    @virginmedia My initial call was about the price increase and to see if we could downgrade as my partner is on furlough my business is closed that was 25th nov so have since paid another 2 months bill £168 I could not be more disappointed in the service i have received

    @virginmedia The only call i have had was 2 calls from the sales to team to offer me a black friday deal, when i asked were they calling in response to my compliant they said they were unable to help with that as it was not their deptartment

    @virginmedia In which looking deeper into the matter alot lof people are saying the same think since they have moved to virgin media its shocking the lies you have informed customers that you will never have issues with WiFi speed having fiber utter rubbish

    @virginmedia Have paid another months subscription when i could of had a better package and lower cost from @skytv appalling customer service @virginmedia once i get to speak with someone i will not be continuing my account

    @virginmedia My broadband has gone into a weird stopped working properly and I'm at my dad's house 12 Wardenlaw NE10 8NE it keeps going on and off and is so slow and it is barely usable! Is anyone else having the same problem with Virgin?

    Have been forced upstairs to watch the match in the PS4. WiFi is usually crap up here. But, no, it's working perfectly so I'm forced to watch #NUFC. Cheers @virginmedia, why can't you do this when I'm trying to work?!

    @katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

    What to do when you have been trying to contact @virginmedia since november 2 complaints raised with disgusting customer service, eventually someone answers the phone only to cut me off 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia Well, it's not good enough! Can't get on to the website, app isn't working and just forget about phoning! Only option left is to read a four line message on twitter! No updates, no reasons! For a communication company, you're pretty bad at communicating your customers.
