@virginmedia just had a very frustrating afternoon with your call centre trying to dump our landline which we never use. After 13 years as a customer it is particularly galling to then see on the comparison sites how much more you value new customers.

So annoying everything been off since around 11 this morning & now they’ve just updated service status that’s it’s going to be tomorrow at 6pm it’s fixed, that’s a big change from 6pm tonight!!! Bet I still get charged full price for a service that isn’t working. @virginmedia

@damieng5 @garethmck1987 @virginmedia @NETGEAR I agree. I have the same set up . With Virgin SH3 no wifi signal to conservatory. With Orbi mesh network wifi everywhere in house & in the garden too. Costs a bit more but woryh it IMO.

@virginmedia how do I get the speed sorted out on my wi-if!! I’ve raised over phone but get an email ‘testing speed to hub’. Not the issue it’s the variable speed from it 0, 0.0525, 1.25, 6, 10, 45, 100, 300, then back to 0. Tried raising complaint online but no case number!
