@virginmedia every month I have the same issue. Go to pay bill and despite having Google auto password (which works on every other thing I log in) it says my log in is wrong and I have to reset it EVERY MONTH!! EVERY MONTH!! IT'S RIDICULOUS

@virginmedia Iv made calls in this issue at least 4 times in the last 7 weeks. . Iv had engineers visit and claim to fix it. But the item is still not resolved as it only happens post 8pm on the channel... During the big games!

@virginmedia No. I was waiting for my Mrs to calm down from the TV360 box deciding it wouldn't let her watch the recording of the friends reunion this morning. Most of the feedback from the forums, in regards to the hub4, are to buy a new router and use the hub as a modem as they're useless.
