Can anyone at @virginmedia virgin media tell me why the internet drops out every time it rains? The technicians only want to diagnose a fault on the line to the house and they never seem to be out when it's also raining. It's very frustrating.

@virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

@virginmedia It’s not an internet issue as such. It is that the broadband doesn’t work in the whole of the house or drops intermittently in some upstairs rooms. When you are working from home it is rather annoying.

@virginmedia I was told they could only apply an 'agent discount' of £6 per month. Instead they asked me to upgrade to a better package (to avoid the recent issues) but pay extra for the privilege. What I am looking for is a reduction in my monthly cost but keep or gain better broadband.

@virginmedia absolutely horrendous customer service. Bill has crept up from £27 to a whopping £57.99 people on phone line faking technical problems, people on live chat blind transferring me to mobile department cos he didn't know what to do... Absolutely terrible service

I can't even pursuade my phone to stay connected long enough to pay for the bloody car park. I know I'm not the only one who has problems, I just don't understand why you don't take Virgin Media to task. This is beyond incompetance, is it deliberate?
