Anyone else on @virginmedia getting “To Be Announced” on virtually every channel. Tried rebooting, switching on and off. Strikes me that VM has gone to shit recently. Loads of channels have gone, close to sacking it off.

@simonrim @virginmedia Ended up removing them from our lives due to atrocious (being generous here) customer service. Even now they are threatening £130 charge due to them not sending out the box return kit.

16 mins on hold to @virginmedia before I got through to someone who said she needed to transfer me to another department, the recorded message of that department said the number no longer exists and gave me the original phone number to ring! Some customer service that!!!

@virginmedia disabled relatives who are without a phone for the second time ina month.they have a nurse call system that needs working phone line. No engineer until tomorrow. raised a complaint told some one will call non working phone. If no response complaint closed.

Today of all days my @virginmedia internet connection want's to play silly buggers. Recently upgraded to 1gb and I've never got those speeds, it's usually around the 400mbps but today it's running at around 200mbps. Absolute waste of time and money upgrading

@virginmedia 2. As she couldn’t transfer to another member of staff.. we never received a call back. We rang and spoke to a guy who was literally no help whatsoever and promised us a call back from a manager as not a single manager was in the building.. NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK…
