    @virginmedia No known issues. It’s only wireless speeds. There is no excuse for this, it happens to me almost everyday. I would like to discuss it with someone as I tried at the weekend and was completely fobbed off by your service team. I pay nearly £50 a month and often have to use my 4G

    @danielpwood1 @virginmedia I don’t have a regional accent so am normally easily understood, I’m also very patient, enjoy speaking to the Indian guys about cricket, but tonight it was unprofessional and my near thirty years service to VM in all it’s guises rendered irrelevant

    @virginmedia It’s difficult to articulate in a tweet but speaking to someone in an offshore contact centre who has a very poor grasp of English is extremely frustrating. There is no malice in this, it’s just a statement of fact, I couldn’t make myself understood, it took 4 calls and 75 mins.

    @virginmedia what was my TiVo box meant to be updating. I woke in the night to find it on and the screen saying it was updating software, don't switch off. I rang 151 to find out, but the automatic system said there was an issue and sent a restart pulse 1/2

    @virginmedia you write stating have to upgrade to free tivo box & I must contact you 2 arrange. Web site doesn't work, no answer online chat, no answer on text and phone advisor tries to sell me an upgrade. Then email advising price rise in inbox. - total joke!!!

    Cancelled @virginmedia Starplayz subscription as they have no channel number and no app to search for programmes! Crazy and call centre staff don’t understand why this is a problem. Don’t waste £5 a month.

    @virginmedia I'm basically telling you that we have a faulty modem but you as a company are refusing to replace the modem or send an engineer out to look at the issue. Instead I'm suggested to go on a forum and post my problem, not very helpful to be honest. Pretty poor actually.

    @virginmedia Thanks. Looking on the forum this appears to be a very common issue and easily sorted. Not the end of the world kind of problem your colleague last night indicated. I will try the solution later. Hopefully it will work. Just a matter of someone unlocking my account.

    @virginmedia just had a call from 1 of your customer service agents offering upgrades & when I politely explained that didn’t want to waste her time and that I didn’t want anything other than to reduce my price the agent hung up!!! Didnt even hear me out.Shocking customer service
