    @virginmedia good customer service , they asked if they could ring me back in 15 mins due to his PC not working , now 2.5 hours later and I am still waiting , tried ringing them back and been on hold for 28 mins now 😡

    @Dabooka @skybiggerpic @virginmedia It was my second attempt to be fair. First time they reduced the price rise to £1.50 per month, then I rang back a few days later to cancel. Found a better deal elsewhere but price was the driver for wanting to leave. Lovely @virginmedia agent was able to help!

    If @virginmedia offer you a 6 month free upgrade do not accept it. It is a way of locking you into a further contract. Poor service as always

    @virginmedia over the last few years virgin media internet has got worse the people that work in the call centres are so abrupt and rude I’ve called approximately 10 in the last 5 months and still have a intermittent fault on my internet service !!!!

    Nice one @virginmedia I've missed all the 2nd half of the match now. No BB, no Tivo. And your still billing me a higher rate than was agreed when I did the tests which say no issues in my area. Tried resets.

    @virginmedia The person that put me on hold said it looked like there was a problem in our area and tried to put me through to technical help but after music droning on for ages it just stopped. Have given up and watching a dvd instead

    Anyone else on @virginmedia getting “To Be Announced” on virtually every channel. Tried rebooting, switching on and off. Strikes me that VM has gone to shit recently. Loads of channels have gone, close to sacking it off.

    So I phone my Mother-In-Law, an elderly Lady, and receive a message saying her phone is not working. I then phone @virginmedia whose cyborg tells me there is a fault, and puts me through to an Advisor. Another cyborg takes all the details before telling me they're closed...

    @HKesvani @virginmedia Email AND write to them, telling them you cancel with n days notice as per your contract, as of the 2hr phone call date/time. Then log a complaint online for poor service, someone will call you back. Had to dance this merry dance when moving house.

    @tonymc39 @virginmedia Same here when we moved house. They didn't have virgin media in the area we moved to but still insisted on charging me for the remaining 6 months of the contract. I'll never use them again. The trick is with any of these suppliers just go basic to start with.
