    @virginmedia Still down now, can work from Catch Up or my recordings, but nothing live as there are no channels. Drop outs in WiFi too. Not great.

    Well since complaining on here about @virginmedia and their terrible phone calls last week I’ve had 5 calls in the last three days all trying to sell me the same upgrade. Absolutely this close (fingers mms apart) from cancelling with them completely. FFS sort it out!

    @virginmedia You’s really do make it almost impossible to cancel. I’ve called 5 times over 3 days. Either don’t get transferred or get cut off. Looks like I’ll try by writing a letter….

    @virginmedia 17 days with no TV service, finally resumed today after another manual restarts at this end. Any chance of a refund of half of this month? That's pretty dire.

    @virginmedia Dont wanna air my business over a feed. Asvised phone we got was outa stock. Faulty phone . Was gonna exchange bit out of stock.i had to cancel contract then take a new one out. But send phone back but wife hasnt a spare???

    @virginmedia why am I having daily and sometimes multiple outages with your broadband service? Checked service status which always says everything is fine. It's so fine I need to switch off WiFi on my devices and use 4G. Thoughts welcome.

    Virgin Media upgraded or updated the network around my area. Since then it’s broken down twice. Guess the upgrade was to make it break down more regular.

    @virginmedia My issue is that we weren’t told we were in a contract. We’ve been with @virginmedia for many years and when we changed to our current price we weren’t told it was a contract or that we’d need to give notice.

    Are you looking for broadband? I have a good recommendation: run away from Virgin Media. I have been calling them every single day for the last week, and guess what! They don't even understand what the problem is. :)

    @samwrite @Sonic_Screwup I asked for Virgin Media to confirm that the employee had been spoken to about the incident. That would have been sufficient. But they refused to confirm or deny this. I am left with no other recourse other than reporting the traffic offence to the police.

    How they expect me to work from home without internet is beyond me. I called their customer service, the lady that confirmed the bad news is currently working from home, I’m sure her internet provider is not the incompetent @virginmedia
