    @virginmedia Thanks for your response, still the same issues I’ve ran the test and it says good response but connection very intermittent on TV and almost non existent on all family devices. Very frustrating

    Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

    @virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

    @virginmedia I was more just trying to point out how bad you are as a provider and how frequently you’re down across the country. I think this is the third time we’ve had interruption to service this month. Pathetic really, considering how expensive you are.

    @virginmedia Hi. I've waited 3 weeks for my broadband to be set up and I've just been told the technicians won't be here to change cables until 6th October. I'm not going to be charged for the month that I've had no service right?

    @virginmedia 33 days to setup my internet supposed go live 20th 4 phone calls 2 hangups and they offer me a home visits next Tuesday asked to cancel and return kit put me through to cancelations and guess what they hung up to. Worst service I have ever experienced @virginmedia
