    @virginmedia I've just texted to cancel broadband and a CHATBOT has told me I need to use WhatsApp to do it. I dont use WhatsApp and dont intend to start, so what now? It's too late to write as we move house this saturday and my anxiety stops me from using the phone. Fix this.

    @virginmedia so I raised a complaint, was told it was resolved and has been closed. Rang again and the agent who did this suddenly has no memory of doing so. So I still am within my ‘minimum window’ which actually ended on 02/06 according to my contract. (2/2)

    @virginmedia Spoke to someone who provided an existing ticket update (P011250563). IT should deal with it in a max of 5 days, the issue was not solved and the last time they did anything was 2 weeks ago! That's disgusting service! A new ticket raised today (P011285929) get IT to sort it!

    @virginmedia once again incredibly disappointed in your service. I moved house and my contract got restarted so now I need to cancel my services and will incur penalties. I was not informed my contract was restarted by this unilateral change. (1/2)
