  A week of no issues after a month of next to no tv and now it starts all over again. I have sound and the guide but just a black screen on every channel. So glad my contract is up, deffo going to be leaving this time. Waste of time and money!!!!! @virginmedia

  @virginmedia please advise Reduced mobile signal in the NE31 area. The signals were fine until a couple of months ago. previously had 4g I now mainly get E or sometimes 3G this is an issue due to my elderly mother-in-law being in hospital and now very poor signal in their home

  @virginmedia Nothing reported when I checked before tweeting. Seems to have stabilised for now but must've dropped 15-20 times in the last 48h. No faults were reported on the site when my father-in-law had a complete loss of service a couple of months ago, but it was reported on the helpline.

  @marypaul32 @virginmedia Every organisation appears to be incompetent. Its on such a grand scale now that it seems deliberate because such things do stress the human bodi.   . @virginmedia network down since Tuesday. Entirely down Tuesday, intermittent Wednesday, down again today, you keep changing the status and then advise to wait 21 hours to book an engineer, that would mean earliest visit Monday provided you don’t change the status again.

  So, my @virginmedia hub died on Thursday. Finally worked out how to call them yesterday. Today a guy comes out to fix it but can't. Just got a message saying they'll be here on TUESDAY. Until then, no internet or TV. And no changes to the heating. Or the cat flap...
