    @virginmedia just the most horrific service ever from you. Your agent agreed a discount due to poor service and to stop me leaving. It now transpires the discount is at the expense of skysportsHD which we did not agree. I’m now having to take it to ofcom because no one can help

    .@virginmedia have emailed me a survey about their handling of my complaint. Nil points all the way. To be fair once I managed to speak to someone she was ok(just) and gave me answers. Trust is so low I don't entirely believe them

    @virginmedia Twice but very unsatisfactorily and although I was told at 5.30 that I would receive a call back within half an hour from a customer services manager, I am yet to receive that call. New customer extremely f***ed off if I'm honest

    @_simonlambert @GECFrost you said it about virgin media. Maybe it’s just me (King in waiting) but when I speak to customer services a “firm” stooge e.g nice but dim wills intercepts the calls to attempt to mentally turn me over. They are sinister AF. Now I’m locked out of iPlayer

    @virginmedia It would help if you read the thread and the attached screenshot. I did email with specific requests under gdpr. That was forwarded within VM and I got a generic dismissive reply which didn't even acknowledge the queries. Further eroding trust in VM

    Hello again @virginmedia 8 weeks ago, I booked an installation at our new house. Moving day, the engineer couldn’t install it, as no site survey had been done, and the signal wasn’t connected. They booked a re-pull team to connect it yesterday. They didn’t show up. 1/too many

    @virginmedia Same device every evening at every time in a room directly above the wireless router. I am studying remotely so I am not using any server - I am directly connected to virgin media Wi-Fi on my home network

    @virginmedia So to reiterate, if I have business broadband 1 gig down, that's £60 a month. But the upgrade page you sent me tells me that to get 1 gig down I have to pay another £18 on top of the £60.25 I already pay.

    So after wasting a whole day waiting in for my @virginmedia box to be delievered when it was meant to, @YodelOnline has still got it sitting in there warehouse and after 2 webchat with the help desk I get told you get it when you get it…what a joke so atm have no internet fml
