    @virginmedia not impressed with your customer service this week. After days of attempted communication I finally spoke to someone about getting a new phone. They spoke terrible English, were unhelpful and have actually lost you my potential 24month contract.

    Very excellent service from Linzi in the Longbenton call centre today, got my upgrade sorted and we had a good little chat as well whilst she was sorting things. Made me feel a lot better for spending the time I did on hold. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia had no bb since Sunday! Waited in all morning for an engineer only to be told you cancelled the app without telling me. Now apparently its a whole area issue except I'm the only 1 about here with no service. I have work I can't do. £80 a month for this is crap!
