    What an absolute farce @virginmedia are. Pay a ridiculous amount each month for slow broadband that regularly doesn’t work. Now on to a second day with no service and TiVo is also down. Pathetic.

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. Problem was that no agent ever responded to move requests via the bot. I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

    @virginmedia never in my life have experienced such horrendous customer services. 10 days with no tv or internet. Chased engineers daily, up to 10 times one day. Not one response. Will be moving to sky. Simply unexceptable!!!🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia Surely some common sense could be applied if your sales team have taken the wrong email address. All I want is to cancel and if this had been actioned then my garden wouldn’t be ruined and an awful brown box added to the front stone wall of my house...without permission!

    @philzlow_key @virginmedia I would recommend speaking to your neighbours. I left Virgin after months of dropouts that impacted our whole street. Roughly once a day, Internet would drop out for 10 minutes. Virgin’s customer service was non-existent. BT has been outstanding in comparison (and cheaper).
