    @virginmedia My new sim that uv sent won't work 'network locked' can't log in account online as it's sending me a verification code to the number which now won't work. And ur shops are still shut. Please advise. As currently I have no phone access.

    Hi @virginmedia spent almost 4 hours on live chat today to get a simple problem resolved and still didnt get resolved , very poor service @skytv or @TalkTalk are you in need of a new customer please.

    @virginmedia I've checked it out. It says it's a known issue in the area and the ETA for a fix is 6pm today. It was already out from 9am on Monday until 3pm on Tuesday this week (that's 30 hours) and now we're looking at another 9 hours assuming this ETA is more accurate than the last one.

    @virginmedia Checked my orders and appointments and nothing showing and no texts etc literally says it’s booked so won’t let me do anything unless the system has assigned someone to look at something outside but otherwise I’m lost and now stuck with no service

    @virginmedia The router (which apparently is a well known issue) struggles to support Wi-Fi. The signal is fine but it constantly drops as it doesn’t appear to be stable

    @virginmedia Of course I'm sure this won't be treated as the same outage so even though the service is expected to be down for more than 48 hours this week, it won't result in any refund under the @Ofcom scheme.

    @Frankieabroad @virginmedia Same here, Newport South Wales. They were working on an issue 2 days ago, yesterday had a text that all good and back to normal, this morning we have no Internet access. The message I got was try again in 23 hours!!!
