@virginmedia We asked at the time of there was any money outstanding and we were told no. We were never told it takes 30 days to cancel. Again poor service from yourselves. I don't have the complaint number no as your staff keep hanging up

@virginmedia Cancelled the account on 28th or 29th March. Was told by one of your staff members that the service would be cancelled immediately and that #virginmedia owed us just over £70. She also cancelled the direct debit, agreed to send a cheque for the balance to an alternative address

@colinevo @virginmedia I've heard people being offered deals that never land. I have BT coming on 12th even though the speed is not as high. They sell these ultra high speeds but most people don't really need anything near the speed. Like Tesco offering you an extra 60 litres of milk for free each week
