Can anyone at @virginmedia virgin media tell me why the internet drops out every time it rains? The technicians only want to diagnose a fault on the line to the house and they never seem to be out when it's also raining. It's very frustrating.

@virginmedia hi how do i book an engineer via the app? Service status on broadband and equipment all check out. No connection to devices. Impossible to speak to someone on phone with almost an hour on hold. Can't see how to book appt online yet apparently it's possible? Thanks.

Disgraceful customer service from @virginmedia . Phone contract coming to an end, got a call from VM and I explain I am going sim only with a VM sim included in their TV package and they hang up once the sale of a new handset clearly isn’t happening. 0800 052 1251 Sort it out.
