    @virginmedia My new sim that uv sent won't work 'network locked' can't log in account online as it's sending me a verification code to the number which now won't work. And ur shops are still shut. Please advise. As currently I have no phone access.

    Can anyone at @virginmedia virgin media tell me why the internet drops out every time it rains? The technicians only want to diagnose a fault on the line to the house and they never seem to be out when it's also raining. It's very frustrating.

    @virginmedia I’ve done this. Says no issues. I’ve rebooted the hub it came on for a short while and then went off again and I had red flashing lights all over the ***. It’s just come back on, but who knows how long for. There’s clearly an issue.

    @virginmedia It’s updated now yes. As of 6pm. But the same happened yesterday, and then it went down again during the day. My only assumption is works are being done during the day. But this doesn’t work well for home workers.

    @virginmedia Can someone tell me what’s happening with the broadband in M22 area? It was down all day yesterday ( confirmed on checker) and came back on at 6pm ish. The same happened today. I work from home and need access to the internet during the daytime.
