She offered to send another booster & cable out free off charge. Available on our contract. I’ve just received email to say my payments are going up to £60!!

The English call centres are great but the Indian and Philippines ones are really bad I avoid them because they just read off scripts!

Steph. (@stephwales_) reported from Gateshead, England@virginmedia That was the original issue, the main thing outside was flooded and corroded (affecting 6 customers in street), so the network team I think came and fixed that, we've had 1 week of working service until today.

They however have a fixed period, so if you let them run out the contract continues without them. So what your are suggesting is bad
