    william (@william27504693) reported

@LeeHarris @virginmedia The fact you seem shocked by this means 1 of 2 things. 1) You're really dense & didn't research how truly terrible VM services are 2) You went for the cheap option & this is the result

  • MasterRoshi1667
    Master Roshi (@MasterRoshi1667) reported

@MelJanie @virginmedia They really are a pack of useless *****. Typical VM. Takes your money and a shite service. We all accept it anyway because they are allowed to get away with it. It doesn’t pay to be loyal any more.

  • lionking2014
    Martin (@lionking2014) reported

@JuanSpanishfly @LPXIOP @virginmedia I know how it works I was using voip 30 years ago!... The problem is the virgin broadband is down more often than the virgin phone line... So seems like I am losing a reliable landline line to go over a dodgy broadband one!

  • wolve585
    Craig (@wolve585) reported

What a joke @virginmedia are! 2 weeks, twice "the system isn't working", 3 times been promised call backs to sort the account of my dad who has passed away and nothing! As if its not a hard enough time as it is! I was going to keep the account but this has made me want to cancel!

  • JuanSpanishfly
    Juanito (@JuanSpanishfly) reported

@lionking2014 @LPXIOP @virginmedia It is, just like when u call with ur mobile phone using wifi cos uve no service

  • Malcolm_Sillick
    Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported

@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!

  • KevCrane41
    Kev Crane (@KevCrane41) reported

@BonesE78 @virginmedia I have the same reply, I've sent them a dozen messages, including photos and videos of the streaming box not working but my Alexa still able to say date and time. Not interested, just saying I have to call them from my landline, I don't have one. The service is pathetic.

  • adamebond
    Adam (@adamebond) reported

@virginmedia The Channel 4 app isn’t working on 360. It freezes before it gets to the main menu. Is that an issue on your end or theirs?
