    @virginmedia Unfortunately not. The issue is she doesn’t receive any communication from Virgin apart from a monthly text with the link to her account. As she has no password etc she can’t access it

    .@virginmedia Broadband down - phone line states because of 'improvements'- not expected back until 3pm. Why was there no notice so I could arrange to work from alternate location? How do I get warning in future?

    was in my old home for 2 year with @virginmedia never had any problems now moved into my new home TV gone off gotta wait 5 days for it foxed broadband keeps dropping NOT GOOD I know we all have teething problems bit this is complete joke

    @virginmedia Hi spoke to Customer services was told IT would get email sent out to me. 3 days later still no email to verify my email address so I can log into my online account.

    @virginmedia In October agreed new contract, came to install last week got new router and have since cancelled the packages that was agreed. I am now been charged more and getting less services. Tried to resolve last week over the phone & not no further forward so just want to cancel now.

    @virginmedia twice in 2 months that my hub 5 has completely gone down with a flashing red light and won’t work, I’ve had to book a technician for it both times. Costs too much for this to keep happening!

    @virginmedia The link asks me to log in which I do, then it shows me my contract etc, I can either fill a form in for someone to contact me but I’ve did it before or it shows the complaint as been closed

    @virginmedia today I agreed to upgrade my broadband and was given a supposed ‘special rate’ as long time customer! Just got contract through quoting different and higher monthly fee to that which was agreed! Want to cancel but not getting anywhere!

    @virginmedia @Nakedterry All I wanted was to get the ‘free’ NetFlix that’s supposed to be on my package activated, but they keep asking if my WiFi signal is good and other idiotic things. Their website has a ‘manage streaming services’ page that doesn’t let you manage the services!

    @virginmedia So how do I make sure this is going to happen? Preferably without having to have yet another conversation with the contact centre, I feel as though I go round in circles. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with Virgin, and I’ve been a customer for years!

    @virginmedia so what crap excuse u got today for us in the ws10 area? Internet down again. Honestly if you were a guard dog nothing would be safe. Even less reliable than the weather forecast.

    @virginmedia what a joke virgin are. Ended our contract due to poor service, retention team phoned reduced the bill and booked an emergency engineer for the following day he said we would get a call Monday this week to discuss yet no call tried chasing but getting nowhere

    @virginmedia We have been told an internal complaint has been made due to agents offering us unrealistic deals which don't exist. Asked to speak to someone and just transferred to go over it all again and again. The issue seems to be a company policy not just individual agents.
