    @virginmedia No known issues. It’s only wireless speeds. There is no excuse for this, it happens to me almost everyday. I would like to discuss it with someone as I tried at the weekend and was completely fobbed off by your service team. I pay nearly £50 a month and often have to use my 4G

    @danielpwood1 @virginmedia I don’t have a regional accent so am normally easily understood, I’m also very patient, enjoy speaking to the Indian guys about cricket, but tonight it was unprofessional and my near thirty years service to VM in all it’s guises rendered irrelevant

    @virginmedia on hold for 46 mins so far having select options to cancel. The guy the system put me through to cant do this🙄 So i’m back on hold what horrific service #operationkeepthemallonhold

    @jeffsprogress @virginmedia I changed to Virgin because BT would drop out regularly in the middle of the Moto GP. Used to have a great service with Sky but they charge an extra 30 something quid for BT Sport

    @virginmedia you write stating have to upgrade to free tivo box & I must contact you 2 arrange. Web site doesn't work, no answer online chat, no answer on text and phone advisor tries to sell me an upgrade. Then email advising price rise in inbox. - total joke!!!

    @virginmedia £20 a month 'existing customer' penalty on the best you can offer me Vs the best new customer deal is just too much, afraid that's a cancellation from a 10 years loyal customer. £240 is a lot of money!

    Cancelled @virginmedia Starplayz subscription as they have no channel number and no app to search for programmes! Crazy and call centre staff don’t understand why this is a problem. Don’t waste £5 a month.

    @virginmedia It’s difficult to articulate in a tweet but speaking to someone in an offshore contact centre who has a very poor grasp of English is extremely frustrating. There is no malice in this, it’s just a statement of fact, I couldn’t make myself understood, it took 4 calls and 75 mins.

    @virginmedia I was speaking with an agent an hour ago due to an issues with WiFi. They said they’d 100% ring me back in 30 mins as we did a hard reset of the booster. It’s been another 30 mins since then and no one has called. #notmyday

    @lisadunn1978 @virginmedia I have just had hell on and demanded to speak to a manager. At first I was told there was no issue in our area and it was the router then the manager has told me that there is a problem in our area

    @virginmedia @bendunbar Strange how my VPN works when connected to my mobile data yet 3 of us in work can't connect to VPN all with virgin so don't start with you have no issues virgin and sort it out its people livelihoods you messing about here

    @virginmedia Thanks. But it's clearly an issue your end if multiple customers across the UK trying to use 100s of different workplace vpns are all having the exact same issue. My work place like others have confirmed it's only virgin media users effected
