@PandOminous @virginmedia Same here also TS10, no communication from @virginmedia as to whether it's down to the issues in Roseberry Square, and 3 to 4 network vans at the box, a car went in to it apparently. Even just an eta of when service will be restored would help!

@virginmedia It's working now. Just would have been good to have been informed and kept in the loop that there was an issue being worked on, the status page was useless, stating no issues!

Every single championship midweek fixtures, there’s always an issue with the red button. They either forget to turn the game on or instead they’ve now managed to put the wrong commentary on. Sort it out @virginmedia @SkyFootball. Wrong commentary on the Boro game

Our broadband in TS10 has been down all day, the status page says no issues, but self test says there is no connection @virginmedia - is this related to the issues at Roseberry Square, Redcar, and when will it be resolved. So far no communication from you!

@virginmedia Unfortunately it's still not fixed. No TV and no Internet. Both keep dropping in and out intermittently. Which is better than zero service yesterday and I may finally finish that book on conscription I bought in Leeds earlier this year.

@NWolstenholme @MrChelseaDagger @virginmedia Exactly. Tbf I’ve always been happy with the service they provide but I had to add some channels which I supposed to have in my package anyway and gosh it was handled badly. Stress and waist of time but all sorted now.

@virginmedia There are waits of up to an hour to talk to someone, you have to call twice to get through. Up to 48 hour wait to get tech call back. To resolve play back prlems. Call centre not following engineering advice at first raising of the issue. Unhelpful at every turn.

@virginmedia On the automated line, it says "9am", which I presume means it has now shifted to 12th March. What does ""Estimated fix time" for keeping users informed? Shouldn't we be told by text (if we've requested updates) that the ETA has changed? That seems like useful info?
