    @virginmedia Thanks for your response, still the same issues I’ve ran the test and it says good response but connection very intermittent on TV and almost non existent on all family devices. Very frustrating

    @virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

    Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

    @virginmedia They say mast fault, march22 and estimated fix April then June latest 29th July. This is not acceptable cant cancel as will affect mums contract with VM, so she’s paying for substandard service. What good will contacting them do she has contract with you which you have passed on

    @virginmedia hi my mum has just signed up to new VMcontract with added Volts O2 but the mobile doesn’t work O2 said working on it it’s been a fault 4 months, can I cancel the O2 part of contract without effecting VM Part?

    @virginmedia The mobile barely worked when on VIrgin Mobile but now it’s O2 it’s terrible. mum has recently had stroke and this is her main contact number as land line costs, VM as good will cancelled chgs when she first left hospital- what can be done.. O2 are no help just gave credit.

    @Virgin is the worst Internet provider in Ireland, they customer support is horrible, they advertise is beautiful and cute but it doesn't reflect the reality of this company. Coming to Ireland the suggestion I will give you, stay away from them. @virginmedia
