    Time for the @virginmedia renewal. They want to hike the price. We want a new reliable WiFi box which they promised but didn't deliver last time. To be honest @BT is looking attractive as they may improve the signal around the house.

    @virginmedia I’m signed in but I see no option to test the landline. I clicked on ‘fix landline’ but that just sent me back to the main menu page.

    @virginmedia Yes spoke to a member of the team, we have been having issues with our wifi. She offered to send another booster & cable out free off charge. Available on our contract. I’ve just received email to say my payments are going up to £60!!

    @virginmedia sorry for the late reply I smashed my phone I phoned customer service and I'm still waiting for someone to phone me iv had NO TV for about 15 days now

    @virginmedia I would like to know how my broadband and tv are still broken after the outage ? It saying theres a connection issue on both broadband and tv . Tv error c139 ...i dont understand why my fault cant be logged as the origanal not being fixed

    A week of no issues after a month of next to no tv and now it starts all over again. I have sound and the guide but just a black screen on every channel. So glad my contract is up, deffo going to be leaving this time. Waste of time and money!!!!! @virginmedia

    @OliverStanding @virginmedia It's not a great self serve option and poor customer experience. I have an issue trying to remove a service from my current package. Cant be done digitally or remotely. Only via phone which even then very few of the advisors have the levels of authority to amend your package.

    @virginmedia Lots of people are complaining about this on the customer forums. We've had very little downtime since the separate router was connected, it's suddenly gone to pot and seems to be a general issue at the moment.

    @_MMaritima @virginmedia I'd say that needs an engineer visit then at least. Probably either a bad connection or a flakey modem. Phone and log it every time it goes off.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately not. The issue is she doesn’t receive any communication from Virgin apart from a monthly text with the link to her account. As she has no password etc she can’t access it

    @RogerGreen2009 @virginmedia I'm definitely going to be reviewing my options at the end of my current @virginmedia contract as they've been dreadful in terms of communication and help when the chips are down(day SEVEN of outage)😢 Sadly, I've only just renewed my contract...     @virginmedia I still have not received a payment I should have received on referring my father to switch to Virgin and he should have had a payment too. Our broadband has been poor this week and I hope it will be better this week.
