    @DMcCSE17 @virginmedia All phone signal in London is terrible including public Wi-fi. I love when I come back to north east for a decent signal and decent Wi-fi speed :)

    @virginmedia Worst customer service I've ever encountered. On multiple occasions over several years. Rudeness and lack of knowledge being the main issues, along with the usual very long hold times.

    @danielpwood1 @virginmedia I don’t have a regional accent so am normally easily understood, I’m also very patient, enjoy speaking to the Indian guys about cricket, but tonight it was unprofessional and my near thirty years service to VM in all it’s guises rendered irrelevant

    @virginmedia what was my TiVo box meant to be updating. I woke in the night to find it on and the screen saying it was updating software, don't switch off. I rang 151 to find out, but the automatic system said there was an issue and sent a restart pulse 1/2

    @virginmedia Media. I ditched the TV part of the bundle years ago, but am still currently paying £50.99 p/m for 150mb broadband and a phone we never use. Come September, when you increase it by another £3.50 it’ll have gone from £37 in Dec 16 to £54.49 - A ridiculous 47% INCREASE......

    @virginmedia That's all well and good but you have insisted we update our box or it will not work, your website link is not working, text service and chat not responding and your telephone advisor insists I buy a new service whilst your letter states its free! Not paying more for less!!

    Cancelled @virginmedia Starplayz subscription as they have no channel number and no app to search for programmes! Crazy and call centre staff don’t understand why this is a problem. Don’t waste £5 a month.

    @virginmedia Media service. I waited 30 mins to speak to someone, after selecting an electronic option to cancel. "I'm not authorised to cancel". Now back on hold. Virgin has the worst customer service of any company I've interacted with. It's insane.

    @virginmedia you write stating have to upgrade to free tivo box & I must contact you 2 arrange. Web site doesn't work, no answer online chat, no answer on text and phone advisor tries to sell me an upgrade. Then email advising price rise in inbox. - total joke!!!

    @virginmedia £20 a month 'existing customer' penalty on the best you can offer me Vs the best new customer deal is just too much, afraid that's a cancellation from a 10 years loyal customer. £240 is a lot of money!

    @virginmedia It’s difficult to articulate in a tweet but speaking to someone in an offshore contact centre who has a very poor grasp of English is extremely frustrating. There is no malice in this, it’s just a statement of fact, I couldn’t make myself understood, it took 4 calls and 75 mins.

    @virginmedia Can you please help me. I've rang twice to upgrade my TiVo box free upgrade. Tried online can't do it. First time cut off. Web chat I tried was told I had to phone.40 mins in second time lady was having system issues so transferred me and guess what I was cut off

    @virginmedia I spend almost two hours on the phone last week to get help with my broadband and the billing isn’t right now. I am disabled and find it strange that a company of your size does not have a designated team for this. I can’t do another two hours of this

    @virginmedia have shut down the internet completely in this part of London. The internet went off in the middle of the Wales v Ireland Match and remains off. Of course, as usual they will blame their customers, but the unreliability is ridiculous for the price @Ofcom DO ZILCH

    @virginmedia your status checker says no issues in the S65 3DL area, but elderly father with dementia has no phone or internet. Called support who says there is an issue in the area and to check the status checker... Is there an issue or not?

    @virginmedia How many times do I have to fill in a equipment return form without the threat of a fine from Virgin. Also be handy and legal if you sent a confirmation email. 35 years with Virgin put on a TV subscription when I never signed up for it. How low can Virgin get
