  @virginmedia Lots of people are complaining about this on the customer forums. We've had very little downtime since the separate router was connected, it's suddenly gone to pot and seems to be a general issue at the moment.

  @UtilitaEnergy I'm abroad and unable to access my account via app or webpage, my family at home are unable to access it 1) He has visual impairment issues so is unable to read the meter, 2) @virginmedia is down so I do not know how much credit I have till I get home on Monday.

  @virginmedia My Tv service is still down Pe7 area. Every week we have issues with distorted and pixellated channels. What the hell is wrong with you people. No apology ever given. The service is a disgrace.Been with you for 12+ years. Contract up in July and then you can go to hell

  @virginmedia So you accept there's been an error processing my order and tell my you can't resolve it - I have to call your customer support team. I call them, get out on hold for 5-10 minutes and the call simply gets disconnected. Been a fan of you guys for years - I'm wavering.
