@virginmedia Say no known issues. Wired is fine but WiFi all over the house is shocking! Tried moving the hub but can only go so far as it’s restricted by the wires.

@virginmedia disabled relatives who are without a phone for the second time ina month.they have a nurse call system that needs working phone line. No engineer until tomorrow. raised a complaint told some one will call non working phone. If no response complaint closed.

16 mins on hold to @virginmedia before I got through to someone who said she needed to transfer me to another department, the recorded message of that department said the number no longer exists and gave me the original phone number to ring! Some customer service that!!!

@virginmedia Thanks Anthony did arrive but very late and well after our 'slot' - he was under the impression customer services would have let us know? Such a shame to have had to complain, as he was so efficient and sorted things for us. Communication is key though!

@virginmedia I was told at 4pm it was the area not just my property…… but the “online status page” say it’s working fine. So no technician to the property surely? Wait I’ll go knock on my neighbours doors and see if they have internet issues and get them to complain then virgin might help.
