@virginmedia Say no known issues. Wired is fine but WiFi all over the house is shocking! Tried moving the hub but can only go so far as it’s restricted by the wires.

Never felt so left down by @virginmedia after years of being a loyal customer my bill has increased by £20pm for no extra services when I rang to cancel I was offered £1 discount! To say I was insulted is an understatement, shocking service loyalty counts for nothing!!! Cancelled

@virginmedia disabled relatives who are without a phone for the second time ina month.they have a nurse call system that needs working phone line. No engineer until tomorrow. raised a complaint told some one will call non working phone. If no response complaint closed.

@virginmedia I've rebooted the router multiple times etc. This is coming up to a week of basically unusable internet as you need upload not just download and both are awful randomly, for no reason other than your work in the area last week.

@virginmedia Thanks but I cannot wait so long. As it has been over a month already I have to look for another provider. Currently paying Vodafone for mobile data but the service is not great. Unfortunately Virgin gave me no option despite I have been asking for a work around the past weeks

@virginmedia I can but I can guarantee your phone support will say the same as last time "can't fix it, someone will maybe fix it in a week". Honestly this is infuriating and I'm spending WAY too much for this type of service (or lack thereof)
