@virginmedia My new sim that uv sent won't work 'network locked' can't log in account online as it's sending me a verification code to the number which now won't work. And ur shops are still shut. Please advise. As currently I have no phone access.

@virginmedia Come on Virgin, give us some feedback. What's the issue with the WiFi in the NE10 8WH area. Mine seems to have gone off completely now. Loads of people in the area complaining of same issues all across social media.

@virginmedia hi how do i book an engineer via the app? Service status on broadband and equipment all check out. No connection to devices. Impossible to speak to someone on phone with almost an hour on hold. Can't see how to book appt online yet apparently it's possible? Thanks.

@virginmedia hello I'm getting really fed up now with ringing up every day for 10 days and getting through to some exotic country and no one resolving my problem, is there a UK number I can ring to resolve my complaint please , other wise I will be suing at the end of this week.
