    @Dabooka @skybiggerpic @virginmedia It was my second attempt to be fair. First time they reduced the price rise to £1.50 per month, then I rang back a few days later to cancel. Found a better deal elsewhere but price was the driver for wanting to leave. Lovely @virginmedia agent was able to help!

    @virginmedia I’ve already spoken to someone on the phone who reset the network, but that didn’t work. I also tried re-starting everything and that also didn’t work, the box itself is very slow now also.

    @virginmedia Everyone was fine (eventually). The feedback is simple. If I can self serve setting up and managing my account I should be able to self serve cancel.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I called last month to set up a direct debit. The customer support rep said they'd set that up for me. I logged into my account today to see that no direct debit had been set up and the bill from the 9th of April for £101.98 had not been taken.

    @virginmedia Last six weeks has been horrendous for VM broadband. Very regular drop outs. Raised complaint and not even a response. This is not worth the money. Stable broadband should be bread and butter to you.
