    @DavidAHSleath @virginmedia I love the customer service when they just end the call half way through trying ‘to help’ I once spent 5 hours back and forwards with the every part of the business... engineers... blah blah blah... still was no better! Until I managed to get through to Scotland! 👍🏼

    @virginmedia every month I have the same issue. Go to pay bill and despite having Google auto password (which works on every other thing I log in) it says my log in is wrong and I have to reset it EVERY MONTH!! EVERY MONTH!! IT'S RIDICULOUS

    @virginmedia With the constant issues which has only got worse and worse over the months. It's obvious Virgin can no longer supply me with reliable broadband. With this, the 24 month contract would now be void! 1, How much longer do I have to wait? 2, What discount will I get if I stay?
