    @virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

    @virginmedia Nope. Seems to be periods where I can have a perfect connection to the router, but not to the internet - and the router isn't indicating that there's an issue.

    @virginmedia I have daily and as I have already said, that says there is no issues!! When there quite clearly is! The engineer who visited my house Wednesday said it needs a network engineer and he isn’t one. Again area 24, please sort this ASAP. The whole postcode is effected!!

    @virginmedia I had an engineer out Wednesday and it’s a network issue. We have internet but not strong enough to do anything all we can do is send WhatsApp messages. We can’t use any on demand services on the TV or Netflix and I can’t work from home. 5 days is not acceptable!!
