@virginmedia why am I having daily and sometimes multiple outages with your broadband service? Checked service status which always says everything is fine. It's so fine I need to switch off WiFi on my devices and use 4G. Thoughts welcome.

Well since complaining on here about @virginmedia and their terrible phone calls last week I’ve had 5 calls in the last three days all trying to sell me the same upgrade. Absolutely this close (fingers mms apart) from cancelling with them completely. FFS sort it out!

Last night a car mounted the curb and drove straight into the Virginmedia box across the road on the bent, the box is destroyed and so is all the area’s broadband, the guy was pissed up he reversed and drove back down Savick way, driving all over the road,Reg got police informed
