    Time for the @virginmedia renewal. They want to hike the price. We want a new reliable WiFi box which they promised but didn't deliver last time. To be honest @BT is looking attractive as they may improve the signal around the house.

    @virginmedia twice in 2 months that my hub 5 has completely gone down with a flashing red light and won’t work, I’ve had to book a technician for it both times. Costs too much for this to keep happening!

    @virginmedia Nothing reported when I checked before tweeting. Seems to have stabilised for now but must've dropped 15-20 times in the last 48h. No faults were reported on the site when my father-in-law had a complete loss of service a couple of months ago, but it was reported on the helpline.

    @virginmedia The signal struggles to get to each room in the house. My son complains as he games. No chance of streaming music in the bathroom. It isn't a big house either. The deal I'm on currently was negotiated when I spoke to disconnection team rather than intro offer.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately not. The issue is she doesn’t receive any communication from Virgin apart from a monthly text with the link to her account. As she has no password etc she can’t access it

    @virginmedia basically I can't do anything on the stream box comes up contact customer care I do then I get absolute no were...look I understand everyone has teething problems but this needs sorting ASAP because different when you need the money I ain't paying for something I can't use said

    @virginmedia You’s really do make it almost impossible to cancel. I’ve called 5 times over 3 days. Either don’t get transferred or get cut off. Looks like I’ll try by writing a letter….

    @virginmedia Excuses excuses but no resolution how long will it take 2 days since incident raised and waiting for contact back as instructed why would I waste my day calling incompetent people when someone is trying allegedly to sort it Same old crap customer service

    @virginmedia Dont wanna air my business over a feed. Asvised phone we got was outa stock. Faulty phone . Was gonna exchange bit out of stock.i had to cancel contract then take a new one out. But send phone back but wife hasnt a spare???

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia I had similar issues after my mum passed (not with Virgin although I had other issues with them). It's tremendously upsetting and companies need to do better.

    @virginmedia I've been waiting for 35 mins for somebody to answer my call. VM CS is awful. I can't log into my account. I get a message to enter my email. I do this. I get sent and email. I click on the link and it starts the same process again. Can somebody please HELP!!

    @itsendeavour @virginmedia I hope they listen to the feedback they are receiving here. Not that I suppose they care that much. It's all about pleasing shareholders rather than providing professional service to their customers.
