Can anyone at @virginmedia virgin media tell me why the internet drops out every time it rains? The technicians only want to diagnose a fault on the line to the house and they never seem to be out when it's also raining. It's very frustrating.

Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

@virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

@virginmedia The router keeps cutting off we have tried to get through to CSA and ever time we get to an adviser they hang up. It’s getting beyond a joke it’s off more than it’s on and we still need to pay. We are out of contract and will leave if this isn’t resolved.

@virginmedia It was the one I found online, as an existing customer (Broadband) was told need to speak to other department but weren't available. This isn't the 1st time iv had issues buying extra services, online account says cant be done online too! Ta
