    @virginmedia New one is I was hoping to sign up to some sort of TV package, but when logged into my online account it gives me a "oops" with no option, so I need to talk to someone. Experience with the number you have given me has been poor, I want to avoid it!

    @virginmedia, you've text me a link after your phone robot tested my equipment, the link doesn't work. This has been on going for 3 to 4 weeks. I've been paying for a service I've not been receiving. I need to speak to an actual person!!!!

    @virginmedia The only call i have had was 2 calls from the sales to team to offer me a black friday deal, when i asked were they calling in response to my compliant they said they were unable to help with that as it was not their deptartment

    @virginmedia stop constantly calling with silent calls and then cutting off, I've spoken to two people in customer service who advised no one has called. when I call the number back it says its virgin media. Terrible service

    @virginmedia I do, about an ongoing complaint and a new query too, as well as this unresolved mobile query. Am supposed to have someone talking to me via text right now but they are very slow to respond! 2 meaningless texts in 13 minutes. Could someone please ring me?

    @virginmedia Yes but the number on the letter to text to just comes back fail to send. Then I rang 789 for my mam and this person had her in tears also, so we have give up.

    @virginmedia WiFi signal from hub3 is unreliable and I am by only in a1 bedroom bungalow, I never use the tvbox as all channels are rubbish and my mobile signal is disgraceful-virgin is worse decision i have ever made

    @virginmedia So we are not just going to write it off as a bad job. Plus my mam finds it hard to understand the persons at the other end of the phone and why they ask for her bank details all we asked was to post out her password for her mobile account.

    @richardbranson Single parent, cancelled TV in March but kept broadband as cannot afford tv as we due to rising costs. April and May Virgin media took the wrong amount out and I cannot get anyone to help and they are still taking money. No one listens

    @virginmedia Thank you. I appreciate your replies. In general I found @virginmedia support system unfunctional. And it's not an issue with advisers or people you dealing with. Sometimes e-mail comunication is just essential thing. Otherwise there is no record or evidence.

    @virginmedia Hi, yes site says 3 PM it will be back (after dropping 11 AM)- I moved to @StarbucksUK for a couple of hours and risked coming home, was up 30 mins then down again. Currently tethering at 3G rates which is painful, but I can't keep moving around!

    @virginmedia Nope. Can't make a complaint using that link as I can't create a VM account! That's what I'm complaining about. Tried calling and WhatsApp still unresolved. Looks like a letter to head office is the only way.
