The signals were fine until a couple of months ago. previously had 4g I now mainly get E or sometimes 3G this is an issue due to my elderly mother-in-law being in hospital and now very poor signal in their home

I have an issue trying to remove a service from my current package. Cant be done digitally or remotely. Only via phone which even then very few of the advisors have the levels of authority to amend your package.

Connection drops at random. Have just restarted router again as I'm working from home & need to be online, no idea how long this will last. Not the only one having issues.
