    What an absolute farce @virginmedia are. Pay a ridiculous amount each month for slow broadband that regularly doesn’t work. Now on to a second day with no service and TiVo is also down. Pathetic.

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. Problem was that no agent ever responded to move requests via the bot. I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

    . @virginmedia rang virgin last week to move house. You've done the external install yesterday but haven't turned up for internal install today. Tried to log into my account and it says my package is cancelled no options for support at all. Called and hung up on before answer.

    @lxwissssss @MartinEdition @virginmedia Mine is excellent once they replaced the wiring because it was old and now mine never goes off and it’s super fast! The English call centres are great but the Indian and Philippines ones are really bad I avoid them because they just read off scripts!

    @virginmedia hi a few folks on our street keep experiencing drop outs of WiFi signal in the middle of the working week, a few of them have made contact with you but no issues are being found, and you don’t seem to be able to help? but there is clearly an issue?

    @neilmead @virginmedia Loyalty means nothing. Ever. Sky. Virgin. Etc. All the same. If you’re with them for broadband and move to a different provider. Keep the Hub (it’s not yours). Cancel the direct debit. Phone to confirm cancellation. They tried to charge me 2 months after leaving.

    @virginmedia I would like to cancel the Premier Sports channel as soon as possible. Please note I have now been unsuccesful in trying to contact Virgin Media via telephone for 4 days now. The Bot chat is not fit for purpose and doesn't work.

    @virginmedia The status update emails kept coming, stating further delays on restoration times and that there is an engineer on site trying to fix things. Is there standard compensation and will V Mobile credit any data charges incurred as a result?

    @virginmedia Yeah this one..0800 052 2206,which doesn't work.Along with this one 0800 064 3847 to order again,like I said,it's already hit my credit score,without having a damn phone,from your fault as I did the digital signature,will just cancel broadband and go elsewhere.Terrible service
