@virginmedia every month I have the same issue. Go to pay bill and despite having Google auto password (which works on every other thing I log in) it says my log in is wrong and I have to reset it EVERY MONTH!! EVERY MONTH!! IT'S RIDICULOUS

@virginmedia The hub is wired to the wall so I can’t actually move it anywhere, I’ve not connected it via a cable (ethernet?) so not sure how it works that way but wireless on all devices is an issue?
