Anyone else on @virginmedia getting “To Be Announced” on virtually every channel. Tried rebooting, switching on and off. Strikes me that VM has gone to shit recently. Loads of channels have gone, close to sacking it off.

16 mins on hold to @virginmedia before I got through to someone who said she needed to transfer me to another department, the recorded message of that department said the number no longer exists and gave me the original phone number to ring! Some customer service that!!!

@GSpellchecker @virginmedia I left Virgin too, not for bad service, but just on price. I actually left and got BT installed. Then a *lovely* man from Virgin rang and dropped my bill to almost nothing, so I switched them back on, and left BT as I was still in the cooling off period.

@virginmedia I finally raised it as a complaint online and an engineer has been booked. The landline has an engaged tone instead of a dialling tone and can't make/receive calls. Your web link to 'landline issues' wrongly directs to 'landline features' by the way

I've just given my 30 days notice for my @virginmedia broadband, TV and landline. The mobile phone will be next as soon as my contract is up. Currently working on moving banks too since Virgin bought out my bank. That's where appalling customer service gets you.
