@virginmedia it’s slightly better now but these issues keep a curing now and then but nothing gets done about it I rang about a month ago with same problem so you’re team said they will give a reduction in my bill the following month but that never happened so I’m done with you.

So @virginmedia offer 3x the broadband speed for new customers for the same price I've paid for a year, but offer me the same bundle I've had for a year for £5 more, or an extra £23 for the new customer one. Next company to put fibre in my area has a new customer waiting.

@virginmedia Issues described nothing to do with my problem. TV goes off after 20 mins. Sound only. New HDMI lead did not solve problem was told to ring back just cannot get anyone to speak to. Can’t watch TV over a week now. Not good

@virginmedia It is a constant problem, mobile telephones say they are connected but arent, firesticks dip in and out, Alexa loses connection, ring door bell only 10ft away has very poor connection, it's been poor for a while each time I ring. I am told it will be fixed and it never is

@virginmedia I’ve been trying for a week now to get an issue sorted with my TV. Keep getting cut off or not able to get through. Tried e-mail no reply I am now very unhappy,box keeps going sound only every 20 mins. Done all the checks says nothing wrong! Clearly!

@bt_uk I certainly will, as no matter how many phone calls to @virgin nothing improves, my kids have to use data on their telephones, Virgin Media's Wi-Fi and internet is terrible @richardbranson

@virginmedia Hi yes it's a fault within the area, but at the minute we seem to be having faults in the area about 4 times a week (as I type it's flashing green again) this never uses to happen now it happens all the time( & means I can't use the internet constantly)

@SalfordAnthony I've a 5g phone, which obviously can still pick up 4g. The signal rarely ever picks up 5g when I'm out and about. Service through Virgin Media has been poor since I got this sim/5g phone.

@virginmedia It's certainly intermittent. For example, yesterday, the signal across a 5 mile (8.05 km) radius (in a built-up area) was extremely/unusually slow.
