Phonecall to your call centre 3 operators still not working now waiting for a technician 2 call me back apparently within 4hrs

When I rang back on Thursday to complete my order for a replacement box (after being offered a V6 but would have to pay installation) I was told no later than 5pm Friday.

The engineer was supposed to be calling about my ongoing intermittent service issues, with both TV and internet.

The guy I spoke to was for once someone I could understand, he was able to sort my issue out in 10 minutes after being on the phone for 1 hour
