Anyone else on @virginmedia getting “To Be Announced” on virtually every channel. Tried rebooting, switching on and off. Strikes me that VM has gone to shit recently. Loads of channels have gone, close to sacking it off.

@Dabooka @skybiggerpic @virginmedia It was my second attempt to be fair. First time they reduced the price rise to £1.50 per month, then I rang back a few days later to cancel. Found a better deal elsewhere but price was the driver for wanting to leave. Lovely @virginmedia agent was able to help!

@virginmedia over the last few years virgin media internet has got worse the people that work in the call centres are so abrupt and rude I’ve called approximately 10 in the last 5 months and still have a intermittent fault on my internet service !!!!

@virginmedia @honestlyhelen I've had similar feelings, my bill has rocketed by £11 per month over the last few months for my TV only service as Virgin only offer discounts now for multi package deals, loyalty no longer rewarded it seems 🤔

@virginmedia I’ve already spoken to someone on the phone who reset the network, but that didn’t work. I also tried re-starting everything and that also didn’t work, the box itself is very slow now also.

@virginmedia I have to use the landline due to signal problems but as VM offers a free service on 150, I object to paying for a 45 min call especially to be told that the problem is the router supplied has "basic functionality" and may not be capable of supplying the strength I pay for.
