@virginmedia I was told that I would be called back by a manager #lies Now due to further incompetence you have cut off my Internet & phone service. Claiming that I haven't paid a bill when there's a direct debit set up! #diabolical service. I've never been treated so poorly.

@virginmedia Thanks for reply. Problem was that no agent ever responded to move requests via the bot. I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

. @virginmedia rang virgin last week to move house. You've done the external install yesterday but haven't turned up for internal install today. Tried to log into my account and it says my package is cancelled no options for support at all. Called and hung up on before answer.

@virginmedia An issue signing up. I signed up just fine, had an install date and everything. Now a few days later I get an email telling me my credit score isnt good enough and not offering any alternative option like paying a deposit or something. This isn't good enough.

@virginmedia Yes I've done that say no issues apart from connections to my house I've just called CS again to be told to rest it for the 10th in 36 hours and still have problems. A technician has even book for 2nd Dec but I have no Internet to then.
