    @virginmedia I’m sick of ringing up as been the 3rd consecutive month now with the same issue I’ve had no broadband for 10 days. Some channels work!Can’t use catch up, on demand or access to my shows! Complete joke! Told will refund three days! Wouldn’t bother as last month the refund was 78p

    It seems our landline number has been spoofed - have received dozens of calls responding to a request to call back. Have reported this to a helpful @virginmedia, but finding out ‘advice’ online pretty useless. Sit and wait it out seems to be the solution.

    @SkyUK Thanks but you charge way too much especially for BT Sport (can’t do without my Moto GP) I might go back to BT Vision, they are rubbish with broadband dropping out as well but not as shit as @virginmedia has been

    So annoying everything been off since around 11 this morning & now they’ve just updated service status that’s it’s going to be tomorrow at 6pm it’s fixed, that’s a big change from 6pm tonight!!! Bet I still get charged full price for a service that isn’t working. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Service status says no known issues but when I call over the phone an automated message refers to intermittent problems last two days and that engineers are taking a long time to fix complex problems. Currently ok but recently every day there is a long period of issues.
