@virginmedia Media service. I waited 30 mins to speak to someone, after selecting an electronic option to cancel. "I'm not authorised to cancel". Now back on hold. Virgin has the worst customer service of any company I've interacted with. It's insane.

@virginmedia This has never been suggested before; you’ve been quite happy just to take the money and then hit me with an annual increase way above inflation. I’ve spoken to customer services on a couple of times in the last couple of months, and the offers have been quite frankly insulting.

@Dabooka @skybiggerpic @virginmedia It was my second attempt to be fair. First time they reduced the price rise to £1.50 per month, then I rang back a few days later to cancel. Found a better deal elsewhere but price was the driver for wanting to leave. Lovely @virginmedia agent was able to help!

@virginmedia I have recently joined Virgin I was sold the package as super fast I have very poor connection in my bedroom after a lot of conversations with customer support I was told I would get a Wi-Fi pod free of charge now I am being told I will only have it for free for 6 months.
