@virginmedia My initial call was about the price increase and to see if we could downgrade as my partner is on furlough my business is closed that was 25th nov so have since paid another 2 months bill £168 I could not be more disappointed in the service i have received

@virginmedia New one is I was hoping to sign up to some sort of TV package, but when logged into my online account it gives me a "oops" with no option, so I need to talk to someone. Experience with the number you have given me has been poor, I want to avoid it!

@virginmedia stop constantly calling with silent calls and then cutting off, I've spoken to two people in customer service who advised no one has called. when I call the number back it says its virgin media. Terrible service

@virginmedia The only call i have had was 2 calls from the sales to team to offer me a black friday deal, when i asked were they calling in response to my compliant they said they were unable to help with that as it was not their deptartment

@virginmedia Thanks for coming back to me. Yes the service checker was what told me it was down but with no reason why. The estimated time to fix was over 15hrs but fortunately the issue was resolved in around 3hrs.

@OpenreachHelp @SkyHelpTeam day 12 of no internet. I’ve made countless phone calls to try and get this fixed and have had to resort to taking out a 30 day @virginmedia contract as internet essential for WFH over school summer holidays. Wish I never left them in the first place.

@virginmedia It’s today though@im not hopeful the issues will be resolved as the second line hasn’t been installed and your sending an internal install engineer again. I will be submitting a full complaint as will my daughter who holds the separate account. I need help to resolve not a link
