    @virginmedia Nice adverts for your content, shame my recorded delivery complaint about my issue originating in MARCH (after three failed online submissions and pointless texts) has still not been acknowledged,been ignored,treating a customer as a piece of 💩 way to go 👏🏻

    @virginmedia Frustrating it had to come to this when an internal investigation would easily reveal that your contractors removed struts designed to secure the fence. Now having to pay court fees to remedy an issue created by you. It's a sham. I guess you hope most people back down.

    A week of no issues after a month of next to no tv and now it starts all over again. I have sound and the guide but just a black screen on every channel. So glad my contract is up, deffo going to be leaving this time. Waste of time and money!!!!! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Out of contact & another £8 was added. My account for the free booster another complaint was logged. But no one has called me back. Can u DM me to have a look into this

    @virginmedia is broadband services down. My internet has been intermittent for the last week. Reset router 3 times today and still not working properly. Download speed is 1mb. Usually 380 mb

    @virginmedia It says there’s no issues in my area. So why does my internet keep going off. If it works it’s very rarely high or if it is it’s only for a short time. Then goes off and gives low readings. I’ve reset it and unplugged it from mains etc and still it’s on and off. Annoying

    @OliverStanding @virginmedia It's not a great self serve option and poor customer experience. I have an issue trying to remove a service from my current package. Cant be done digitally or remotely. Only via phone which even then very few of the advisors have the levels of authority to amend your package.

    @virginmedia I would like to know how my broadband and tv are still broken after the outage ? It saying theres a connection issue on both broadband and tv . Tv error c139 ...i dont understand why my fault cant be logged as the origanal not being fixed

    @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia paperwork completed by my other half for court. Not a single follow up from Virgin. Please RT what a shambles this company and their contractors are. Accepted fault for damage at the time but won't pay up for repairs. Spread the word. Retweet this!

    @virginmedia You say you have identified the problem & an engineer is on their way, but shocking nothing has been fixed it fixed date went from the 18th to 20th to 26 to the 21th then to 26th to 29th and now its the 5th. I'm paying for 1 Gig and get 40mb.

    It's crazy that 10 years on, @virginmedia are still throttelling people's internet for no reason. Or, I guess this time it's because we're leaving them so they've said a nice **** you to us :)

    @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Offered me free Sim cards,stuff like that.I said it was fine and waited.Service was back in a few hours. Then I got an apology and refund for waiting at home. Now I just got another apology and another refund for the loss of internet/phone. Virgin is pretty rubbish.

    @virginmedia you’ve made no provisions for your vulnerable customers in the LE5 5AA area after a lightning strike took out comms for everyone? Your estimated time to fix has gone from 24 hours to 4th June which is over a week away! How are life line pendants going to work?

    I staff @virginmedia customer services have taken leave of their senses. I called and the lady asked me how much is your bill every month as part of the verification process I said £27 a month she asked for my email address which I gave and she again asked for my price?

    @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Happened to me a few yrs ago. We had 3 wks outage, which they said was due to a part failing and would take 3 wks to get a new part. Left as soon as contract up and found a deal less than half what they were charging for same service
