    @virginmedia I have the App but having it confirm what I already know is no help whatsoever. Instead of investing in Apps that confirm your service is not fit for purpose why not invest in providing an unfailing service to customers. Currently you take money for services you can’t deliver

    @lisadunn1978 @virginmedia I have just had hell on and demanded to speak to a manager. At first I was told there was no issue in our area and it was the router then the manager has told me that there is a problem in our area

    @virginmedia I was speaking with an agent an hour ago due to an issues with WiFi. They said they’d 100% ring me back in 30 mins as we did a hard reset of the booster. It’s been another 30 mins since then and no one has called. #notmyday

    @virginmedia It was just internet TV that day but today all your services telephone, TV (all channels) and the broadband are repeatedly failing - no idea why I get billed for such poor service I mean the phone FFS do you think it’s 1984!

    @jeffsprogress @virginmedia I changed to Virgin because BT would drop out regularly in the middle of the Moto GP. Used to have a great service with Sky but they charge an extra 30 something quid for BT Sport

    Hi @virginmedia. Trying to call, text, WhatsApp my wife today attempting to sort out our children etc and completely unable to. My contract has just been increased. Pretty shocking service and I'm paying more! I would expect some compensation at the very least 😡 #VirginOutage

    Looks like @virginmedia are just as rubbish as @BTtv their rubbish service has been failing all night making watching catchup TV a right pain looks like I need another provider

    @virginmedia 200mb and I’m getting between between 30 and 60!! Not got anything hard wired as I refuse to have wires all over the house!!! My neighbour over the road has sky broadband and my devices pick up their signal stronger than mine from you!!! Not good enough

    @virginmedia I got through to pay the debt to try to sort my credit rating out, and the guy said someone would send some details so I could make a complaint about the situation. Reader, nothing was sent. Shocking, huh?

    @virginmedia I doubt it, been having problems since it was installed last year. We know when a script is being read and they don't have a clue. If its not sorted we will leave as soon as we can.

    @virginmedia It won't be necessary to check for any network issues as I'll be cancelling my service with Virgin on Monday. The persistent problems and no one willing to visit to check has lead me to take unpaid leave. I'm not looking for compensation, just looking for a service that cares

    @virginmedia 2. Told it would terminate once my contract ends on the 27th March. In any case, I expected my March bill to only be 40 odd as per my 18th mo th contract, however, I have been giving a bill of something like 67.50. This doesn't even match what the increase would have been.
