@virginmedia 8 hrs + trying to resolve VPN with Gadget Rescue. Obliged to start contract at cost of £20 +£5 for 6 mths thereafter to get them to even look at prob. Problem not resolved by GR. company IT confirm -and GR confirm - replacement hub advised Virgin refusing to provide this.

@virginmedia what a disgrace. my eight call and told case was escalated and call back from complaints in the next hour, never came!! You emailed to say complaint was resolved on 02/03 and this was the day I opened my complaint! Shambles. Credit was agreed, then not issued!
