    @robhinds @mark395625 @virginmedia It’s always baffled me how existing customers don’t get decent deals when you’re showing loyalty by staying with them. It’s the same with all utilities and when they say you have to CALL to cancel it turns into a nightmare

    @virginmedia Ringing that number is a nightmare! I could wait for an hour to speak to some one who tells you you’re through to wrong the department so you’re left hanging for another half hour…then Virgin just hang up and you start again. No thanks. Can someone not ring me?

    @virginmedia Ok just to follow up that the issue has now been resolved. 5 weeks after I phoned to sort it out. Numerous phone calls, sitting in queues and I had to complain to get any response and escalation to a senior manager to solve a 5 minute problem.

    @virginmedia - part 2 - after all that they can’t book the date. I ask about complaints & they don’t know anything on complaints. Not great for a new customer purchasing your “Ultimate” bundle. Resolve my complaint & get me an earlier appointment as oringally advised.
