@shaddowork @virginmedia I'm sorry to hear this, we do also have a live chat facility as well as an sms service to provide support on too if calling us hasn't been a great experience in the past.

  • jonty_gifford Jonty Gifford 🇪🇺🇬🇧🇺🇦🇹🇷🇸🇾 (@jonty_gifford) reported

Why does @virginmedia charge much less for new customers, rather than ignoring loyal customers for many years? And why do they say you have to not be a customer for over 6 mths before you can get the better deal? #notimpressed

  • nicolathorpe MissNicolaThorpe (@nicolathorpe) reported

@virginmedia O2 priority still not working for Virgin media login, will it be fixed soon??

  • MattOtterPop MattOtterPop (@MattOtterPop) reported

@virginmedia Well sadly it's your job to apologise, but that doesn't solve the issue, and of course if it isn't for a minimum 24hrs there's no compensation, regardless of how much it affects your customers day to day lives.

  • saytoazeem Azeem Khan (@saytoazeem) reported

@virginmedia - the conversation with my wife so frustrating that she started crying. Is this the service that we should expect?

@virginmedia Odd, I thought I had replied to this. Anytime today or tomorrow will be fine thanks. I'm going to keep a close eye on here to make sure I don't miss this again. It's really tedious + quite a bad sign that I have to do this over social media because I can't call someone in the UK!

  • christianeclar_ Christian Eclar (@christianeclar_) reported

.@virginmedia I was promised by an agent that I could get the same price of what I was paying before. Turns out they lied and have now charged me £44 (£25 previously). They deceived me into thinking I could get the same package so I said yes. Never going to trust them again.

  • sinfcampbell Sinead Campbell (@sinfcampbell) reported

@virginmedia It shouldn’t be a security question. You are undoing the good work of those trying to fight scams and fraud. You should never be asked for bank details over the phone to pass security. Never!! There’s other ?s you can ask.

  • sarahmhames SarahHames (@sarahmhames) reported
