    was in my old home for 2 year with @virginmedia never had any problems now moved into my new home TV gone off gotta wait 5 days for it foxed broadband keeps dropping NOT GOOD I know we all have teething problems bit this is complete joke

    @virginmedia Unfortunately not. The issue is she doesn’t receive any communication from Virgin apart from a monthly text with the link to her account. As she has no password etc she can’t access it

    @virginmedia The link asks me to log in which I do, then it shows me my contract etc, I can either fill a form in for someone to contact me but I’ve did it before or it shows the complaint as been closed

    @virginmedia Of course this is the go to fix for all internet issues. Along with the router all of the devices were reset. Wifi sign drops frequently, but the bandwidth is normal as soon as it reconnects.

    @MartinSLewis @virginmedia are OK but I've had a problem or 2 which they fixed slowly. The biggest problem is the rising prices which they do way to often.

    @virginmedia I understand the equipment situation but I have upgraded my router to mirror the performance and make sure I can use 1gb on my network. I got around 950mb when I first got it so the problem is not my end. It has also made the news about people getting poor speeds from virgin.

    @virginmedia My wifi is appauling (SH3). After running the "Network diagnostic tool" it tells me all my devices are too far away (including the ones in the same room as the SH3). Ihave been trying to phone to no avail (as live chat seems no longer available), please help
