    @virginmedia After 2 hours on hold I got through to a nice guy in the call centre, he couldn't work out the issue so I've got no Internet for 2 days until an engineer comes out. Love paying for services I don't get...

    @virginmedia Yes but the number on the letter to text to just comes back fail to send. Then I rang 789 for my mam and this person had her in tears also, so we have give up.

    @virginmedia Hi...obv you have taken notice of my post re cancelling contract of one of your ex subs.Its Law!! Re my service..i'm wired from reuter to pc & tv then wifi to mobile & tablet obv...im happy with virgin tv but bband signal pc & wifi altho "50mbs" is slow ...NOT good enough!

    @virginmedia So we are not just going to write it off as a bad job. Plus my mam finds it hard to understand the persons at the other end of the phone and why they ask for her bank details all we asked was to post out her password for her mobile account.

    @virginmedia amazing concept of telling people who have no Internet at home to log onto an Internet chat room to get help with getting their Internet back, do I get a refund for the data used to tether my laptop just to get access to customer service?

    @louisewil86 @yanic1965 @virginmedia I'm supposed to be on 50mbs...nowhere near! What they dont tell you (any bband supplier) but my engineer does....is that the fibre cable only goes to your local substation box...then thru copper cable to your house ...so slowed down automatically!

    @virginmedia At the moment everything seems fine. However at the time of my first tweet it was 5GB down and .05GB up And then when I try to stream on Twitch using OBS I can’t keep a stable connection. It isn’t something on twitch’s end or OBS as I have already checked them out

    @SulakshanaMD @virginmedia I’ve also had 3 calls asking about my router and error messages it’s sending to @virginmedia. Told them I would call back later as I was working (using my mobile hotspot as the internet is down again 🙄) and they put the phone down on me each time!
