    What an absolute farce @virginmedia are. Pay a ridiculous amount each month for slow broadband that regularly doesn’t work. Now on to a second day with no service and TiVo is also down. Pathetic.

    @virginmedia Thanks for reply. Problem was that no agent ever responded to move requests via the bot. I sat for 1hr on the phone last night and finally got it booked. If the bot had worked 1st time I’d be switched on when I move. Now I’ll be without service for a week. Not good when wfh!

    @MartinSLewis After ten years as a customer with @virginmedia all i can advise anyone is to AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Upgraded to a phone I never received and now i'm stuck with a 24 month contract for a phone that's never been active. The worst customer service i've ever experienced. Leave now.

    So @virginmedia I’ve been waiting over 2 hours for a conversation with one of your advisers. Add that to the 3 hours waiting yesterday. Your customer service is woeful!!! Thank goodness I’m leaving - if I ever manage to cancel my account 😡😡
