@virginmedia Dont wanna air my business over a feed. Asvised phone we got was outa stock. Faulty phone . Was gonna exchange bit out of stock.i had to cancel contract then take a new one out. But send phone back but wife hasnt a spare???

@virginmedia why am I having daily and sometimes multiple outages with your broadband service? Checked service status which always says everything is fine. It's so fine I need to switch off WiFi on my devices and use 4G. Thoughts welcome.

Well since complaining on here about @virginmedia and their terrible phone calls last week I’ve had 5 calls in the last three days all trying to sell me the same upgrade. Absolutely this close (fingers mms apart) from cancelling with them completely. FFS sort it out!

@virginmedia You got in touch and we told you under no circumstances to cancel as we had no exchange date or move date. You ignored this, cancelled our contract despite no agreement from us and have no notice. Then we were told max 48 hrs to fix and we are way beyond it and still nothing.

@virginmedia Is it a miracle?! the signal is back and it seems fine. I'm not satisfied yet, when I spoke to Virgin, the lady told me she couldn't help me further as the problem was in the hub and only the technician would be able to fix it. What's really going on @virginmedia? 🙏
