    @virginmedia The person that put me on hold said it looked like there was a problem in our area and tried to put me through to technical help but after music droning on for ages it just stopped. Have given up and watching a dvd instead

    @virginmedia over the last few years virgin media internet has got worse the people that work in the call centres are so abrupt and rude I’ve called approximately 10 in the last 5 months and still have a intermittent fault on my internet service !!!!

    @virginmedia This lithium service you use is to get people off social media. It obfuscates and is unable to resolve anything. I'll take my chance in the legal system and with independent ombudsman.

    @virginmedia Yes it is a peak time when we want to be streaming etc after work and school. If you are saying that the Internet going down at peak times on a daily basis is acceptable then we are with the wrong supplier!
