    Please be aware everyone when you get a inbox from virgin media. I got one yesterday asking about my account and asking me to send my card details and card holder name and security number to verify the account. It wasn’t virgin media but a scam. Because my internet was down. Scum

    @virginmedia It says there’s no issues in my area. So why does my internet keep going off. If it works it’s very rarely high or if it is it’s only for a short time. Then goes off and gives low readings. I’ve reset it and unplugged it from mains etc and still it’s on and off. Annoying

    @virginmedia So I expected a call today before 12pm from business team I also logged a call back on the website for one of the team to call me before 12pm. Engineer on Friday said someone would call in the morning it’s now just gone after 12 and I am still waiting? This is poor?!

    @virginmedia my 80 year old mother is in ill health, in June I helped her online cancel paper bills, since this time we have done this another 2 times,Mam has tried to call no answer after 45 on hold,Ive just tried to email with the address on rear of bill, it doesn’t work.

    @virginmedia is broadband services down. My internet has been intermittent for the last week. Reset router 3 times today and still not working properly. Download speed is 1mb. Usually 380 mb

    @virginmedia Waiting for delivery of hub equipment to start using internet.Due Monday & it’s still not here. 1st week as a Virgin customer. Made 6 calls bounced from person to person,made to feel like it’s my fault! Spoken to Yodel & tracking details show they haven’t received it from Virgin

    @virginmedia Yes. There is a known issue in my area but no "explanation". It's states the fix estimate is 3pm. That's almost a whole day's salary.

    @virginmedia And it has just cut out again and your bot via the number above just said restart the router and put the phone down on me. Slightly concerned that it lasted 5 days again and decided to come back to disconnecting?

    @virginmedia I’ve sorted the problem I think. Or maybe until the next time it goes off. I’ve disconnected coax cable etc and blew them clean and tightened them back up and done a speed test and it’s up to 365mb download speed. Hopefully this has fixed problem

    @virginmedia Yeah I know that but we are paying for the fastest speed and when it eventually works we don’t get nowhere near that speed. Considering how many times I have to reset the router we don’t get a full service. Just wanted it sorting out

    @virginmedia I have a problem that you can solve now but won't because its not on "offer". I know someone who made a simple call and got the hub4, no upgrade, £35 delivered. It seems to matter who you speak to at Virgin. Going to cancel anyway. VM loses a customer & £1200 p/a for a router

    @virginmedia All devices I've tested on have a slow upload speed. It's 10% of what it should be. That's way outside the acceptable peak times/random fluctuation allowance

    @O2 @virginmedia I’ve been an o2 customer for 14 years and never had an issue. I was a virgin customer for 3 years and had no end of problems. I just got shot of virgin and now this 😢 I really hope this doesn’t effect o2 customers and the fab customer service you provide because virgin is awful!

    @virginmedia I cannot believe how difficult it is for you to install your fibre broadband in @guiseley. Your engineers were on site on 21/05 and I'm still not connected. I've lost count of how many times I've been promised callbacks or been cut off during a support call.

    @virginmedia I moved house, read up on moving - called Virgin stated that I thought a survey would be in order and advised no, the service was there and selected the best of everything. My first install date the engineer who came out advised I needed a dedicate cable pull ….
