@DavidAHSleath @virginmedia I love the customer service when they just end the call half way through trying ‘to help’ I once spent 5 hours back and forwards with the every part of the business... engineers... blah blah blah... still was no better! Until I managed to get through to Scotland! 👍🏼

@virginmedia understand that like every other business that you’re short staffed with the pandemic, but the speed of internet recently has been shocking. Website is useless, community help is useless. Don’t want to ring up, yet they’re happy to still take my money every month.

@virginmedia every month I have the same issue. Go to pay bill and despite having Google auto password (which works on every other thing I log in) it says my log in is wrong and I have to reset it EVERY MONTH!! EVERY MONTH!! IT'S RIDICULOUS

@virginmedia Unless you can somehow release me from Virgin Media Prison, I doubt it. Full reset and nothing has changed. We have Internet but it's very slow and cuts out, the engineer came out and fixed the problem for a couple of weeks but we're back to square one. Fed up, in all honesty.
