    @virginmedia My initial call was about the price increase and to see if we could downgrade as my partner is on furlough my business is closed that was 25th nov so have since paid another 2 months bill £168 I could not be more disappointed in the service i have received

    @virginmedia The only call i have had was 2 calls from the sales to team to offer me a black friday deal, when i asked were they calling in response to my compliant they said they were unable to help with that as it was not their deptartment

    @virginmedia change 2 fiber,its the next best thing.Well unfortunately since we have changed Internet 2 urself its been absolutely the worst decision made.Previous Internet with Vodafone no problem with kids playing their computer upstairs now im lucky is i get WiFi at all

    @virginmedia My broadband has gone into a weird stopped working properly and I'm at my dad's house 12 Wardenlaw NE10 8NE it keeps going on and off and is so slow and it is barely usable! Is anyone else having the same problem with Virgin?

    @katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

    @virginmedia I SHOULD be able to get through when I need them. Not 15 hours later. It’s come back on now, but no doubt it will be off again before the day is out. At which point your ‘no help’ line will be shut again

    @virginmedia Come on now, the facts don’t allow you to deny responsibility like that. If that was the case, why does facetime work fine on other broadband WiFi (such as Vodafone) & as soon as I switch WiFi off and revert to 4G. Saying it’s not ur problem isn’t going to cut it. Prove it first!
