    @virginmedia Through WhatsApp chat lastnight said it was done received email saying added. Checked tonight still not working. Phonecall to your call centre 3 operators still not working now waiting for a technician 2 call me back apparently within 4hrs

    @virginmedia Yes unable to use it. Wireless is very poor and was great during the first couple of weeks. Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

    @virginmedia Yes. There is a known issue in my area but no "explanation". It's states the fix estimate is 3pm. That's almost a whole day's salary.

    @virginmedia Rubbish! That number is automated said sent signal 2 switch off box and restart didn't happen spend another hr on phone explaining issue 2 4 different advisers!!! Worst service I've ever received complete garbage

    Stay Healthy Stay Safe -final message from @virginmedia text service. It should read stay patient stay calm. Hopeless service and very slow!! I never thought I say I’d rather just wait on hold for the operator

    @virginmedia So now moved to @vmbusinesshelp line instead of residential activated yesterday and new router installed with no problems. Tonight 7.19pm internet goes down? 7.45m internet goes down? I am paying significantly more and receiving the same poor line?!?!?

    @virginmedia these past few weeks my wifi signal has been absolute dog, I used to be able to get good signal all around the house, now barely get goof signal in my kitchen no more than 10m away from the hub, my TV which is about 2m away only gets 30mbps when my package is 200??

    @virginmedia my 80 year old mother is in ill health, in June I helped her online cancel paper bills, since this time we have done this another 2 times,Mam has tried to call no answer after 45 on hold,Ive just tried to email with the address on rear of bill, it doesn’t work.

    Please be aware everyone when you get a inbox from virgin media. I got one yesterday asking about my account and asking me to send my card details and card holder name and security number to verify the account. It wasn’t virgin media but a scam. Because my internet was down. Scum

    Hi @virginmedia i just had a call He said was from your technical department (We have been having quite a poor service from you over the last few months) He said he had to optimise the router & asked me to go to a site starting w3c Hung up because not a virginsite Was it you?

    @virginmedia I’ve sorted the problem I think. Or maybe until the next time it goes off. I’ve disconnected coax cable etc and blew them clean and tightened them back up and done a speed test and it’s up to 365mb download speed. Hopefully this has fixed problem

    @virginmedia I see. It is very unfortunate as I cannot do my work when I’m not online and I also spend more on mobile internet because the service I pay for regularly is simply not there.

    @virginmedia … so I have a fault with my broadband I have contacted you again and have been on hold for 30 mins then I am diverted to another department. I have to go through security again and then you disconnect the call. What a great service you provide.

    @virginmedia Have spoke to them on that number more times than I can count now. If I’m lucky enough to get through, that call centre will tell me that it’s outta their control & theyll send an email to the outside contractors. Will tell me they’ll call me back to let update me, but never will

    @virginmedia I’m struggling to get help with a new order. I signed up to a broadband contract with virgin on the 26.7.22. I was due to receive my router etc on 22.8.22 but haven’t had anything. I keep getting cut off when I try to ring customer service.
