16 mins on hold to @virginmedia before I got through to someone who said she needed to transfer me to another department, the recorded message of that department said the number no longer exists and gave me the original phone number to ring! Some customer service that!!!

Anyone else on @virginmedia getting “To Be Announced” on virtually every channel. Tried rebooting, switching on and off. Strikes me that VM has gone to shit recently. Loads of channels have gone, close to sacking it off.

Hello @virginmedia can I cancel my contract online? I called today choosing option “are you thinking of leaving us” spoke to a lady who told me contract ends 19.03 then was put to another department with a long wait and had to hung up. No call back received.
