So annoying everything been off since around 11 this morning & now they’ve just updated service status that’s it’s going to be tomorrow at 6pm it’s fixed, that’s a big change from 6pm tonight!!! Bet I still get charged full price for a service that isn’t working. @virginmedia

@virginmedia just had a very frustrating afternoon with your call centre trying to dump our landline which we never use. After 13 years as a customer it is particularly galling to then see on the comparison sites how much more you value new customers.

@damieng5 @garethmck1987 @virginmedia @NETGEAR I agree. I have the same set up . With Virgin SH3 no wifi signal to conservatory. With Orbi mesh network wifi everywhere in house & in the garden too. Costs a bit more but woryh it IMO.

@virginmedia If this is your most reliable then it must have been crap before. I have to use my data when I'm sat 2 mts away from the router!! Terrible product, no customer service either, all online chat who take a day or so to reply so you miss the message.

@virginmedia £31 for 100mb is now out of contract. I now need 350mb as kids gaming and streaming in the house. New customer for 350mb for new customer £46, me £69 and nothing they can do for me. 1 months notice then 3 month wait to come back as a new customer. Got you by the *****.
