    @virginmedia No, tried 3 times on hold for 20 minutes then cut off by agents without saying a word. After checking other responses I can see this has been the issue either other customers.

    @virginmedia The issue is I’m trying to cancel my services but I see how you keep customers as nobody will answer the phone to do this hence the reason nobody can leave I’ve now been on hold 1hr 14mins which is totally unacceptable

    @virginmedia please advise Reduced mobile signal in the NE31 area. The signals were fine until a couple of months ago. previously had 4g I now mainly get E or sometimes 3G this is an issue due to my elderly mother-in-law being in hospital and now very poor signal in their home

    @virginmedia Continual issues with the credit agreement email not arriving (and yes I checked junk!) It took a webchat and 3 calls to get anywhere near resolving this. Had my dad in his 70s in tears at the stress. I do have to say after almost 2hrs on the phone today we finally 1/

    @virginmedia Dont wanna air my business over a feed. Asvised phone we got was outa stock. Faulty phone . Was gonna exchange bit out of stock.i had to cancel contract then take a new one out. But send phone back but wife hasnt a spare???

    @virginmedia Hi, I just had a look at my cases and what the status is. I had 2 complaints and the one where I am addressing the issue about being missold is now not there anymore and seems like it has been closed but noone has ever contacted me.

    @virginmedia No faults. I’ve had problems for almost 2 years now. Pixelation. V6 box shutting down. All tips for a fix and 2 engineers have failed. Broadband is pretty good but your tv is not worth the money as things are. We’ll be looking elsewhere.

    @clishmaclaver_ @virginmedia No way! This is absolutely shameless. How can they screw up and ask you to pay for it??? Problem is for fast internet I think only BT has fiber, so it’s basically a duopoly

    @virginmedia The staff member issued a wrong package this morning. Another member of staff couldn’t fix because they need to contact the person who made mistake. I have been put on hold for two hours and the line dropped twice. My account doesn’t allow online changes.

    @virginmedia Action is the only way left, I am so sick of it all, it’s damage to our property, trespassing, we never asked or were told anyone was coming the 2nd time. Then to put a cable exactly where I asked them not to, why? Put it where it was before?! So you can see. In a nutshell 6/7

    @virginmedia The issue is I'm paying for 500 mbps and I don't even get 200 tested regular if you can't supply what I pay for I suggest you alter my package and refund what I've paid so far

    @virginmedia after waiting like told to for 48hrs again for the 7th time since 24/12/20 I’m still yet to get a call back from one of your managers! I’ve tried calling virgin media on there normal customer contact number provided and it will not connect ? On any phone in the house

    @virginmedia I have spoken to your advisors about 9 times going through everything so wrote to your CEO about the issue. I received an email saying a member of the complaints dept had taken ownership and would be investigating and would get back to me within 28 days. That was 47 days ago
