    @virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

    @virginmedia Thanks for your response, still the same issues I’ve ran the test and it says good response but connection very intermittent on TV and almost non existent on all family devices. Very frustrating

    Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

    @virginmedia Nice adverts for your content, shame my recorded delivery complaint about my issue originating in MARCH (after three failed online submissions and pointless texts) has still not been acknowledged,been ignored,treating a customer as a piece of 💩 way to go 👏🏻

    @virginmedia Can you give me the link to make a formal complaint. The pandemic has shut down many call centres yet I have had no problems with insurance companies, mail order or online shopping. For a telephone/broadband service to be this pathetic is unacceptable.

    @virginmedia not yet! all staff seem not aware of Video relay and ask me to speak, how rude as i am signing to interpreter to relay voice for me. it must be sorted ASAP! as i am still holding and talk back holding since 11am!

    @virginmedia three months after my complaint you contact me with a solution. On agreement I am passed to another department who refuse to honour the agreement. If your intention is to give me a nervous breakdown, you’re almost there. All I want is the services I am paying for!😡

    @virginmedia I am unable to make or receive calls on my virgin media mobile. It's been like this for hours & is ridiculous. Luckily I'm out of contract, so once up & running will look to move, but in the meantime, how long until the service I pay for will be restored?
