    Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

    @virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

    OK @virginmedia I'm done. When I phone customer service, I expect a telephone conversation... I'm not a spellchecker app..I'm Irish,I don't expect to be speaking to a cast member from Slumdog Millionaire.. That conversation was mind numbing.. My patience have left the building

    @virginmedia Yes, informed them if the date and time of the discussion and they said literally that "computer says no loss of service occured" repeatedly. I understand the rules for compensation but clearly something has gone wrong here and I'm hoping you can fix it.
