    @lxwissssss @MartinEdition @virginmedia Mine is excellent once they replaced the wiring because it was old and now mine never goes off and it’s super fast! The English call centres are great but the Indian and Philippines ones are really bad I avoid them because they just read off scripts!

    @virginmedia They raised a complaint and nothing was done about it, they probably didn’t even listen to the call where I was sold the product, if they did it would have been dealt with

    @virginmedia It says there’s no issues in my area. So why does my internet keep going off. If it works it’s very rarely high or if it is it’s only for a short time. Then goes off and gives low readings. I’ve reset it and unplugged it from mains etc and still it’s on and off. Annoying

    Ha ha @virginmedia it’s gone off again. This is twice since dinner time where it’s just randomly turned itself off. #annoying and yes it’s saying there’s nothing wrong with the service in my area. So why does it turn itself off ffs

    @virginmedia I am not in receipt of universal credit and back in nov i thought we could save some money by downgrading now I would like everything out, and will go with another provider. After the service i have received from yourselves nobody else can do as bad a job

    @virginmedia Yeah I know that but we are paying for the fastest speed and when it eventually works we don’t get nowhere near that speed. Considering how many times I have to reset the router we don’t get a full service. Just wanted it sorting out

    @virginmedia is broadband services down. My internet has been intermittent for the last week. Reset router 3 times today and still not working properly. Download speed is 1mb. Usually 380 mb

    @katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

    Very excellent service from Linzi in the Longbenton call centre today, got my upgrade sorted and we had a good little chat as well whilst she was sorting things. Made me feel a lot better for spending the time I did on hold. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia My initial call was about the price increase and to see if we could downgrade as my partner is on furlough my business is closed that was 25th nov so have since paid another 2 months bill £168 I could not be more disappointed in the service i have received

    @virginmedia Yes, it helps. But I shouldn’t need to reset my hub this often. When one dials that number one gets through to your call centre who find it very difficult to understand what I’m explaining to them and incredibly reluctant to pass the problem to another team.

    @virginmedia hi Virgin. I just wanted to let you know that you’re a horrendous internet service provider. I haven’t had a full week of working internet since I joined 5 years ago. I have to call at least once every few days and nothing ever gets resolved. Shockingly bad!

    @virginmedia No he has referred all the charges on the bill to accounts and provided a reference. He thought it could cause more issues if he made the changes and it would be best achieved via accounts.

    @virginmedia Just been speaking with a useful agent, he's identified the issue again, virgin volt not added correctly and installation charge added when moved, he's referred it to accounts which should review within 48hrs. I was promised this billing error would be fixed via WhatsApp 12 Nov
