time. Will not do virgin again.

    @virginmedia Yes , rebooted , reset and checked connectivity on the website. It said comeback in 22 hours and if problem still persists we'll help you book an engineer, checked earlier and it was down to an hour and then we'll help you book an engineer.. then it started at 22 hours again.

    @VirginMediaIEPR my phone would not work abroad after switching to Virgin Media mobile, trying to get speaking to customer care is like trying to get through to the white house!!!! AVOID switching as there is no customer care

    @virginmedia No. I held on for 90+ minutes to highlight the issue. I was assured that someone would call within 24hrs. Instead the same issue was replicated. No call back.

    @virginmedia No they haven’t. They can’t install as 2 technicians have now confirmed that the drop cable is broken and an external contractor needs to fix it. So what do I do? Wait indefinitely in the hope that one day they might turn up and I get internet?

    @virginmedia @Dobson5Oscar the customer is my dad but I am fully aware of the circumstances. The number you provided him with will not allow him to access the relevant people so please provide an alternative form of communication. This needs to be dealt with ASAP
