@virginmedia every month I have the same issue. Go to pay bill and despite having Google auto password (which works on every other thing I log in) it says my log in is wrong and I have to reset it EVERY MONTH!! EVERY MONTH!! IT'S RIDICULOUS

.@virginmedia have emailed me a survey about their handling of my complaint. Nil points all the way. To be fair once I managed to speak to someone she was ok(just) and gave me answers. Trust is so low I don't entirely believe them

@virginmedia is by far the worst customer service I have received. I have been waiting 2 months for my internet and phone service, and it keeps getting delayed. First 30/11 then 07/01 and now 07/02, because they broke the cable on installation.

@virginmedia Its your agents in your off-shore call-centres been extremely un-helpful. They are trying to waste my time and argue with me. I did manage to get through to an agent in birmingham eventually. Who advised me my work order on my account is still open and the estimated fix is 3days
