@lxwissssss @MartinEdition @virginmedia Mine is excellent once they replaced the wiring because it was old and now mine never goes off and it’s super fast! The English call centres are great but the Indian and Philippines ones are really bad I avoid them because they just read off scripts!

@virginmedia Yeah I know that but we are paying for the fastest speed and when it eventually works we don’t get nowhere near that speed. Considering how many times I have to reset the router we don’t get a full service. Just wanted it sorting out

Please be aware everyone when you get a inbox from virgin media. I got one yesterday asking about my account and asking me to send my card details and card holder name and security number to verify the account. It wasn’t virgin media but a scam. Because my internet was down. Scum

@virginmedia is broadband services down. My internet has been intermittent for the last week. Reset router 3 times today and still not working properly. Download speed is 1mb. Usually 380 mb

@virginmedia So I expected a call today before 12pm from business team I also logged a call back on the website for one of the team to call me before 12pm. Engineer on Friday said someone would call in the morning it’s now just gone after 12 and I am still waiting? This is poor?!

@virginmedia I’ve sorted the problem I think. Or maybe until the next time it goes off. I’ve disconnected coax cable etc and blew them clean and tightened them back up and done a speed test and it’s up to 365mb download speed. Hopefully this has fixed problem

@virginmedia It says there’s no issues in my area. So why does my internet keep going off. If it works it’s very rarely high or if it is it’s only for a short time. Then goes off and gives low readings. I’ve reset it and unplugged it from mains etc and still it’s on and off. Annoying

@virginmedia Yes. There is a known issue in my area but no "explanation". It's states the fix estimate is 3pm. That's almost a whole day's salary.

@virginmedia This is nonsense. I've had devices sat next to each other, one connected, the other can't connect; constant niggly issues. Superhub 3 Wifi is a joke. Ended up having to buy a different router and use the SH3 in modem mode. I haven't had a problem since.

@virginmedia PLUS. The speed issue was MINOR. It escalated totally unnecessarily and there were far more expedient and immediate solutions. It’s almost like a scam, and the only one who suffers is me! There is absolutely NO logic in this. I’d no wish to leave .@virginmedia! The agent was 💩😡

@virginmedia Put it this way if when the engineer arrives on Monday if he can’t to the install because the service hasn’t been done the **** will hit the fan. The service request should of been done on 4th January
