    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. Problem was that no agent ever responded to move requests via the bot. I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

    @virginmedia I called the help line and a bot told me to restart my router twice and then proceeded to end the call. Little fed up

    @virginmedia Then when transferred to ‘customer care’ so that I could complain and seek compensation, I waited another 20mins and was eventually cut off without speaking to anyone.

    @lxwissssss @MartinEdition @virginmedia Mine is excellent once they replaced the wiring because it was old and now mine never goes off and it’s super fast! The English call centres are great but the Indian and Philippines ones are really bad I avoid them because they just read off scripts!

    @virginmedia So I expected a call today before 12pm from business team I also logged a call back on the website for one of the team to call me before 12pm. Engineer on Friday said someone would call in the morning it’s now just gone after 12 and I am still waiting? This is poor?!

    @virginmedia Well, I think they transferred the mobile subscription to the Oomph sim which is part of my broadband account and closed the old, separate contract down (and refunded) - but they kept telling me not to cancel the direct debit in case of excess charges, which made no sense to me.

    @virginmedia had a web chat before and I’m told the exact same thing as when I waste hours calling customer care line “your complaint is in the correct department and someone will contact you” I want some one who is going to be able to resolve my issue fix the multiple installation faults
