    What an absolute farce @virginmedia are. Pay a ridiculous amount each month for slow broadband that regularly doesn’t work. Now on to a second day with no service and TiVo is also down. Pathetic.

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. Problem was that no agent ever responded to move requests via the bot. I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

    @virginmedia I was told that I would be called back by a manager #lies Now due to further incompetence you have cut off my Internet & phone service. Claiming that I haven't paid a bill when there's a direct debit set up! #diabolical service. I've never been treated so poorly.

    @virginmedia It happens from time to time on other channels but was particularly noticeable on the uhd channel. Internet suggests that this is a long term known issue. Surely not? What can be done resolve? I’m noticing it more on other channels and it’s very annoying/ disappointing!

    @virginmedia online service to get through to retentions absolutely shocking. Decide to ring up and call handling was appalling just told them to cancel TV and Broadband service, communications with your off shore department was impossible. Not intending to leave but I have now

    @SaeedSiciid @virginmedia Mine has been doing this since the 24th of November and 6 times they move the fix date of the outage. The compensation scheme doesn't exist. If you get intenet back even for 1 minute per day it means you do not qualify
