    1 whole week without any @virginmedia, months of signal issues. Engineer has gone out of his way but having to continually wait. Hopefully the engineer booked for tomorrow turns up and replaces my now faulty equipment.

    A week of no issues after a month of next to no tv and now it starts all over again. I have sound and the guide but just a black screen on every channel. So glad my contract is up, deffo going to be leaving this time. Waste of time and money!!!!! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia In October agreed new contract, came to install last week got new router and have since cancelled the packages that was agreed. I am now been charged more and getting less services. Tried to resolve last week over the phone & not no further forward so just want to cancel now.

    @virginmedia The Hub is in modem mode connected to a separate wireless router as the Hub's WiFi has been poor since we got it, so technically it's a wired connection. Router's connection is lost when it drops so no devices can connect wirelessly. Has been stable for about 3 hours now.

    @virginmedia Lots of people are complaining about this on the customer forums. We've had very little downtime since the separate router was connected, it's suddenly gone to pot and seems to be a general issue at the moment.

    @virginmedia why is your self service so poor please. Unable to resolve the fault that I have on my service for 2 days now. No one to speak to and the website is abhorrent in terms of customer experience and engagement. Endless loop of bad requests within the servers you use too

    @virginmedia Yes, it’s the email address that Virgin gave them for setting up the o2 mobile account. I spoke to o2 this morning and they’re having trouble changing it or even sending a text to us for security purposes to the number we are porting because that is now inactive.

    @virginmedia 6 days without broadband. 4 calls to "support" who are, frankly, terrible and cannot help with anything. 3 engineer calls outs promised but nobody has turned up. What a disaster of a service.

    @virginmedia Without broadband for 4 days. Repeated calls to “support” result in nonsense on why, such as “needing to replace copper cables with fibre!” (I’ve been FTTP for 2 years). Got a text message that I will have a visit today. Now 7:30 pm and nothing. £90/month.

    @virginmedia broadband down again. Go in to web page and it says try back again in 22hours! Go to tele helpline and it costs a fortune. How can I get help fixing this that doesn’t take 22hours. Shocking customer service.
