Never felt so left down by @virginmedia after years of being a loyal customer my bill has increased by £20pm for no extra services when I rang to cancel I was offered £1 discount! To say I was insulted is an understatement, shocking service loyalty counts for nothing!!! Cancelled

@virginmedia just the most horrific service ever from you. Your agent agreed a discount due to poor service and to stop me leaving. It now transpires the discount is at the expense of skysportsHD which we did not agree. I’m now having to take it to ofcom because no one can help

@virginmedia Yep that is showing a known fault in the area. The issue is that I don't know if that fault is what caused my earlier internet issues or if it is a separate unrelated issue. Either way it seems to have delayed my engineer visit to check my kit is okay

@JamesTurner37 @virginrnedia Just seen the unprofessional comment by Virgin Media. I would swap from them if that is their attitude towards customers. I have been with BT 7 years only had a filter problem which they sorted ASAP, delay was due to RM delivering the new filters.
