Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation
