Absolutely this close (fingers mms apart) from cancelling with them completely. FFS sort it out!

I have sound and the guide but just a black screen on every channel. So glad my contract is up, deffo going to be leaving this time. Waste of time and money!!!!! @virginmedia

I am now been charged more and getting less services. Tried to resolve last week over the phone & not no further forward so just want to cancel now.
