@virginmedia Issues described nothing to do with my problem. TV goes off after 20 mins. Sound only. New HDMI lead did not solve problem was told to ring back just cannot get anyone to speak to. Can’t watch TV over a week now. Not good

@virginmedia I’ve been trying for a week now to get an issue sorted with my TV. Keep getting cut off or not able to get through. Tried e-mail no reply I am now very unhappy,box keeps going sound only every 20 mins. Done all the checks says nothing wrong! Clearly!

@bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

@virginmedia It is a constant problem, mobile telephones say they are connected but arent, firesticks dip in and out, Alexa loses connection, ring door bell only 10ft away has very poor connection, it's been poor for a while each time I ring. I am told it will be fixed and it never is

So @virginmedia offer 3x the broadband speed for new customers for the same price I've paid for a year, but offer me the same bundle I've had for a year for £5 more, or an extra £23 for the new customer one. Next company to put fibre in my area has a new customer waiting.

@virginmedia As a side note, my account details also list an average speed of over 200mbps MORE than what we're actually getting at our peak *anyway*, so even if the dropouts were to be fixed, you're still promising a service that you are unable to provide.

@virginmedia They said they would send someone out to fix it as 25 people have now complained so i believe that makes it an ongoing outage? I've explained this is causing me trouble at work as well as a loss of income. I know a lot of people on my street also WFH and nothing is being done

@virginmedia @LorTheDestroyer Seeing as your replies are flooded with people also struggling to get a stable connection, I’d consider an ongoing outage from your side. We can all reset our routers and do speed test to our hearts content, but if there’s something wrong it won’t be fixed with those methods.

@virginmedia I’m on the phone to you now and being told lie after lie while my mums fall alarm is not working. Complaint c190123370 refers and needs to be reopened. Apparently you can’t fix until Tuesday….are virgin going to pay for extra carer checks between now and then?

@virginmedia I was told there will be internet connection from the day I will be moving in. It’s been 4 days, there is no internet connection. I couldn’t book emergency appointment. There is no appointment before Tuesday February 7th. I work from home. My job is on the line now.
