Anyone else on @virginmedia getting “To Be Announced” on virtually every channel. Tried rebooting, switching on and off. Strikes me that VM has gone to shit recently. Loads of channels have gone, close to sacking it off.

16 mins on hold to @virginmedia before I got through to someone who said she needed to transfer me to another department, the recorded message of that department said the number no longer exists and gave me the original phone number to ring! Some customer service that!!!

Nice one @virginmedia I've missed all the 2nd half of the match now. No BB, no Tivo. And your still billing me a higher rate than was agreed when I did the tests which say no issues in my area. Tried resets.

@virginmedia I almost every, for so many days having breakdowns. Atleast twice a day. It is very annoying specially when I am in meetings. When I go to website, it checks and says everything is fine(because it restores in couple of mins) and doesn't allow me to log a complaint.

@virginmedia They’re still off. The status page says there is an issue. However the communication is really bad from your customer service team, not calling when they say they will and accusing my parents of not being home for a non-existent engineer.

@MartinSLewis We were with @virginmedia for years. Prices always increasing. Intermittent signal. Farcical customer service. We walked away. Now with @bt_uk Far cheaper. Signal is fine. Good customer support. And flexibility - we got an upgrade last year: paying less but getting more!

@virginmedia All the time I have been getting 50 down with 1 mb upload. Throw in the 300ms jitter and it’s a great work/gaming experience. I have asked for engineers which Virgin decline. So I have given up and will let BT install on the 19th and cancel virgin after 13 days of BT testing.
