@virginmedia understand that like every other business that you’re short staffed with the pandemic, but the speed of internet recently has been shocking. Website is useless, community help is useless. Don’t want to ring up, yet they’re happy to still take my money every month.

@virginmedia every month I have the same issue. Go to pay bill and despite having Google auto password (which works on every other thing I log in) it says my log in is wrong and I have to reset it EVERY MONTH!! EVERY MONTH!! IT'S RIDICULOUS

Virgin Media still down. Virgin Media still **** and massive liars. I spoke to their field support team yesterday at 4:30 and they said services would "definitely" (their words not mine) be restored by midnight. Not sure which timezone they're referring to though.
