    What an absolute farce @virginmedia are. Pay a ridiculous amount each month for slow broadband that regularly doesn’t work. Now on to a second day with no service and TiVo is also down. Pathetic.

    @virginmedia I was told that I would be called back by a manager #lies Now due to further incompetence you have cut off my Internet & phone service. Claiming that I haven't paid a bill when there's a direct debit set up! #diabolical service. I've never been treated so poorly.

    @virginmedia I have had a house love booked for two weeks (planned for tomorrow) yet once again you have disconnected my services early at my current address. I’m working from home and your error has once again impacted me and I’m going to spend my morning again trying to fix!

    @virginmedia Sorry a total cop out. Who is actually investigating this, please don’t treat me like a fool. Does an investigation take over 3 months when it’s pretty much clear cut what happened. I have all the emails. Nobody is investigating otherwise I would be kept in the loop after 3months
