    was in my old home for 2 year with @virginmedia never had any problems now moved into my new home TV gone off gotta wait 5 days for it foxed broadband keeps dropping NOT GOOD I know we all have teething problems bit this is complete joke

    @virginmedia basically I can't do anything on the stream box comes up contact customer care I do then I get absolute no were...look I understand everyone has teething problems but this needs sorting ASAP because different when you need the money I ain't paying for something I can't use said

    @virginmedia Yes spoke to a member of the team, we have been having issues with our wifi. She offered to send another booster & cable out free off charge. Available on our contract. I’ve just received email to say my payments are going up to £60!!

    @virginmedia Yes, it’s the email address that Virgin gave them for setting up the o2 mobile account. I spoke to o2 this morning and they’re having trouble changing it or even sending a text to us for security purposes to the number we are porting because that is now inactive.

    @virginmedia I was told to log into the Myo2 app to change it myself, but I have been sent no login details and of course if the email address is incorrect it won’t be recognised if I try to register. O2 said we would receive texts with updates on number port timeline but had no communication

    @OliverStanding @virginmedia It's not a great self serve option and poor customer experience. I have an issue trying to remove a service from my current package. Cant be done digitally or remotely. Only via phone which even then very few of the advisors have the levels of authority to amend your package.

    .@virginmedia Broadband down - phone line states because of 'improvements'- not expected back until 3pm. Why was there no notice so I could arrange to work from alternate location? How do I get warning in future?

    @virginmedia The link asks me to log in which I do, then it shows me my contract etc, I can either fill a form in for someone to contact me but I’ve did it before or it shows the complaint as been closed

    @virginmedia Yes it affects everything at the same time - phones, tablets, desktops and TV's all buffer/cut out. There is never an issue on the app and when I managed to speak to someone they said they couldn't see an issue, despite our speeds being so slow during the call.

    @virginmedia I have absolutely no internet since Sunday, that is now 1 week. Since my central heating is completely smart it relies on broadband hence very often we're freezing. Website says everything is perfect, whilst telephone says it's a complex issue. Please help.

    @virginmedia On hold over an hour after being cut off when the first person put me on hold!2nd person useless with any help at all trying to resolve billing issues that were supposed to be resolved pre Christmas!If someone doesn't pick up soon I'm cancelling my direct debit &ringing sky!

    @virginmedia I think it is a tech issue - I transferred my mum's account to a new account when she passed away. Her email add has been transferred incorrectly so I can't access my account online - I have asked for her email add to be removed so I can register the account with my email

    @virginmedia husband was on hold for 50 minutes hoping to get a deal to link broadband to a tv package, requested the deal we saw online to be told it’s not available on their end. Husband asked to give notice to leave, was put back on hold to be hung up on. Abysmal service!!

    Absolutely disgusted with @virginmedia customer service. Been on the phone to them for hours this morning and been disconnected twice. Shocking service. Just want to cancel now and go to a decent company! I would advise anyone else to do the same 🤬

    Hi @virginmedia, if I was deliberately paying for buffering, low internet speeds and a hub that constantly needs switching on and off again, I'd give you ten out of ten on the service.

    my mum’s just had a completely rant with the poor virgin media guy cos she didn’t realise our new phone contracts don’t start until the 18th💀
