@virginmedia Cancelled the account on 28th or 29th March. Was told by one of your staff members that the service would be cancelled immediately and that #virginmedia owed us just over £70. She also cancelled the direct debit, agreed to send a cheque for the balance to an alternative address

@virginmedia We asked at the time of there was any money outstanding and we were told no. We were never told it takes 30 days to cancel. Again poor service from yourselves. I don't have the complaint number no as your staff keep hanging up

@virginmedia I press to log in via virgin media. Then it starts loading the page but then jumps back to the log in with o2 or virgin media screen. Just goes round in circles. Can’t even get to the bit where I can actually sign in as it just keeps skipping back!
