What will it take for @virginmedia to actually sort out an account after a bereavement??? 3 months later, endless calls and empty promises. Continued anxiety and distress for an elderly woman is not the bereavement service I’d expect. Appalling.

@virginmedia I know my line is spoofed, when an incoming call from a foreign country is giving out I’m not wrong number as I’m being spoofed I am technically aware of this I used to provide support for a very large telecommunications company

@paullewismoney Huge problems with Virgin media & Money They changed their mobile network last year, I now have no access ,new SIM doesn't work . To login to savings a/C they send access code to the mobile no - so no access to savings a/C either. Impossible to contact them
