@virginmedia The only call i have had was 2 calls from the sales to team to offer me a black friday deal, when i asked were they calling in response to my compliant they said they were unable to help with that as it was not their deptartment

@virginmedia stop constantly calling with silent calls and then cutting off, I've spoken to two people in customer service who advised no one has called. when I call the number back it says its virgin media. Terrible service

@virginmedia The engineer put a splitter in to try and share it around the house -didnt work. They said we have a lot of devices trying to fight for signal but we explained that when we bought the Virgin Media package they said it would survive the amount of use. I believe we have the 3.0
