@virginmedia just had a very frustrating afternoon with your call centre trying to dump our landline which we never use. After 13 years as a customer it is particularly galling to then see on the comparison sites how much more you value new customers.

So annoying everything been off since around 11 this morning & now they’ve just updated service status that’s it’s going to be tomorrow at 6pm it’s fixed, that’s a big change from 6pm tonight!!! Bet I still get charged full price for a service that isn’t working. @virginmedia

@damieng5 @garethmck1987 @virginmedia @NETGEAR I agree. I have the same set up . With Virgin SH3 no wifi signal to conservatory. With Orbi mesh network wifi everywhere in house & in the garden too. Costs a bit more but woryh it IMO.

@virginmedia I think you probably need to dissolve at this point. The number of issues I've had in my time as a customer is insane, and despite complaints, nothing ever gets fixed for good, or even compensated. If you can't offer regularly uninterrupted service you shouldn't be offering it.
