    @virginmedia please can some one contact me about my unresolved complaint. Genuinely worst service I have aver received, want to cancel my contract as I have lost all confidence in your service. Over 4 hours on the phone in the last week and still no further forward. Thanks

    @virginmedia I spoke to them the other day they told me that you do not record any time when the broadband drops out only when a customer calls in so please can you get this sorted out thank you

    Looks like @virginmedia are again trying to take Netflix payment that should already be included in my Volt. This is disgusting behaviour having already spoke to them previously!! Anyone else having similar issues?

    @virginmedia I know my line is spoofed, when an incoming call from a foreign country is giving out I’m not wrong number as I’m being spoofed I am technically aware of this I used to provide support for a very large telecommunications company

    @virginmedia I don’t understand where you can see my personal information, it merely gives you, what broadband package I’m on what telephone service I’m on and watch TV service sign there are no account details whatsoever

    What will it take for @virginmedia to actually sort out an account after a bereavement??? 3 months later, endless calls and empty promises. Continued anxiety and distress for an elderly woman is not the bereavement service I’d expect. Appalling.

    @virginmedia If there is any tools that you can suggest I use to solve my issue it will be greatly appreciated, I don’t mean to mean in your position but I just would like to know exactly what you can do SHAW at the end of the day I’m assuming you’re going to tell me to go to technical help

    @virginmedia new customer ...2 engineer No Shows !! Not a great start. Try again for Wednesday. Let's hope they show this time. In the meantime please stop sending me emails to get me up and running.....that's the whole reason I need an engineer 😡

    @virginmedia I’ve tried to use the add-on service as being a broadband customer I’m able to download to the O2 app however I cannot sign in as I do not have a mobile number and it will not accept my landline, can you help

    @virginmedia In October agreed new contract, came to install last week got new router and have since cancelled the packages that was agreed. I am now been charged more and getting less services. Tried to resolve last week over the phone & not no further forward so just want to cancel now.

    @virginmedia just want to cancel!! Been passed over and over…lied to… been treated like I’m stupid…. Had the phone put down on me!!!! Had it!!!! Paying for 100 download speed to be told you’ll sort the issues out why you monitor me for a week…. Yeah do I have to keep paying!

    @nickham303 @virginmedia @richardbranson I think that's what I'll have to do banging my head against a wall.. to have to create a Twitter account just to get to speak to someone is shocking. The robotic approach to the advisors is shocking sales sales sales no customer service

    Well I haven't moaned on here for several month but I am going in all guns blazing. @virginmedia You really should be embarressed by how bad the Virgin 360 box is. When I upgraded, I didn't expect it to get worse than the V6 box I had before.
