@virginmedia every month I have the same issue. Go to pay bill and despite having Google auto password (which works on every other thing I log in) it says my log in is wrong and I have to reset it EVERY MONTH!! EVERY MONTH!! IT'S RIDICULOUS

@virginmedia @SpotifyUK So over a year of my tv Channels not working prop going all pixal I paid for an upgrade and got new remotes which I was promised would fix this guess what it hasn’t it’s worse and I can’t even speak to anyone as it’s automated and cuts you off so not great is it

@virginmedia You have not resolved my issue. I have got back into my virgin media account, but my Outlook has been completed messed up and I cannot access my emails through Outlook. I cannot connect because it tells me to contact my ISP - you - but you deny any issues. I am in a hideous loop.
