@virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

@blobbybobber @virginmedia That's happened to me at Virginmedia more than once. Very very frustrating. I can't prove it but in two cases it felt as though the agent had pulled the plug as my specific issue around wrong billing or contract renewal was too much of a hassle!!

Does anyone know of a snail mail address for @virginmedia? My only option is to send a signed for letter giving my 30 days notice. I can’t bear this lack of customer service any more. @SkyUK, I’ll call you later this evening to arrange a new contract with you.
