I spoke to o2 this morning and they’re having trouble changing it or even sending a text to us for security purposes to the number we are porting because that is now inactive.

Also waiting for a WhatsApp for over an hour because the direct debit still has his late wife's name on account after 7+ years, & we can't change it online (same acc no.).

Couldn't get through to customer service, nor sign in to my account. Only by looking at newspapers online did I discover the outrage. Virgin Media is a disgrace.
