@DavidAHSleath @virginmedia I love the customer service when they just end the call half way through trying ‘to help’ I once spent 5 hours back and forwards with the every part of the business... engineers... blah blah blah... still was no better! Until I managed to get through to Scotland! 👍🏼

@virginmedia Oh... your CS team just ask me to wait as they are working on it. It is now 8 days since I discovered my incoming line is dead. I can't use online banking and have wasted many hours working around issue relating to being unable to receive incoming texts. I need it sorted today!
