@virginmedia You offer the same package to new customers at nearly £20 cheaper so it isn't the lowest price possible, is it? Spoke 18 months ago about signal. Was told it would be looked at if I agreed to renew. Once renewed was told WiFi is not guaranteed so tough.

@virginmedia The signal struggles to get to each room in the house. My son complains as he games. No chance of streaming music in the bathroom. It isn't a big house either. The deal I'm on currently was negotiated when I spoke to disconnection team rather than intro offer.

was in my old home for 2 year with @virginmedia never had any problems now moved into my new home TV gone off gotta wait 5 days for it foxed broadband keeps dropping NOT GOOD I know we all have teething problems bit this is complete joke

@virginmedia Hello Tried everything. My O2 priority works fine when used with with my O2 sim details. The issue is with login not the app or website. I think O2 doesn't want virgin media customers using O2 priority. I can confirm I have O2 sim and priority app and website works perfectly

@virginmedia Yes. To be clear: it was total loss of service for 16 days. You’ve refunded me for one day. I phoned on Friday, was on hold for over an hour and then hung up on. The broken box was Virgin. The mistake on the bill is Virgin. Being hung up on is Virgin. Please advise
