Spoke 18 months ago about signal. Was told it would be looked at if I agreed to renew. Once renewed was told WiFi is not guaranteed so tough.

No one to speak to and the website is abhorrent in terms of customer experience and engagement. Endless loop of bad requests within the servers you use too

She has been out on hold numerous times and cut off no help on chat etc. her only option now is to cancel the DD as she can’t afford this anymore… help

I have an issue trying to remove a service from my current package. Cant be done digitally or remotely. Only via phone which even then very few of the advisors have the levels of authority to amend your package.
