@virginmedia stop constantly calling with silent calls and then cutting off, I've spoken to two people in customer service who advised no one has called. when I call the number back it says its virgin media. Terrible service

@virginmedia change 2 fiber,its the next best thing.Well unfortunately since we have changed Internet 2 urself its been absolutely the worst decision made.Previous Internet with Vodafone no problem with kids playing their computer upstairs now im lucky is i get WiFi at all

@virginmedia The only call i have had was 2 calls from the sales to team to offer me a black friday deal, when i asked were they calling in response to my compliant they said they were unable to help with that as it was not their deptartment

@virginmedia I haven't had a phone line for about two weeks because you forgot to port my line. I can't book an engineer and I've been sitting on the line for about 45 minutes. This is the third time I've tried. Why are you just sooooo bad at customer service?
