@virginmedia £20 a month 'existing customer' penalty on the best you can offer me Vs the best new customer deal is just too much, afraid that's a cancellation from a 10 years loyal customer. £240 is a lot of money!

@virginmedia I have the App but having it confirm what I already know is no help whatsoever. Instead of investing in Apps that confirm your service is not fit for purpose why not invest in providing an unfailing service to customers. Currently you take money for services you can’t deliver

@virginmedia No known issues. It’s only wireless speeds. There is no excuse for this, it happens to me almost everyday. I would like to discuss it with someone as I tried at the weekend and was completely fobbed off by your service team. I pay nearly £50 a month and often have to use my 4G

@virginmedia No, it’s only arriving today, I received a new tv box yesterday to replace one that wasn’t working. Set that up last night and then the internet issues started. I didn’t activate anything tho as there was nothing to activate. Just plugged it all in and the got a cs1002 error
