    @virginmedia Cancelled the account on 28th or 29th March. Was told by one of your staff members that the service would be cancelled immediately and that #virginmedia owed us just over £70. She also cancelled the direct debit, agreed to send a cheque for the balance to an alternative address

    @jeffsprogress @virginmedia I changed to Virgin because BT would drop out regularly in the middle of the Moto GP. Used to have a great service with Sky but they charge an extra 30 something quid for BT Sport

    @virginmedia I have the App but having it confirm what I already know is no help whatsoever. Instead of investing in Apps that confirm your service is not fit for purpose why not invest in providing an unfailing service to customers. Currently you take money for services you can’t deliver

    @virginmedia The same engineer attended 13th & 15th, changed hub, checked connections and said it’s an issue with the outside cabinet box. Each time we call the help centre they tell us the engineers that attend our house are separate to the cabinet engineers and will book another visit 🤬
