    @virginmedia They advised, reset, changing from 2.4 to 5. Then back again. Changing the settings on the account. Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation

    @virginmedia This is as terrible a response as we get on the phone! I have no intention of using yet another method to communicate with @virginmedia when it is your responsibility as a service provider to provide internet, & whichever method of comms we use, we still have no connection!
