Real Gaz on a proper bike #fbpe (@gazza_d) reported from South Shields, England@_MMaritima @virginmedia Wired speed test would be to isolate between a wireless problem or the connection in. Router might be shielded which would kill signal. Make sure other electronics aren't too close. I can ruin my wireless if I put router on top of my TiVo box
-
Paul Jukes A874036 (@UnicornRunning) reported from South Shields, England@virginmedia The Hub is in modem mode connected to a separate wireless router as the Hub's WiFi has been poor since we got it, so technically it's a wired connection. Router's connection is lost when it drops so no devices can connect wirelessly. Has been stable for about 3 hours now.

Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @paulpresenteruk Never use ring door bell over WiFi why cos only works on 2.4ghz & Virgin like all providers combine 2.4 & 5ghz together would need to split them & set a static IP address for the ring door bell on 2.4ghz. best option is ethernet to a POE switch for data & power
