@TheOnlyElChazmo @maureenbo @virginmedia I got £50 for 8 weeks of crap internet at the start if the lockdown but I had to fight for it Best thing all Virgin customers can do is replace the Superhub 3.0, its even a crap doorstop, solved so many if my issues and now I actually have range on my WiFi

@virginmedia 4 hours on a text support case for my broadband. Told I'd reached the max devices for WiFi on my superhub 3 at 10 (supports 20+), and told to request a booster using the Connect app at £3/month (which MAY resolve nothing) before the case abruptly ended. I'm FUMING!

@virginmedia Track your complaint shows nothing. I also know that if I contact ofcom without a deadlock letter they will refer it to virgin to resolve & track it from there so as least I will be able to register the complaint & they will look into your complaint process which isn’t working

@virginmedia I’m getting the same peak speed as before, even though I’m supposed to be double now. The new hub has as weaker signal & I now have blind spots in the house that were never there before. Hub in exactly the same spot.

@virginmedia absolute disgrace how your customer support team/ marketing team speak to existing customers. Nearly 24 hours of communication with various staff constantly upselling and not listening to what we actually want. Ridiculous. Will be leaving - @SkyUK interested?
