@virginmedia it’s slightly better now but these issues keep a curing now and then but nothing gets done about it I rang about a month ago with same problem so you’re team said they will give a reduction in my bill the following month but that never happened so I’m done with you.

@virginmedia The person that put me on hold said it looked like there was a problem in our area and tried to put me through to technical help but after music droning on for ages it just stopped. Have given up and watching a dvd instead

@virginmedia over the last few years virgin media internet has got worse the people that work in the call centres are so abrupt and rude I’ve called approximately 10 in the last 5 months and still have a intermittent fault on my internet service !!!!

@virginmedia Yes my service is completely down. I have checked your service status , I have spoken to your support line and then a technician who said it will need an engineers visit (earliest will be Monday) and then received a message stating this visit has been placed on hold

@virginmedia @VirginMediaCorp Your TV 360 Box is absolutely shocking!! Recorded programmes constantly freeze & are unwatchable. Sound quality is abmismal, synchronisation of sound to picture is appalling!! Why am I paying for software & a service you clearly have fully tested?
