    @virginmedia I’m signed in but I see no option to test the landline. I clicked on ‘fix landline’ but that just sent me back to the main menu page.

    Hello @BarclaysUK, phoned you for ten successive days and it’s an hour long queue, been into branch, you can’t sort the issue, tried chat via the app, you don’t talk mortgages on the app. You are beginning to reach peak Virgin Media for incompetence, I’m sorry, this is appalling.

    @virginmedia Yes, it’s the email address that Virgin gave them for setting up the o2 mobile account. I spoke to o2 this morning and they’re having trouble changing it or even sending a text to us for security purposes to the number we are porting because that is now inactive.

    @virginmedia Lots of people are complaining about this on the customer forums. We've had very little downtime since the separate router was connected, it's suddenly gone to pot and seems to be a general issue at the moment.

    @virginmedia Nothing reported when I checked before tweeting. Seems to have stabilised for now but must've dropped 15-20 times in the last 48h. No faults were reported on the site when my father-in-law had a complete loss of service a couple of months ago, but it was reported on the helpline.

    @virginmedia The Hub is in modem mode connected to a separate wireless router as the Hub's WiFi has been poor since we got it, so technically it's a wired connection. Router's connection is lost when it drops so no devices can connect wirelessly. Has been stable for about 3 hours now.

    @virginmedia I didn’t get the opportunity to call yesterday, but I noticed last night that it’s working again. There was nothing mentioned on service page (not unusual) but there must’ve been a fault that was eventually fixed.

    @OliverStanding @virginmedia It's not a great self serve option and poor customer experience. I have an issue trying to remove a service from my current package. Cant be done digitally or remotely. Only via phone which even then very few of the advisors have the levels of authority to amend your package.

    @virginmedia I was told to log into the Myo2 app to change it myself, but I have been sent no login details and of course if the email address is incorrect it won’t be recognised if I try to register. O2 said we would receive texts with updates on number port timeline but had no communication

    Time for the @virginmedia renewal. They want to hike the price. We want a new reliable WiFi box which they promised but didn't deliver last time. To be honest @BT is looking attractive as they may improve the signal around the house.

    @virginmedia came close to being mis sold a mobile contract today!! long standing virgin media customer -2 phone contracts & wanted prices for 3rd. After holding for ages i was give prices for 12 pro and 11 pro. Final email stated was a 12! Waste of 90mins 😡

    @virginmedia Telephone service suggests the same to do so all the reporting system is hopeless! Getting someone to look at it after 6 days is not good enough, knowing how important it is for people working from home

    Update on this: after getting fed up with the complaint bot loop I phoned up @virginmedia. Was reassured my bill was definitely the price I believe it is and was told I would get a phonecall back. Never got a phonecall and bill of £50 has just gone out. Beyond frustrated.

    @virginmedia Cannot get through. What I would like is for them to exit the property and for a PPE’d engineer work on the box in the lounge. Otherwise we want to cxl as he’s not receiving a good service. Thank you for your help. It will literally change his Xmas to be able to watch sport.

    @virginmedia Oh and that bot number, never responded. It said someone would get back in 4 hours. Nothing. People are relying on their services. Virgin should actually care about that instead of outsourcing customer service for cheaper and poorer CS.

    @virginmedia VM has turned into Talktalk as both seems equally bad in their service for stability in connection and VM is even worst as today it put me in a queue for over an hour just to find what’s wrong with their service, Unacceptable and gutter service from VM
