@virginmedia My new sim that uv sent won't work 'network locked' can't log in account online as it's sending me a verification code to the number which now won't work. And ur shops are still shut. Please advise. As currently I have no phone access.

@virginmedia I have received the adapter for my landline switchover. The hub is attached to my TV in the lounge, my landline is on the telephone table in my hall. I have nowhere to place my landline next to the hub unless it’s suspended from the ceiling! HELP!!!
