    @virginmedia My new sim that uv sent won't work 'network locked' can't log in account online as it's sending me a verification code to the number which now won't work. And ur shops are still shut. Please advise. As currently I have no phone access.

    Can anyone at @virginmedia virgin media tell me why the internet drops out every time it rains? The technicians only want to diagnose a fault on the line to the house and they never seem to be out when it's also raining. It's very frustrating.

    @virginmedia My flat was rebuilt after a fire, with new cables installed down to the Virgin Box. Before the fire the flat had Virgin (the rest of the building still does) but your database hasn’t been updated to show that my flat is ready to go again. Do you have an email address to contact?

    @MeeshaPaleesha @virginmedia I was told by the chat bot today I'm "not affected" by the price rises (my contract is going up >£20 a month) - then got left waiting for an agent for nearly 2 hours by which point chat service was shut for the day 🙄

    @virginmedia It's not to do with no service, it's to do with an installation that took 3 weeks, the inefficiency of the call centres, failure to do the work and compensation. Who do I call to rectify.
