    @virginmedia I’m sick of ringing up as been the 3rd consecutive month now with the same issue I’ve had no broadband for 10 days. Some channels work!Can’t use catch up, on demand or access to my shows! Complete joke! Told will refund three days! Wouldn’t bother as last month the refund was 78p

    So annoying everything been off since around 11 this morning & now they’ve just updated service status that’s it’s going to be tomorrow at 6pm it’s fixed, that’s a big change from 6pm tonight!!! Bet I still get charged full price for a service that isn’t working. @virginmedia

    @SkyUK Thanks but you charge way too much especially for BT Sport (can’t do without my Moto GP) I might go back to BT Vision, they are rubbish with broadband dropping out as well but not as shit as @virginmedia has been

    It seems our landline number has been spoofed - have received dozens of calls responding to a request to call back. Have reported this to a helpful @virginmedia, but finding out ‘advice’ online pretty useless. Sit and wait it out seems to be the solution.

    @virginmedia You should mention in the plan alomg with speed that virgin is only for wired connection and for wifi do other arrangements like buying wifi booster and all. Now i am thinking if your hub doesn’t support 30 cm wifi then how many wifi boosters i need to buy

    @virginmedia Upgrading to a sim only tariff as ee network mask outdated there words but they failed to tell me that would knock my phone insurance out and to wait till mask is fixed oh and to call @EE customer services but that ain't great they have issues today and tried that yesterday.

    @virginmedia They said virgin were aware of the faults and I should upgrade my contract then I'd be using Vodafone nextwork instead but that defeats the issues and to call up virgin which I done I can't do much more and take much more to be honest
