    @virginmedia Unfortunately not. The issue is she doesn’t receive any communication from Virgin apart from a monthly text with the link to her account. As she has no password etc she can’t access it

    Time for the @virginmedia renewal. They want to hike the price. We want a new reliable WiFi box which they promised but didn't deliver last time. To be honest @BT is looking attractive as they may improve the signal around the house.

    @virginmedia my elderly mother has been trying to contact you for over 3 weeks now to cancel her sub as it has gone up £60 pm. She has been out on hold numerous times and cut off no help on chat etc. her only option now is to cancel the DD as she can’t afford this anymore… help

    1 whole week without any @virginmedia, months of signal issues. Engineer has gone out of his way but having to continually wait. Hopefully the engineer booked for tomorrow turns up and replaces my now faulty equipment.

    @ryantegan @skytv My @virginmedia runs out end of September, £126 a month. They can shove their new deal. I only kept in the first place for the missus, but when she died last year I couldn’t wait for it to run down and I could bin it. So damned expensive.
