    It seems our landline number has been spoofed - have received dozens of calls responding to a request to call back. Have reported this to a helpful @virginmedia, but finding out ‘advice’ online pretty useless. Sit and wait it out seems to be the solution.

    @virginmedia It was for my internet and TV account. I've managed to do it on my housemates app as they had no issues with the app.

    @SkyUK Thanks but you charge way too much especially for BT Sport (can’t do without my Moto GP) I might go back to BT Vision, they are rubbish with broadband dropping out as well but not as shit as @virginmedia has been

    @virginmedia It's always 47.37 when it should be a straight £47. We do everything online and never get paper stuff to do with our package or billing

    So annoying everything been off since around 11 this morning & now they’ve just updated service status that’s it’s going to be tomorrow at 6pm it’s fixed, that’s a big change from 6pm tonight!!! Bet I still get charged full price for a service that isn’t working. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia On the second appointment engineer called customer service who the tried to sell a dearer package for 92 pound instead of original quote she was worried and in tears and is now worried that money will be taken out when she is not expecting it.

    @SquidGaming @virginmedia I have had the exact same issues with virgin since lockdown their network isn't capable of dealing with everyone working from home. Ofcom should be holding companies accountable for this instead of download speeds only!

    @Esarubbish @virginmedia I think we're seeing the start of a 2 tier benefit system, those who are on legacy benefits, unpaid carers,& disabled recieved no extra financial support in Rishi Sunak CV19 financial support budget, & excluded UK recieved nothing, looks like virgin eligibility also excludes

    @virginmedia It’s a long story, package was ordered initially was self installation but we called stating we required an engineer, engineer booked turned up but customer service cancelled the order which we did not know until the engineer spent hours on the phone, we rang again new engineer
