    @virginmedia Ffs YOU try calling that number and tell me if you get through to somebody. I’ve tried god knows how many times and I just get a machine telling me you’re busy and that I “might like to call again later” every, single time. Your level of service is a joke.

    2 calls on landline from Asia, using dummy UK phone numbers, pretending to be from Virgin Media, telling me of a problem with the security of my router. Neither liked it when I told them their mother and father would be deeply ashamed if they knew what their son was doing.

    @virginmedia Yes unable to use it. Wireless is very poor and was great during the first couple of weeks. Uploading is very hot and miss. Not happy considering I’m paying for fast broadband. My phone rarely connects to it unless I’m fairly close to the router. This can’t be right

    @virginmedia Postcode is W4. When not logged in service status says everything is fine, but when logged in it says there are issues. When I ring up there is an automated issue saying there are issues. Need to know when it will be fixed.
