@virginmedia just had a very frustrating afternoon with your call centre trying to dump our landline which we never use. After 13 years as a customer it is particularly galling to then see on the comparison sites how much more you value new customers.

@virginmedia Hey its been like this for a while. I have the power socket scheduled to restart every night, but it isn't helping. Ive also reset to factory settings numerous times as well as try different wireless channels. WiFi is only part of the problem though as the issue exists on cable

So annoying everything been off since around 11 this morning & now they’ve just updated service status that’s it’s going to be tomorrow at 6pm it’s fixed, that’s a big change from 6pm tonight!!! Bet I still get charged full price for a service that isn’t working. @virginmedia

@damieng5 @garethmck1987 @virginmedia @NETGEAR I agree. I have the same set up . With Virgin SH3 no wifi signal to conservatory. With Orbi mesh network wifi everywhere in house & in the garden too. Costs a bit more but woryh it IMO.

@virginmedia This is not true. In the last few weeks, the WiFi has kept dropping out and download speeds have been less than 10% of normal, especially Mon - Fri. I am in the NW, trying to work from home. Please fix this!

@virginmedia Finally recognise there is an issue. Hallelujah! But cancel our engineer appt. You better get this sorted today now you've cancelled that appt. Never once had this issue with @Plusnet & @skytv in 10yrs of broadband/tv supply. 3 months with you and multiple dropouts🤬
