    @virginmedia They said no problems in my area and to just keep unplugging it for 5 minutes when it has pens which I explain I have been doing every day sometimes twice a day but to be honest like most offshore call centres they have no people skills or interest at all

    @virginmedia Its says engineer on hold at 18:17 and then states will be out at 18:23. Spoke to customer services and spoke to a guy who couldnt understand my issue. Managed to be passified by retentions and will collect a new box on Wednesday. If that doesnt work then will leave VM. Cheers.

    @dilan_ipekx @JackofallReeds @virginmedia The planned disconnection was to a Virgin Media box which was requested from VM. The work was done earlier than originally scheduled therefore causing the issue as everything hasn't been transferred to a new unit. We are now working closely with VM to rectify the issue.
