    @virginmedia The link asks me to log in which I do, then it shows me my contract etc, I can either fill a form in for someone to contact me but I’ve did it before or it shows the complaint as been closed

    @virginmedia twice in 2 months that my hub 5 has completely gone down with a flashing red light and won’t work, I’ve had to book a technician for it both times. Costs too much for this to keep happening!

    @virginmedia Unfortunately not. The issue is she doesn’t receive any communication from Virgin apart from a monthly text with the link to her account. As she has no password etc she can’t access it

    @virginmedia basically I can't do anything on the stream box comes up contact customer care I do then I get absolute no were...look I understand everyone has teething problems but this needs sorting ASAP because different when you need the money I ain't paying for something I can't use said

    @virginmedia I don’t understand where you can see my personal information, it merely gives you, what broadband package I’m on what telephone service I’m on and watch TV service sign there are no account details whatsoever

    @virginmedia I’ve tried to use the add-on service as being a broadband customer I’m able to download to the O2 app however I cannot sign in as I do not have a mobile number and it will not accept my landline, can you help

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reset help earlier it worked, unlike waiting 10 hrs for someone to finally respond to me again via WhatsApp. I was told that there were no offers for current customers yet your website states otherwise!

    @virginmedia I know my line is spoofed, when an incoming call from a foreign country is giving out I’m not wrong number as I’m being spoofed I am technically aware of this I used to provide support for a very large telecommunications company

    @virginmedia I have been a customer with VM for 10 years. I am on the 1gbps package for £64pm. It was £54 but now I am out of contract. I called to see if I could get s better deal. In short, no unless I want to take out an 02 SIM. I was also told that I do not need 1gbps.

    Imagine paying crazy money for Xfinity, for it only to keep going down. I have to upload my university work by the end of today but can’t because of outage. I miss my virgin media internet back in England. Even in the middle of countryside I could still get fiber. This sucks

    @virginmedia I DO NOT WANT adult content streamed to my children's devices. Web safe is on but doesn't work. Why won't anyone help us? Been requesting since November. It goes off but you always switch it back on again. We don't want it. customer service & technical team terrible

    @virginmedia This was not made clear,in fact I was today clearly that the only way to cancel was by accessing the website and going to disconnect. Believe it or not , this is beyond many of the older generation.

    @virginmedia I have already phoned this number several times and each time only get through to a automated bot, which gives me the same answer which does not resolve any of my issues. I need to speak to an actual person.
