Never felt so left down by @virginmedia after years of being a loyal customer my bill has increased by £20pm for no extra services when I rang to cancel I was offered £1 discount! To say I was insulted is an understatement, shocking service loyalty counts for nothing!!! Cancelled

Hey @virginmedia, your #virginmobile service is pretty patchy where I live, although your coverage checker says “excellent”. Just sat on my sofa, numerous people say calls keep “coming and going”, that I sound miles away or call cuts out completely for few seconds. Any ideas?

@virginmedia all@my services have been down since Saturday 5.30pm. Your update has given 3 updates of different times it will be resolved. Each saying engineer is on his way! How long does it take an engineer to get to the problem, he’s been on his way since 6pm yesterday.
