First time they reduced the price rise to £1.50 per month, then I rang back a few days later to cancel. Found a better deal elsewhere but price was the driver for wanting to leave. Lovely @virginmedia agent was able to help!

After close to waiting 45 minutes gets connected to an agent who is junior enough not to understand the ask and transfer it to a senior agent. 12/n

As per him it needs a network engineer who is very confident that it can be resolved and will come on 23/03/2022 and will inform next steps. 5/n
