    What an absolute farce @virginmedia are. Pay a ridiculous amount each month for slow broadband that regularly doesn’t work. Now on to a second day with no service and TiVo is also down. Pathetic.

    @virginmedia how can we be made to pay for a service We have not used my usual bill is £122.00 my new bill is £206.19 the charge is for telephone use of £84.14 we have not used the phone in two month I have been on the phone for over an hour and a half getting passed about

    @BBCRedButton I don't think your red button service is working on @virginmedia. It's brings up the iPlayer but no live stuff like the springwatch webcams

    @virginmedia I was told that I would be called back by a manager #lies Now due to further incompetence you have cut off my Internet & phone service. Claiming that I haven't paid a bill when there's a direct debit set up! #diabolical service. I've never been treated so poorly.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia service from you has been poor for months - missing the footie is just the last straw. Kindly send an engineer to fix our broadband - the wires at the wall outside are exposed and when we test each day our speeds are below 20MB/s when we are paying for 100+ Thank you

    @virginmedia Then when transferred to ‘customer care’ so that I could complain and seek compensation, I waited another 20mins and was eventually cut off without speaking to anyone.

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. Problem was that no agent ever responded to move requests via the bot. I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

    @virginmedia Wish virginmedia could do something about all the scam calls, I am an virginmedia customer and we are receiving. Had about 30 scam calls just this last week.

    @virginmedia Virgin incorrectly reported missing payments, put a Default Notice on Equifax account without first telling me and my destroyed credit rating, which was excellent before Virgin’s machinations. I wish I had never returned as a customer and wouldn’t have if I had know beforehand.
