@virginmedia It’s difficult to articulate in a tweet but speaking to someone in an offshore contact centre who has a very poor grasp of English is extremely frustrating. There is no malice in this, it’s just a statement of fact, I couldn’t make myself understood, it took 4 calls and 75 mins.

@virginmedia No known issues. It’s only wireless speeds. There is no excuse for this, it happens to me almost everyday. I would like to discuss it with someone as I tried at the weekend and was completely fobbed off by your service team. I pay nearly £50 a month and often have to use my 4G

@jeffsprogress @virginmedia I changed to Virgin because BT would drop out regularly in the middle of the Moto GP. Used to have a great service with Sky but they charge an extra 30 something quid for BT Sport

@CollegeJocks @virginmedia @LutzSchueler I would say time for a new box, demand one, if they refuse you can early terminate with out a penilty as they not providing the service also request back you previous subs, then just take out a new contract and get a new box. Or go to ofcom, its been over days.

@virginmedia Being charged for a sim that is included in a package deal we purchased… we’ve received letters about Debt collectors coming to collect the bill off us when we’ve spoken to your customer service department multiple times about this issue. The sim was ‘free with the package’….
