    @louisewil86 @yanic1965 @virginmedia I'm supposed to be on 50mbs...nowhere near! What they dont tell you (any bband supplier) but my engineer does....is that the fibre cable only goes to your local substation box...then thru copper cable to your house ...so slowed down automatically!

    @virginmedia After 2 hours on hold I got through to a nice guy in the call centre, he couldn't work out the issue so I've got no Internet for 2 days until an engineer comes out. Love paying for services I don't get...

    *…..With Virgin Media, some channels were usually glitchy, well some free-to-air channels were usually glitchy. The internet keep coming off and just ******* slow, despite it supposedly to be fibre optic internet.

    @virginmedia If you mean set - all new episodes and keep until I delete. It recorded the Christmas special no problem and the new series so it either just didn’t bother with first two or have been spontaneously deleted. Am fed up with this new update - want the old system back
