@virginmedia Other than checking the plugs and the cable connections - your light indication service doesn’t work.. it made me run and run and run diagnostics and engineers in 3/4 days isn’t good enough - still didn’t repost any fault even saying the internet wasn’t working.. RUBBISH

Never ceases to amaze how poor @virginmedia is. Successive errors including appalling dropping out broadband. Now transferring to BT today and they stop internet last night despite specifically saying I wanted no gap in service. Glad to leave after 23 years.

@virginmedia Continuing….. I was made to feel like I was lying by Travis who said he could find nothing stating any works were being carried out!! He offered me a solution of boosters for £5 extra per month. That is fantastic, not!! £5 extra to get back to the service I was receiving prior!
