    @virginmedia just the most horrific service ever from you. Your agent agreed a discount due to poor service and to stop me leaving. It now transpires the discount is at the expense of skysportsHD which we did not agree. I’m now having to take it to ofcom because no one can help

    Never felt so left down by @virginmedia after years of being a loyal customer my bill has increased by £20pm for no extra services when I rang to cancel I was offered £1 discount! To say I was insulted is an understatement, shocking service loyalty counts for nothing!!! Cancelled

    got an e-mail from @virginmedia saying my bill go up by £4. Don't have a correct TIVO box working, the catch up doesn't work must of the time and the IT team don't know what the code on the TIVO show is!

    @virginmedia Its the lack of communication that's the issue. The previous engineer identified a frequency issue, put an adapter on that worked for about 3 days and the issue came back. What is the issue? I just want what I'm paying for.
