@virginmedia The issue is I’m trying to cancel my services but I see how you keep customers as nobody will answer the phone to do this hence the reason nobody can leave I’ve now been on hold 1hr 14mins which is totally unacceptable

@virginmedia Continual issues with the credit agreement email not arriving (and yes I checked junk!) It took a webchat and 3 calls to get anywhere near resolving this. Had my dad in his 70s in tears at the stress. I do have to say after almost 2hrs on the phone today we finally 1/

@virginmedia Hi, we managed to some service back around 3:30pm however it’s just back off again. TV, Braodband, Phone line all down again. Apparently someone nearby wiped out the junction box which has caused the issue.

@virginmedia I have sent the refund request to PayPal with supporting evidence, but received an automatic message that the seller (yourselves) could resolve this matter amicably, i.e. you could refund my money. The Premier Inn Ultimate WiFi Service is still not working today.

@virginmedia when are you going to fix the outage in TQ2 6, no Internet or TV for 36 hours and every time the estimated fix time passes it gets pushed back another 4 hours!
