@virginmedia My new sim that uv sent won't work 'network locked' can't log in account online as it's sending me a verification code to the number which now won't work. And ur shops are still shut. Please advise. As currently I have no phone access.

@virginmedia Oh dear me no. I went thru security 4 DAYS IN A ROW with your text team. Each time they promised someone would call me “within 4 hours”. No one EVER called. I did receive 10s of texts asking how is your customer service. Answer: what is this “customer service” of which you speak?

Seriously, tried most internet/phone providers (apart from Sky who I would never, ever give money to), ended up back with BT, they sort out problems quicker than anyone else, but you have to negotiate a good deal.

@MichaelRosenYes @virginmedia I had nearly 8 weeks of almost non-stop problems with Virgin, both TV and internet. Piss poor CSU, engineers talking thru heir backsides. I just changed over to Sky in the end. P.S. I'm still waiting for compensation.

@MichaelRosenYes @virginmedia We have VM. Some days it’s great, some days it’s awful. I think they only have one good signal and they pass it around the country area by area with just enough regularity that we all think it’s a a nationwide service that’s just a bit patchy.

@virginmedia I wasn’t . As I said I never get any calls from virgin media. Actually today I tested my theory with Virgin Media. When I have an issue in never get a call back but today I requested a call back to add more channels and I get a call 20 minutes later.
