    @virginmedia I’ve already spoken to someone on the phone who reset the network, but that didn’t work. I also tried re-starting everything and that also didn’t work, the box itself is very slow now also.

    @virginmedia 1. Why the neighbour would not have the same issues when the ‘issue’ is your automated phone system is beyond my comprehension! 2. It is not a neighbours responsibility to resolve a phone issue for the bill payer. 3. Through an internal contact I now have an engineer visit bkd.

    @NatalieeeLoweee @virginmedia I had this issue. Got home from work to watch charity shield #MCILIV after avoiding the score and it was unwatchable because of the sound issues for me so I gave up. Will just watch #motd tonight instead. #nothappy

    @virginmedia The person that put me on hold said it looked like there was a problem in our area and tried to put me through to technical help but after music droning on for ages it just stopped. Have given up and watching a dvd instead

    @virginmedia good customer service , they asked if they could ring me back in 15 mins due to his PC not working , now 2.5 hours later and I am still waiting , tried ringing them back and been on hold for 28 mins now 😡

    If @virginmedia offer you a 6 month free upgrade do not accept it. It is a way of locking you into a further contract. Poor service as always

    @Dabooka @skybiggerpic @virginmedia It was my second attempt to be fair. First time they reduced the price rise to £1.50 per month, then I rang back a few days later to cancel. Found a better deal elsewhere but price was the driver for wanting to leave. Lovely @virginmedia agent was able to help!

    @virginmedia over the last few years virgin media internet has got worse the people that work in the call centres are so abrupt and rude I’ve called approximately 10 in the last 5 months and still have a intermittent fault on my internet service !!!!

    @virginmedia @honestlyhelen I've had similar feelings, my bill has rocketed by £11 per month over the last few months for my TV only service as Virgin only offer discounts now for multi package deals, loyalty no longer rewarded it seems 🤔

    @virginmedia So Virgin when will you admit to all the customers that your service has been moved to the U.S servers since we left the EU, this seems to fall in line with all the problems everyone has with the speeds they are getting since the 1st ! Router admin shows U.S service only

    @virginmedia It says I can ‘book an engineer if I need to’ but that option isn’t anywhere. Always the same with your company. Fine until there’s a problem and then it’s impossible to get help.

    @virginmedia There is an issue which it says is affecting multiple people in my area but no fix time or schedule. I go through the help steps but nothing helps and I’m stuck as to where to report or find out more info!

    @virginmedia It hasn’t been delayed it’s been screwed up catastrophicly! Oh believe me we’ve already contacted installations over 2 1/2 hours on the phone talking to 10 different people and still no resolution!!!! You have until the end of today to have us connected so we can work tomorrow!!
