Can anyone at @virginmedia virgin media tell me why the internet drops out every time it rains? The technicians only want to diagnose a fault on the line to the house and they never seem to be out when it's also raining. It's very frustrating.

Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

@virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

@virginmedia I had a technician coming, he "fixed it". Then Internet dropped at the same day and is continuing to drop everyday since then. Who can I talk to that will actually fix it? At the moment I can't watch anything on my TV, use the printer or Alexa because of this terrible service.

@OhBendy @virginmedia That can supply fibre in this area? Nope. However, since they were bought by O2 the service locally has greatly improved. Make of that what you will. It used to drop dozens of times a day. Now it’s only a couple of times per day. Luxury!
