    @virginmedia my elderly mother has been trying to contact you for over 3 weeks now to cancel her sub as it has gone up £60 pm. She has been out on hold numerous times and cut off no help on chat etc. her only option now is to cancel the DD as she can’t afford this anymore… help

    @virginmedia new customer ...2 engineer No Shows !! Not a great start. Try again for Wednesday. Let's hope they show this time. In the meantime please stop sending me emails to get me up and running.....that's the whole reason I need an engineer 😡

    1 whole week without any @virginmedia, months of signal issues. Engineer has gone out of his way but having to continually wait. Hopefully the engineer booked for tomorrow turns up and replaces my now faulty equipment.

    @RETeacher11 @virginmedia Switch to CityFibre, if you can. I finally got rid of VM after 15 years of bullshit. Price increases, shocking customer service, appalling tech support. Been with CF for 2 years now. I don't even have a reason to contact them - rock-solid and reliable 24/7.

    @gblondon1 @skytv They will but ring you when its too late stuff them I say, I've been with @virginmedia for years now and everytime my contract ends I just ring up and get a decent deal, not as good as a new customer which I have an issue with, but still a good deal!
