    @virginmedia @virginmedia Planned maintenance meant our Internet was off yesterday, letter said it would be back on by 5pm, its still off! 32 hours and its still off! Can't get through on the phone to customer services, website is no help whatsoever. I can't do my job!

    @virginmedia No its quite alright, I spent 3 hours on hold to eventually get through to your sales department. Almost as much time as you needed to reply. And my problem isn't fixable. Interesting that you can't unthrottle mobile network speeds under any circumstances?

    Spent 40+ minutes on the phone to @virginmedia trying to upgrade service only to be put on hold and then cut off! Im not even able to reach them back due to the line being constantly engaged. Frustrating!
