@virginmedia We asked at the time of there was any money outstanding and we were told no. We were never told it takes 30 days to cancel. Again poor service from yourselves. I don't have the complaint number no as your staff keep hanging up

@virginmedia Cancelled the account on 28th or 29th March. Was told by one of your staff members that the service would be cancelled immediately and that #virginmedia owed us just over £70. She also cancelled the direct debit, agreed to send a cheque for the balance to an alternative address

@virginmedia You don't need it back (I was told), but it obviously needs to be recycledand I don't have a car to take it to the tip. So someone on your customer service desk said they would send packaging/instructions so that I could return it to you to be recycled. But they didn't.

@virginmedia My bill has been increased when I received it today, called to find out why they said inflation. I have had no contact telling me this would happen, they told me they sent an email and I had an option to cancel without charge. I said ok I’ll do that, they then said that option
