What an absolute farce @virginmedia are. Pay a ridiculous amount each month for slow broadband that regularly doesn’t work. Now on to a second day with no service and TiVo is also down. Pathetic.

@virginmedia hi a few folks on our street keep experiencing drop outs of WiFi signal in the middle of the working week, a few of them have made contact with you but no issues are being found, and you don’t seem to be able to help? but there is clearly an issue?

@virginmedia My 88-year old father has been targeted by mis-selling and is now being charged for an expensive 5G SIM that he doesn’t want and can’t use as he doesn’t have a mobile phone! - extra charge silently added to his direct debit with no authority from customer! And no way to cancel!
