@virginmedia why am I having daily and sometimes multiple outages with your broadband service? Checked service status which always says everything is fine. It's so fine I need to switch off WiFi on my devices and use 4G. Thoughts welcome.

@virginmedia All on screen instructions followed, waited til I finished work today to check and it still doesn't get past 25% on the "searching for channels" page... Just taken the direct debit for a service which has been broken since 2.12.21...

Well since complaining on here about @virginmedia and their terrible phone calls last week I’ve had 5 calls in the last three days all trying to sell me the same upgrade. Absolutely this close (fingers mms apart) from cancelling with them completely. FFS sort it out!

@oliviasolon @virginmedia virgin are a minefield, and it's not even fibre. pathetic upload rates (even if they say 1gbps download, it;s about 50mpbs upload max, at huge cost.) Pray you can get Hyperoptic (or CityFibre, Community Fibre). I can't, I use @aaisp which is the best possible on the BT network.

Down to virginmedia being unable to send out comms and warn people. FYI that’s a day unpaid due to nature of it and we can use holiday at short notice so because you you we are down £160 in pay an lad have no services to boot. #sortyourshitout

@oliviasolon @virginmedia I use @zeninternet for everything, and I would recommend them. Possibly not the cheapest but very reliable and super helpful (even if their customer service did get a bit overwhelmed mid-pandemic when they rashly told everyone how to save money by changing service packages!)
