    @virginmedia Hey its been like this for a while. I have the power socket scheduled to restart every night, but it isn't helping. Ive also reset to factory settings numerous times as well as try different wireless channels. WiFi is only part of the problem though as the issue exists on cable

    @virginmedia Cancelled the account on 28th or 29th March. Was told by one of your staff members that the service would be cancelled immediately and that #virginmedia owed us just over £70. She also cancelled the direct debit, agreed to send a cheque for the balance to an alternative address

    @virginmedia We asked at the time of there was any money outstanding and we were told no. We were never told it takes 30 days to cancel. Again poor service from yourselves. I don't have the complaint number no as your staff keep hanging up

    @virginmedia just got a call from you. Agent was very lacking in her efforts & I didn’t understand her at times. Wanted an argument with me due to “installation date coming a month after signing the contract”... it’s a moving home. Not a new contract. tempted to cancel now.
