    Anyone else on @virginmedia getting “To Be Announced” on virtually every channel. Tried rebooting, switching on and off. Strikes me that VM has gone to shit recently. Loads of channels have gone, close to sacking it off.

    @virginmedia disabled relatives who are without a phone for the second time ina month.they have a nurse call system that needs working phone line. No engineer until tomorrow. raised a complaint told some one will call non working phone. If no response complaint closed.

    16 mins on hold to @virginmedia before I got through to someone who said she needed to transfer me to another department, the recorded message of that department said the number no longer exists and gave me the original phone number to ring! Some customer service that!!!

    @virginmedia 32 minutes on the phone. Got no further forward. Got transferred. Held for 15 mins, and the call was just terminated. It takes a lot for me to be this blunt, but you should seriously consider a career change. I do not understand how you can work for such an awful company?!

    Looking for a new mobile contract, thought I'd try @virginmedia - I specifically request a min of 20gb and she tries to continually sell 2gb or 5gb. On asking her not to do that, I only want 20gb+ she hangs up on me ... looks like I'll take my custom elsewhere. Good service Shen

    @virginmedia hey! You still need to change your network checker to say we can't receive 4G in our area. I'm no longer with you but we definitely can't due to other people not being able to cancel because you'd charge them for NOT PROVDING A SERVICE which is stupid. Thanks.

    @virginmedia cut off 4 times today & have a sickly child. trying to cancel all my services since start feb. all services to be d/c 4/4 ...2 weeks after New provider started. bill today for £244! March bill!! Saying that previous agent didn't cancel services correctly! Ridiculous

    @virginmedia I honestly regret signing up with @virginmedia. Biggest mistake I made was to trust Virgin Media. Now I’m stuck without a contract, incorrect billing and no way of getting a complaint raised or investigated! Not sure where to go from here!
