    Can anyone at @virginmedia virgin media tell me why the internet drops out every time it rains? The technicians only want to diagnose a fault on the line to the house and they never seem to be out when it's also raining. It's very frustrating.

    @virginmedia Come on Virgin, give us some feedback. What's the issue with the WiFi in the NE10 8WH area. Mine seems to have gone off completely now. Loads of people in the area complaining of same issues all across social media.

    @virginmedia hi how do i book an engineer via the app? Service status on broadband and equipment all check out. No connection to devices. Impossible to speak to someone on phone with almost an hour on hold. Can't see how to book appt online yet apparently it's possible? Thanks.

    @virginmedia With the main cabling on three engineer visits each one has failed to solve the issue by swapping to another hub 3 your colleague who I spoke to yesterday told me a hub 5 is the solution to provide a more stable connection I’d say that’s the last roll of the dice

    @virginmedia Thanks and it’s c-281122444. I think the complaint has been closed as nothing is coming up on the account. It related to the issues with the box and the delay in getting WiFi pod (which has now arrived). Can you check when we should get a call back please?

    @virginmedia Will do.. Getting ridiculous having to tweet about getting my tv and internet working.. looking like I need to buy a three 5g box to cover the service your meant to be providing me. Now the TV is completely gone, trying to get the new 360 box working. No service at all ..

    @virginmedia why is my frail 96 year old aunt's phone not working? First it was the switch copper to fibre, then it was turned off, then on x3 over the months. Now the help desk claim there is local outage but website and neighbour agree it's working?

    @smooyacs @virginmedia We have had issues with virgin for years. Don't know why but whe the speed or connection is "playing up" just logging into the account on that pc seems to fix the issues temporarily... might just be a bug for us ut you never know!
