    @virginmedia I’ve sorted the problem I think. Or maybe until the next time it goes off. I’ve disconnected coax cable etc and blew them clean and tightened them back up and done a speed test and it’s up to 365mb download speed. Hopefully this has fixed problem

    @virginmedia Yeah I know that but we are paying for the fastest speed and when it eventually works we don’t get nowhere near that speed. Considering how many times I have to reset the router we don’t get a full service. Just wanted it sorting out

    @lxwissssss @MartinEdition @virginmedia Mine is excellent once they replaced the wiring because it was old and now mine never goes off and it’s super fast! The English call centres are great but the Indian and Philippines ones are really bad I avoid them because they just read off scripts!

    Ha ha @virginmedia it’s gone off again. This is twice since dinner time where it’s just randomly turned itself off. #annoying and yes it’s saying there’s nothing wrong with the service in my area. So why does it turn itself off ffs

    . @virginmedia rang virgin last week to move house. You've done the external install yesterday but haven't turned up for internal install today. Tried to log into my account and it says my package is cancelled no options for support at all. Called and hung up on before answer.

    @virginmedia It says there’s no issues in my area. So why does my internet keep going off. If it works it’s very rarely high or if it is it’s only for a short time. Then goes off and gives low readings. I’ve reset it and unplugged it from mains etc and still it’s on and off. Annoying

    @virginmedia So I expected a call today before 12pm from business team I also logged a call back on the website for one of the team to call me before 12pm. Engineer on Friday said someone would call in the morning it’s now just gone after 12 and I am still waiting? This is poor?!

    @virginmedia is broadband services down. My internet has been intermittent for the last week. Reset router 3 times today and still not working properly. Download speed is 1mb. Usually 380 mb

    @virginmedia Before 1pm. Engineers have been out 3 times to prepare the job then cancelled the first installation date then just didn't turn up today. My brother arranged to work at a friends house all day to allow for the internet disruption. Pretty poor stuff.

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to get through to you on the phone about the coverage at home the signal is rubbish upstairs and that’s with a booster the signal keeps dropping out daily and yes it’s annoying especially as my daughter is at home trying doing college work.

    @virginmedia I have been on the phone for 1.5 hrs been put through to the wrong department twice, and now I find the only way to complain is WRITE,what century are you from this can only be a tactic to not deal with people promptly I have been trying to get an issue dealt with for days

    @virginmedia I reached your team, they told me that I needed to pay a bill (that I haven’t received) but couldn’t tell me how much the bill was but asked me to pay it? They couldn’t tell me how much to pay to have my service reconnected either. Totally useless.

    @virginmedia Absolutely shockingly useless and lie about everything nothing get done, no promised call backs from agents or managers. ongoing problems since october going around in circles on phone and live chat.

    @virginmedia I honestly dont want to go into this again, they have sorted the landline today but I still have an ongoing complaint 3 times I have asked you for the CEO name and email address and still not got it. It has took 4 attempts and 3 online complaint to actually get a complaint raised
