@danielpwood1 @virginmedia I don’t have a regional accent so am normally easily understood, I’m also very patient, enjoy speaking to the Indian guys about cricket, but tonight it was unprofessional and my near thirty years service to VM in all it’s guises rendered irrelevant

@virginmedia £20 a month 'existing customer' penalty on the best you can offer me Vs the best new customer deal is just too much, afraid that's a cancellation from a 10 years loyal customer. £240 is a lot of money!

@jeffsprogress @virginmedia I didn’t miss your point I just do t agree with it - if we pay for service everyday it should work every single day. I do not consider any failure to be a good service

@virginmedia No known issues. It’s only wireless speeds. There is no excuse for this, it happens to me almost everyday. I would like to discuss it with someone as I tried at the weekend and was completely fobbed off by your service team. I pay nearly £50 a month and often have to use my 4G

@virginmedia I was speaking with an agent an hour ago due to an issues with WiFi. They said they’d 100% ring me back in 30 mins as we did a hard reset of the booster. It’s been another 30 mins since then and no one has called. #notmyday

@virginmedia It’s difficult to articulate in a tweet but speaking to someone in an offshore contact centre who has a very poor grasp of English is extremely frustrating. There is no malice in this, it’s just a statement of fact, I couldn’t make myself understood, it took 4 calls and 75 mins.

@virginmedia Thanks for your prompt answer. As already mentionned, 10mn of wifi a day is the service level that VM technical teams are targetting as you will be able to evidence that this is not a TOTAL loss during 48 hours. Your answer is not at all helpful and the service is not delivered!

@virginmedia I now pay for phone snd broadband snd was told if I didn’t want to pay for a phone line I can’t use, I have to cancel subscription snd start all over again. This is a joke. How was everything working after installation and today I have either temporarily no or old number.

@virginmedia Basically, broadband/WiFi is unusable at peak times for anything like Netflix etc. At other times it just about ticks over. I need a engineer visit a replacement router. After nearly 20yrs with you I’ve been loyal. Failure to resolve and I will look to switch due 2 issues.

@virginmedia Thank you have already done this. Apparently its a charge you apply when someone moves house. Can't say I'm impressed by this. However if that's what virgin do I guess that's it. I was a loyal customer but not anymore. Regards Tracey
