Was told by one of your staff members that the service would be cancelled immediately and that #virginmedia owed us just over £70. She also cancelled the direct debit, agreed to send a cheque for the balance to an alternative address

Never did they mention needing access on Monday, and I was home all day and no one rang bell!!
