    @virginmedia In October agreed new contract, came to install last week got new router and have since cancelled the packages that was agreed. I am now been charged more and getting less services. Tried to resolve last week over the phone & not no further forward so just want to cancel now.

    @virginmedia I don’t understand where you can see my personal information, it merely gives you, what broadband package I’m on what telephone service I’m on and watch TV service sign there are no account details whatsoever

    @OliverStanding @virginmedia It's not a great self serve option and poor customer experience. I have an issue trying to remove a service from my current package. Cant be done digitally or remotely. Only via phone which even then very few of the advisors have the levels of authority to amend your package.

    @virginmedia my elderly mother has been trying to contact you for over 3 weeks now to cancel her sub as it has gone up £60 pm. She has been out on hold numerous times and cut off no help on chat etc. her only option now is to cancel the DD as she can’t afford this anymore… help

    @virginmedia 2 technicians over a week period, 4 visits. TV back on but Internet on and off now. Will be ringing Sky tomorrow and also your cancellation team. Clearly this is my service from now on.

    .@virginmedia Broadband down - phone line states because of 'improvements'- not expected back until 3pm. Why was there no notice so I could arrange to work from alternate location? How do I get warning in future?

    @virginmedia I’ve tried to use the add-on service as being a broadband customer I’m able to download to the O2 app however I cannot sign in as I do not have a mobile number and it will not accept my landline, can you help

    @_MMaritima @virginmedia I'd say that needs an engineer visit then at least. Probably either a bad connection or a flakey modem. Phone and log it every time it goes off.

    @virginmedia No TV channels all day. Just pixelated pictures. Tried the the website and it cannot check the service for my area. Pretty poor and amateur. And all we will get is a meaningless apology. What would happen if I held back my payments for a period of time and then apologising?

    @virginmedia Why not put a message on the TV saying that? Lots of your customers will think its an issue on their end. I've turned off and on and changed HDMI cables This sort of thing happens quite a bit when you're watching in apps and you turn off the box whilst in the app.

    @virginmedia Our teams are already working on the ongoing issue, and they’ve advised that they need a bit more time to get everything fixed. The current estimated time to resolve this is around 24 hours. Is that the time frame for fix?
