    @virginmedia I know my line is spoofed, when an incoming call from a foreign country is giving out I’m not wrong number as I’m being spoofed I am technically aware of this I used to provide support for a very large telecommunications company

    @virginmedia twice in 2 months that my hub 5 has completely gone down with a flashing red light and won’t work, I’ve had to book a technician for it both times. Costs too much for this to keep happening!

    @virginmedia I’ve tried to use the add-on service as being a broadband customer I’m able to download to the O2 app however I cannot sign in as I do not have a mobile number and it will not accept my landline, can you help

    @virginmedia In October agreed new contract, came to install last week got new router and have since cancelled the packages that was agreed. I am now been charged more and getting less services. Tried to resolve last week over the phone & not no further forward so just want to cancel now.

    @virginmedia This is my 4th call, each lasting over an hour. The 6 different people I’ve spoke to have said: 1) no problem moving early, just plug your boxes on and it will work and automatically activate 2) the old acc hasn’t yet disconnected it will work by midnight once this has happened

    @virginmedia I downgraded my packed to £57 back in January, but I am still getting over charged every month! I have to call customer care every month and explain the story ( call and waiting usually last 1.5 hours) and then get credit… it has been 8 months my account has not yet been fixed!

    @virginmedia I’ve moved house and was told I could ‘self install’. This was due to happen on 19th sept however it was brought forward to 15th sept which I called to advise. We now have no connection working, the old acc has been disconnected and you aren’t able to help me get my new acc on
