  @virginmedia In October agreed new contract, came to install last week got new router and have since cancelled the packages that was agreed. I am now been charged more and getting less services. Tried to resolve last week over the phone & not no further forward so just want to cancel now.

  @virginmedia Yes, it’s the email address that Virgin gave them for setting up the o2 mobile account. I spoke to o2 this morning and they’re having trouble changing it or even sending a text to us for security purposes to the number we are porting because that is now inactive.

  @keithapearson @virginmedia Couldn’t agree more. I’ve spent roughly 6 hours on chat talking to foreign robots and got nowhere. They should be fined for not having a uk call centre. I’ve gave my 30 days notice after 19 years as a customer. They’re a disgrace.
