Anyone else on @virginmedia getting “To Be Announced” on virtually every channel. Tried rebooting, switching on and off. Strikes me that VM has gone to shit recently. Loads of channels have gone, close to sacking it off.

@virginmedia over the last few years virgin media internet has got worse the people that work in the call centres are so abrupt and rude I’ve called approximately 10 in the last 5 months and still have a intermittent fault on my internet service !!!!

@virginmedia @honestlyhelen I've had similar feelings, my bill has rocketed by £11 per month over the last few months for my TV only service as Virgin only offer discounts now for multi package deals, loyalty no longer rewarded it seems 🤔

16 mins on hold to @virginmedia before I got through to someone who said she needed to transfer me to another department, the recorded message of that department said the number no longer exists and gave me the original phone number to ring! Some customer service that!!!

@mi6rogue It's out of an old Virgin Media set-top box. The metal part sticking out is where the proprietary connector fits to receive your cable. The COV-19 has been engraved to the PCB. This video is one of the worst I've seen and single digit IQ's will absolutely fall for it.
