@virginmedia disabled relatives who are without a phone for the second time ina month.they have a nurse call system that needs working phone line. No engineer until tomorrow. raised a complaint told some one will call non working phone. If no response complaint closed.

Never felt so left down by @virginmedia after years of being a loyal customer my bill has increased by £20pm for no extra services when I rang to cancel I was offered £1 discount! To say I was insulted is an understatement, shocking service loyalty counts for nothing!!! Cancelled

Great when it works and then (usually when you really, really need it) down for no reason, no explanation other than "problems in your area". We had this for 3 years until switching to Vodafone last year - slower headline speed but rock solid
