    Can anyone at @virginmedia virgin media tell me why the internet drops out every time it rains? The technicians only want to diagnose a fault on the line to the house and they never seem to be out when it's also raining. It's very frustrating.

    @virginmedia This is the issue, you've switched me to online bills via your myvirginmedja account but the username is the old account holders email address, 2 years I've been asking for this to be fixed. Twice this month live chat agents have promised it would be fixed, I have a ticket ref
