No faults were reported on the site when my father-in-law had a complete loss of service a couple of months ago, but it was reported on the helpline.

Haven’t used them since (2010 was last time) because they dragged feet for so long.

I’ve done it for an Xbox a few times when my internet went out. Games are a little slow, but Netflix and other streaming services were good when I did it.
