Can anyone at @virginmedia virgin media tell me why the internet drops out every time it rains? The technicians only want to diagnose a fault on the line to the house and they never seem to be out when it's also raining. It's very frustrating.

Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

@virginmedia I have already done all this time and time again. This has been a ongoing issue for a while and I am now fed up with it all. In all honesty I think it’s a fault with the hub and if this is not resolved I will be leaving virgin media
