So - Virgin drilled hole in my house without checking service was possible, I repeatedly waited in for engineers who never showed up, been kept totally out the loop, and now told that nothing can be done.

Technician turned up as arranged, found a problem with the cable from the cabinet to the house, arranged for another team to come and replace it, all services back within the hour 👌🏼Thank you

I was not contacted at all about this - but this was the reason the engineer was due today to fix this. No date for a ‘fix’ other than new year
