@virginmedia Worst customer service I've ever encountered. On multiple occasions over several years. Rudeness and lack of knowledge being the main issues, along with the usual very long hold times.

@virginmedia can you please advise how I can easily cancel my service ASAP. It's (deliberately) impossible to contact your company by phone.

@virginmedia Media. I ditched the TV part of the bundle years ago, but am still currently paying £50.99 p/m for 150mb broadband and a phone we never use. Come September, when you increase it by another £3.50 it’ll have gone from £37 in Dec 16 to £54.49 - A ridiculous 47% INCREASE......

@virginmedia It is now, I think, five months since I made a complaint which has yet to be dealt with. To say that I'm not impressed with your 'customer services' would be a bit of an understatement.

@virginmedia @honestlyhelen I've had similar feelings, my bill has rocketed by £11 per month over the last few months for my TV only service as Virgin only offer discounts now for multi package deals, loyalty no longer rewarded it seems 🤔

@virginmedia This has never been suggested before; you’ve been quite happy just to take the money and then hit me with an annual increase way above inflation. I’ve spoken to customer services on a couple of times in the last couple of months, and the offers have been quite frankly insulting.

@virginmedia Disgusted at the speed of my broadband I am receiving. Signal very very slow. Paying for M50 broadband. Feel I am paying over the odds for what I am getting. But I already know your reply. Everything ok our side. Also received that the price is going up #ripoff

@virginmedia Thanks for your help with this, but can you please refrain from using foreign call centres; it is incredibly frustrating trying to explain to someone that you’re unhappy about your bill, who interprets this as a technical problem.......

@virginmedia Media service. I waited 30 mins to speak to someone, after selecting an electronic option to cancel. "I'm not authorised to cancel". Now back on hold. Virgin has the worst customer service of any company I've interacted with. It's insane.

@MrChrisWynn @Simon21ne @virginmedia @nowtvhelp @SkyHelpTeam I managed one week before cancelling! Sky says I have so many devices that it’s slowing the hub down, in 2019 that’s piss poor

@Dabooka @skybiggerpic @virginmedia It was my second attempt to be fair. First time they reduced the price rise to £1.50 per month, then I rang back a few days later to cancel. Found a better deal elsewhere but price was the driver for wanting to leave. Lovely @virginmedia agent was able to help!

@JohnWil07814753 Hi John, everything remains the same for now, so a customer’s existing O2 and Virgin Media deals won’t change. But we’re looking at what we can offer joint customers in the future. Make sure you're opted in to marketing texts/emails for any updates on offers.

@virginmedia There have been times when we have had no service & times when we have had a reduced service. I don’t understand why your derisory refund is not applied automatically in this situation? You know when you are failing your customers - why do you wait for us to ask for a refund?

@virginmedia Yes, your voice message indicates that you are aware of the outage and that engineers will be on site. The outage started last night at around 22:00. Mr. #Branson needs to know that Virgin Media affects more people than Virgin Galactic or even Virgin Altantic for that matter.
-
nick kendall

@virginmedia The only thing I can assume is that you are failing to deliver your promised service to so many customers, that you simply couldn’t afford to be honest and offer automatic refund/account credits. But if you did I think customers would be much less cynical about you....

@virginmedia We have tried adding a new service and thinking of leaving as none of the others apply and there is no option to call for upgrading. Your automatic service is not helpful and it would be easier to just go through to speak to someone.
