Very excellent service from Linzi in the Longbenton call centre today, got my upgrade sorted and we had a good little chat as well whilst she was sorting things. Made me feel a lot better for spending the time I did on hold. @virginmedia

@virginmedia When you call the number back, it just says the virgin media sales team tried to call and they'll be in contact again. Then the call ends. If the service us now up and running I don't mind them calling. I just don't like how the call ends the instant the phone is answered.

@virginmedia To be honest the virgin media package has been substandard for sometime. Loss of connection and poor customer service so it was time to move on anyway
