@virginmedia Can’t answer calls ems bouncing back. Wouldn’t it make more sense to just take everyone’s sports package off. Paying £125 per month at this my point my other half is ready to cancel everything when we can.

@virginmedia every month I have the same issue. Go to pay bill and despite having Google auto password (which works on every other thing I log in) it says my log in is wrong and I have to reset it EVERY MONTH!! EVERY MONTH!! IT'S RIDICULOUS

@DavidAHSleath @virginmedia I love the customer service when they just end the call half way through trying ‘to help’ I once spent 5 hours back and forwards with the every part of the business... engineers... blah blah blah... still was no better! Until I managed to get through to Scotland! 👍🏼

@virginmedia Test couldnt find an issue - same as last 12 days i’m going around a loop of resetting, testing being told there is no issue, the next day there is, then its fixed but it isnt and i am being told to try the same stuff again.

@virginmedia I have (every day and again just now) and it has not resolved it. I have also tried factory resets. Yesterday and engineer came by and switched the socket in the wall but the network issue still was on. Every day it says it resolved and comes back

@virginmedia hi, all I want to do is see if there is an outage in my area as I've no internet. But I need to sign in to do that and I need to reset my password. And when I try to do that it goes to an error page saying 'oops something's broken'
