Router might be shielded which would kill signal. Make sure other electronics aren't too close. I can ruin my wireless if I put router on top of my TiVo box

Also waiting for a WhatsApp for over an hour because the direct debit still has his late wife's name on account after 7+ years, & we can't change it online (same acc no.).

If you call you'll be on hold for 30 mins tell them all the right security answers but they will say they are wrong & not help

If they'd shown that much interest when I complained about intermittent broadband, I might have stayed! So glad I didn't thought! Better service, cheaper price!
