@virginmedia I would like to know how my broadband and tv are still broken after the outage ? It saying theres a connection issue on both broadband and tv . Tv error c139 ...i dont understand why my fault cant be logged as the origanal not being fixed

@virginmedia That was the original issue, the main thing outside was flooded and corroded (affecting 6 customers in street), so the network team I think came and fixed that, we've had 1 week of working service until today.

@virginmedia why is your self service so poor please. Unable to resolve the fault that I have on my service for 2 days now. No one to speak to and the website is abhorrent in terms of customer experience and engagement. Endless loop of bad requests within the servers you use too

1 whole week without any @virginmedia, months of signal issues. Engineer has gone out of his way but having to continually wait. Hopefully the engineer booked for tomorrow turns up and replaces my now faulty equipment.

@virginmedia 2 technicians over a week period, 4 visits. TV back on but Internet on and off now. Will be ringing Sky tomorrow and also your cancellation team. Clearly this is my service from now on.

@virginmedia everything else is working except kids channels 712 to 717, W02 error. No other channel issues or broadband, done all the standard resets, unplugged at mains etc. Do I need to call to have this resolved? TV guide just says 'to be announced' Everything else is fine.

@virginmedia It's not a problem at my end, and it's not just me affected. Have you really not noticed a flurry of people saying the same thing? I know people in different areas of the UK who have the same problems at the same times.

A week of no issues after a month of next to no tv and now it starts all over again. I have sound and the guide but just a black screen on every channel. So glad my contract is up, deffo going to be leaving this time. Waste of time and money!!!!! @virginmedia

@virginmedia I've just plugged it in and connected my primary device, works fine. 21 devices left to go.... You do need to improve your comms to customers to avoid this situation - wouldnt have bothered with the Volt speed if I'd known a new hub and network were required

@virginmedia Hi all - no nothing there as it looks like you bricked my hub3 as you sent me a hub4 I hadnt asked for. Going to take quite a bit of my time to add all my security cameras and smart devices onto the network etc

@virginmedia This has already been done and unfortunately it’s the same issue, intermittent WiFi signal and strength, even with your booster, it remedies it for a short period then signal deteriorates

@Ofcom Please can you help as I am facing unbelievable problems with @virginmedia.I am currently facing my 2nd 3 day outage after having many days where service is lost for 4 to 5 hours.I made 2 complaints and asked to be called back,they emailed me and closed both down before resolving

@virginmedia It's pointless to call you guys over the weekend as a)I am waiting for a VERY LONG TIME to get through to anyone and B) your colleagues never put me through to a UK call center and are very patronising and Stead fast refuse to acknowledge the problems.
